I had a comfortable stay during my business trip. The hotel is conveniently located for my needs, and the staff were very helpful. They did their best to accommodate all my requests, like providing an iron board and slippers etc. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

I would like to begin by expressing my sincere appreciation to your luggage assistant, Joshua, for his outstanding service. He was professional, elegant, welcoming, and always smiling. His warm attitude and refined manner truly made a great first impression and reflected positively on your hotel. I would also like to share my feedback regarding my check-in experience. Upon arrival, I requested a room on a higher floor during check-in; however, I was informed that no rooms were available. I understood this and had no issue with it. Unfortunately, I was then assigned a special needs (accessible) room without my prior knowledge or request. I did not select or request this type of room during booking through your official system, and at no point during payment or confirmation was I informed that the only available room would be an accessible room. I only discovered that the room was designated for guests with special needs after entering the room. My concern is why this information was not clearly communicated before payment, so I could make an informed decision. After raising this issue with the team, a room on a higher floor was eventually provided. The explanation given was that the room was not ready at the time of my arrival. However, my check-in time was approximately 8:30 PM, and I only received the second room about one and a half hours later, which was quite inconvenient. I would like to clarify that I hold no resentment toward any staff member, and I fully understand that such situations can occur. I am sharing this feedback purely in the spirit of transparency and improvement, and I sincerely forgive the inconvenience caused. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback.
