A bit disappointed in club lounge access...hot food was always just tepid and the gentleman who was on duty the three days we stayed there needs to improve his customer service, he only smiled if we did and was mostly surly and a bit off handed....whereas the girls at night were helpful and friendly....not sure if he was that way because we were just a group of women but it really made a bad impression on us..Where as the reception staff were very good and shout out to Fred...who was fantastic. Our rooms and location were were great.

I stayed in quite large room on level 28 and it was spacious and comffy. Enjoyed my few days in Doha. And the food in the club lounge was surprisingly good!
