Rooms were spacious and modern, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and provided exceptional service, from the doormen, and the welcoming/reception staff in lobby, to the breakfast service in the restaurant, to housekeeping… everyone was cheerful and went out of their way to assist and make our stay comfortable. The overall experience was bad, I came with a child and the intention was to enjoy the play rooms and pool, but unfortunately it was saturated and full of outsiders and non hotel residents. The play room doesn’t exist when I went there and checked it. On the other hand, the house keeping is not at 5 stars standard, I can trace bad cleaning when then finish from cleaning the rooms. Also, there was an incident when I asked for a steamer and they simply said we don’t have. And I responded with “how come a 5 stars hotel and you don’t have this. And then they responded with okay we have but do you know how to use it. So how come they treat their guest like that.
