I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. Firstly, there was a water leak in my room, which caused inconvenience and affected my comfort throughout my stay. I expected the room to be properly maintained before check-in. In addition, I found the dinner and breakfast buffet to be below my expectations. The food selection was very limited, with only a few options available, and much of the food was cold instead of being served at an appropriate temperature. This did not meet the standard I expected from your hotel. I chose the Ibis Doha because of its reputation, and I was hoping for a much better experience. I would appreciate it if you could investigate these issues and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of your rooms and dining services for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I look forward to your response for my future stay.

I am a regular guest at Ibis Doha (and adjoining Adagio Hotel apartments). Am always happy with the friendly reception, clean rooms, facilities, and efficient housekeeper staff who are very helpful and quick. Rooms are rather small but the price is also kept low.
