I am happy with my experience staying at the hotel. Given the fact that I was stuck when the airspace was close, the staff were assisting with me throughout my stay. I would like to commend the following for the excellent service that they did. Wai Wai from the house keeping department. She would always offer help and made sure that I have everything in my hotel room. She anticipated before being requested and always with a big, warm smile as I come across her everyday. Nina from the front office department. She made sure that my stay would be great without having the stress of uncertainty regarding the situation. She checked on me everyday, helped me with every requests that I asked for and went over and beyond to assure me of my safe stay in the hotel. She communicated with me well and gave me every information that I asked for and assisted me in a very timely manner.
