Rasheed was leaving and no one was following up the guy in reception. Bibil was so rude, he said we cannot give you an extension! It’s my last time with this terrible hotel and I will write it as a google review It’s not worth it at all!

The accommodation was brilliant - I have issues with hotel beds being too firm aand pillows being flat, but Banyan Tree I have to say was the best hotel I've stayed in. The bathroom too was possibly the best I've experienced. The staff could not be faulted - from check-in, to restaurant staff (including room service), to the check out process - I commend all the staff for their helpfulness and assistance - with everything! The central location was perfect for the places we wanted to visit during our stopover(4 nights), an uber got us easily to where we wanted to go. We decided we will make a point of transitting through Qatar on all our future travels and stopping off to viit more of Qatar and staying at Banyan Tree Hotel.

The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. I. especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, attention to detail, and the warm, professional service from the staff. The location is also excellent, with easy access to shopping and entertainment. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a hotel that offers the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and relaxation. I. would definitely stay here again.

I was enjoying my stay but the staff in the reception rejected to provide even the simplest exceptions to satisfy my stay, the package I booked had a 25% discount on the restaurants in the hotel and the reception gave me a 50% discount on the breakfast. When I requested an in-room dining experience. They refused to give me either discount and told me that I needed to pay the full amount. I was shocked and fooled. And the in-room dining staff were raising there voice and told me to pay the full amount now and refused to charge it on the room to pay when checking out. As if im going to steal from them. I requested to talk to the hotel GM for compensation which i did not need to do, Then the hotel duty manager called my room to tell me she cant do anything and I have to pay the full amount. Which is extremely foolish. When I requested to complain, she then gave me a 25% discount on the in-room dining bill. I was not satisfied at all, they embarrassed me, and took me for a fool. I will not book at this hotel again nor recommend it to my colleagues, unless I receive a call and further compensation on this regard.

We had an outstanding stay at Banyan Tree Doha. The hotel upgraded us to a private suite, and that made the whole trip feel special. The suite was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable for our family. Everyone was genuinely happy throughout the stay. Breakfast was excellent — great variety, high quality, and consistently well presented. The service was warm, attentive, and professional from check-in to check-out. The team made us feel well looked after without being intrusive. We also used the complimentary tickets to quest, the indoor play area, and the children thoroughly enjoyed the games. It was a perfect family activity during the stay. We tried the spa as well, and it was even better than expected — calm, refined, and a real highlight. We would happily return and highly recommend Banyan Tree Doha for a family getaway.
