We stayed four nights in the IBIS Doha and the hotel is very good located to reach Metro and airport. Room was small but good and clean. Breakfast was excellent and service as well. We also had dinner in the hotel twice during our stay and the buffet was delicious as well

I had a comfortable stay. During check in i was assisted by Ahmed who did an excellent job in addressing my concerns. On my second day however i was interrupted twice while i was sleeping by the front desk (Miss Ratuja), stating i had a balance to settle. Which i mentioned i already settled with Ahmed upon check-in. However, she insisted i go to the front desk. Upon reaching the front desk she was insisting i had a balance to settle. Thankfully she was assisted by Divina which handled the clarification excellently and was able to confirm i had no pending balance. Hopefully in the future front desk officers clarify first internally before requesting the guest to come down to the lobby

All staff was marvelous stunning and flawless check-inn checkout experience, from GM Mr. Rajvir to Operations manager from Operational Manager to all associates were very much professional, from Banquet Mr. Ankit was superb, quick service provider. Night Manager Fayyaz was also very professional and quick responsive. May we'll definitely revisit again. Bundle of thanks for the entire team, the lady (forgot her name) from Charles at breakfast was marvelous. Zero challenges all the things are quick and approachable.... Highly recommend
