When my mother fell, the whole team supported me on getting her to hospital and were always asking if her well being. The tram went above and beyond and I’m truly grateful. There are 3 reasons why the score is not a 10. 1. The thermostat was set at 19 but the room was at 22. It was very hot at night and that made sleeping uncomfortable. 2. The curtains were not blackout so I was waken by sunlight every morning. 3. I could not turn off the TV. So the light disturbed my sleep. Aside that that, all good.

I'm staying at Pullman for one month, maybe two, but could quite easily live here forever. My room is awesome, huge, clean, comfortable, full of accessories, and with an awesome view. Bathroom is perfect: shower, bath, a big sink, a bidet, two bathrobes, a lot of bath towels, abundant soap and shampoo. Restaurants are good, serving several kinds of food, from healthy salads to Italian pasta. There's even a sport pub with cocktails and ethnic food. And a pastry shop. The staff is awesome! Everyone is super kind and friendly, always smiling, always available, always willing to help you with all your needs but never intrusive. My friend Pavan is a hero! He made me feel at home, helping me like was part of his family! And every time I see the smiles of the receptionists, my day gets brighter.

It was incredibly hard to find someone to help us. It is the first hotel ever that I had to walk all the way to the reception with my luggage because there was no one to help by the gates. The keys were not working properly we had to change them too many times, I faced many issues were I went all the way to 43rd floor then came back down because the key didn't work and there was no communication way except going down. We booked the ballroom and followed every rule that they told us about at the time of booking, then the security team gave new regulations that were not clearly stated at time of reservation which affected the design we paid for! They even came more than 5 times to the ballroom while we were not there to change the design without us knowing which was extremely rude and unprofessional. The partition they put between the lobby and toilets hallway was not closed properly, only half way closed, that we had to leave the wedding many times to check on it! We are in Qatar, majority of weddings if not all are for muslims, such things should not be a bother to us!
