I liked the hotel and service, Just one thing which bothered us was, the windows were very dirty. Due to this we could not enjoy the view of the Doha skyline.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and although the dinner presentation in the executive lounge could do with some improvements, the manager was kind enough to offer us the room service option which we were grateful for. We would like to say a huge thank you to Lisa and Taps in the executive lounge, also the two other gentlemen who were there during our stay but we didn't get their names. They made our visit perfect. They always greeted us with a warm welcoming smile and really looked after us. They made our stay extra special and we will return again for a long stay thanks to their hospitality. We hope that the dinner in the lounge improves and it would be nice for housekeeping to make sure they always leave toilet rolls...we had to ask on a few occasions. Other than that We look forward to returning at the end of the year.

Excellent experience overall. I do think something needs to be resolved regarding the bed situation in family rooms. The family rooms should come with another bed as standard as you cannot sleep 4 on the large bed.
