I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday with a staycation in Doha, and it was truly a memorable experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Nina at check-in. She went above and beyond—explaining all the hotel amenities, verifying my membership details, and coordinating with housekeeping to create the highlight of my stay: beautiful room décor and a birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful surprise, and I was genuinely delighted. She also ensured I received one of the best available rooms with a stunning pool view, just as I had requested. The level of care and attention she provided was nothing short of 5-star service. I was even personally escorted to my room, and every request I made was handled seamlessly without ever making me feel like a bother. Later, I had dinner with a friend at The Back Door restaurant, where we were greeted by a very warm and patient hostess. She kindly accommodated us as we took plenty of photos and, at the end, thoughtfully reminded me that she would add my dining points without me even asking—such a proactive and considerate gesture. The ambiance of the place is on another level—cozy, stylish, and full of character. The bartender was fantastic as well, recommending drinks and dishes perfectly suited to our tastes. Breakfast at Charlie’s Corner was good, offering a variety of options—everything you’d need to start your day right. I also spent time at the pool area, where the lifeguard was incredibly friendly. He even helped me take some photos and kindly provided a float when I mentioned I wasn’t fully confident in my swimming. Overall, it was a wonderfully relaxing stay, and I enjoyed every single moment. A big thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so special!
