Dear Pullman West Bay Doha Team, I hope you are well. I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at Pullman West Bay Doha, which was booked to celebrate a special occasion with my husband. Prior to our arrival, I had requested a special room arrangement for this occasion and received both approval and confirmation that the request would be arranged as agreed. Unfortunately, upon our arrival and check-in, we found that the room was not prepared as requested, which was disappointing given the confirmation provided in advance. I raised this concern with the team, and while I appreciate that the arrangement was prepared the following day, the setup was still incomplete, as it was missing the most important element of the arrangement — the cake, which was a key part of the celebration. As this stay was meant to be a memorable and meaningful experience, the situation was quite disappointing and did not meet the expectations set by the prior confirmation. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be taken into consideration to improve coordination and attention to special occasion requests for future guests.
