I stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful - especially the food and beverage staff and housekeeping. However, I was disappointed that the gym was outside and there was no easy way to get to it without going outside. I would have preferred to go to the other building through a lobby. I was disappointed that there was no sauna/steam room in the gym

There were a few issues in the room with cleanliness. The large window in the living area had multiple greasy hand prints left on the window, as well as crumbs all over the living room floor. The bench at the foot of the bed was broken and leaning to one side. While we were able to take care of these on our own, as that's just my families nature. We expect a bit more from a 5 star hotel.

The reception, rooms everything was fine but breakfast experience wasn’t upto standards. No vegetarians/vegan friendly options. Everything had eggs did reach out to chef but wasn’t much helpful.
