From the moment we arrived, the experience felt thoughtfully curated and effortlessly refined. The property’s central location makes it incredibly convenient, yet once inside, it feels like a destination in itself. The suites are impressively spacious, designed with a sense of openness that immediately elevates the stay. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the city beautifully, bringing in natural light and offering stunning views that truly enhance the overall experience. Every detail within the suite reflects comfort and modernity, from the latest touch-button controls to well-planned amenities that cater to every need. It genuinely felt like everything one could require for a seamless and comfortable stay had been considered. What stood out just as much was the service. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care, creating a sense of ease throughout our stay. The team was attentive, cooperative, and consistently ensured that we felt well looked after. One small observation was the in-room connectivity. While the hotel provides Accor internet, the speed was slightly slow and connecting devices, particularly iPhone mirroring to the television, proved a bit tricky. That said, the team responded immediately and thoughtfully provided an Apple TV connector to resolve the issue. While this was handled very well, streamlining this feature would further enhance the guest experience. Beyond the rooms, the property truly excels in offering a complete lifestyle experience. The variety of restaurants provides an impressive range of dining options, each adding to the overall appeal. The luxury spa is a highlight. calm, indulgent, and beautifully designed for relaxation. With shopping conveniently located next door and a wide array of entertainment options the hotel goes beyond just accommodation, it becomes a vibrant, all-encompassing destination. Overall, we loved every aspect of our stay. The combination of comfort, service, facilities, and location makes it an experience worth returning to and one we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a refined and memorable stay.
