I was expecting a much better level of customer service during my stay.
Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with the breakfast service. The staff did not manage my situation effectively, and I was disappointed with the way my concerns were handled. As a result, I decided to cancel the remaining six days of breakfast.
This experience negatively affected my overall stay, and unfortunately, I would not consider booking with you again in the future.

the cleaning service such as Ms. Sabita and her supervisor were very friendly, including the front desk people from Mr. Ahmed to Mr. Nicholas. They were also kind and helpful. However the pool maintenance could have been better. My eyes got burnt two times out of chlorine in the pool. There was no tear-drops in the medical kit whether in the first or second case.

The place and staff were good, and overall, the accommodation was satisfactory. However, upon our arrival, we noticed that the room had a strong cigarette smell. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was comfortable and well taken care of.
The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. There was a great variety of delicious options, and the quality of the food was excellent.

Since it was a short stay. I would say it was a good experience rather than excellent. I can definitely recommend Ibis for a short stay or an overnight stop.
The room was small and i needed to request slippers but i didn’t have tome to wait for them. Other tahn that , everything was good and comfortable for a quick stay.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel, Ibis is a good choice.
