This stay was extremely disappointing for A. supposed 5-star property. The room was not properly cleaned: the bedsheets were dirty, and despite multiple requests they were only changed after more than an hour. I also found food leftovers and clothing from the previous guest under the sofa, showing A. serious lack of housekeeping standards and management follow-up. To make matters worse, the porter bluntly asked for money after delivering the bags. I have never experienced anything like this in A. 5-star hotel.

It was a short notice stay caused by a flight cancellation. My stay layover in Doha was extended from 4 to 18 hours and I needed a hotel as the airline did not offer an accommodation. I selected the Pullman due to my positive past experience. Unfortunately I noticed that the online same day reservation was unavailable after 8pm (other Accor properties seem to have a later cut off), but the staff on the phone was able to make a short notice reservation. The room was as expected and the gym was open 24/7 (this was very important to me). Staff was very friendly and the lounge breakfast complete. Reaching the hotel from the airport for QAR2 with public transport is a blessing! Grateful for the experience. If there is a small suggestion: keep some snacks (cookies or small bites) available in the lounge outside the buffet hours!

Literally all was good, except that we had issues getting my wife and kids to have breakfast despite that I paid for them. The situation showed a very low level of professionalism.
