Been there many times and still cant extend just 1 hour . Never had a problem during our stay either if it was in adagio or ibis but this time it was disappointing we were called and told that we have to check out exactly at 12 and we cannot extend 1 hour which hotel does that to the repeating customers .

Good experiences with a very friendly staff, specially thank to Angel and Khamdani which serve us during our stay

Location was very superb nice .reacable to my favourite place souq,only 1thing add about Amenities.i couldnt found ,(shaving kit,comb,etc)overall is great .next have plan to stay again with my girlfriend.

Dear Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Ibis Hotel in Doha. Despite my anticipation for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, I have been unable to sleep for the past four nights due to incessant noise originating from the rooms adjacent to mine. Despite my repeated calls to the front desk at 2 am and 3 am each night to complain about the disturbance, the noise has persisted unabated. Yesterday, I was compelled to leave my room and confront the individuals responsible for the disturbance myself. This disruption has significantly impacted both my mother and me, as we had booked two separate rooms for a week with the expectation of a peaceful and restful stay. While I understand that families may be staying at the hotel, the level of noise at 2 am, 3 am, and even 4 am is wholly unacceptable. As paying guests, we have the right to expect a certain standard of comfort and tranquility during our stay, which unfortunately has not been met. In light of these circumstances, I am requesting compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by the persistent noise disruption. I urge the hotel management to take immediate and effective measures to address this issue to ensure that other guests do not experience similar disturbances in the future. I trust that you will give this matter the urgent attention it deserves and provide a prompt response regarding the compensation for our disrupted stay. Sincerely, Tamara
