It is indeed great to check in Ibis hotel around the globe. Regarding Ibis Doha, the location is great as it is reachable around the city in few minutes. To reach industrial or the new Doha is easy. Regarding breakfast, I assume more items should be added rather than repeated menu on daily basis. The reception staff shall ask the guest upon arrival if we hold Accor account to be linked as most of the booking are happening through Hayya portal as GCC resident. Once I tried ordering 'Kunafa' and some midnight snacks at 11:30 PM and the phone attender said, it will be served at 1AM. Wasn't having enough patience to wait for 1hour & 30minuites and had to step out to Loungy restaurant which is next to the property. Speaking about restaurant staff (Riski, Phatan) guided well and 'Abir' at pantry coffee lounge was extremely great. Coming towards reception (Natasha & Ann) are supportive if any clarification or doubts comes across as new to Doha. Valet parking staff must organize the flow and pull over of vehicles as they are blocking few other moving cars at times.

Overall stay was wonderful and memorable however if you tend to improve a bit more on check-in formalities and facilities would be appreciable. Of-course the front office staff members are friendly with smiling faces every time, but looks like the computer system and device must be upgraded as it doesn't perform well, resulting, people like me, who's traveling more than 150kms away from Doha is forced to stay in queue for long.

Over all good experience, services was great and quick Good selection in Breakfast Yash from reservations was very professional and welcoming attitude Joshua from concierge was nice too
