I am a travel agent and have sent my clients to Rixos Gulf many times, and finally I had the chance to spend a week here with my family. We were very happy with everything , especially the service. I would like to thank Dina and Diana, during our stay, they were always very helpful, kind and caring. They organized surprise for my daughter’s birthday,thank you so much. We truly enjoyed our stay and I will definitely recommend this hotel to my clients.

We were stopping over between Melbourne and London for 4 nights. The location was ideal for this. The kids club was okay, good activities and children enjoyed, but it smelled very musty (and like feet). We didn't love the food. Whilst there was a big variety, the taste and quality were not amazing. We were all inclusive but didn't try the ala carte offerings.

My first visit to Qatar and the Rixos Gulf and I was very pleased with all aspects of the experience. The staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. The food and drink was also a treat, so very varied and plentiful. With two small children with our group the facilities for all of us was bountiful and we didn’t need to go anywhere else to enjoy our holiday. As we had a late flight home being able to check out later was also very considerate and it rounded of the stay perfectly

Thanks to Ms. Ramala and Mr. Eric for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. My son Arsh, who celebrated his 10th birthday, now has wonderful memories, and my daughter Aaliyah, who will be turning 10 in June, has already decided she wants to spend her time at Rixos. The food was amazing, and all the staff members were incredibly kind and supportive.

Stay Details Dates: 9 to 11 December 2025 Room: 515 Stay Reason: Wedding attendance / Corporate account My overall hotel experience was below acceptable standards and did not reflect a 5-star property, particularly given my company's corporate rate agreement with your establishment. Pre-arrival communication was inadequate. I attempted to book using the corporate code but received no email response for over five hours. I ultimately had to contact Ramla, who I believe is the Account Manager, directly to secure my reservation. Although I accepted the blackout-period surcharge of QAR 300 per night, the effort required to make the reservation was excessive and unprofessional. Room allocation was inappropriate. I arrived on 9 December at approximately 10:00 PM and was assigned Room 515. The room was affected by continuous mechanical noise, making it extremely difficult to sleep for more than a few minutes at a time. Due to exhaustion, I did not request a room change and had to rely on earplugs. Assigning such a room to a corporate guest demonstrates poor judgment and weak guest-relations management. Breakfast service was poorly managed. I witnessed a guest aggressively shouting at a chef while management's intervention was slow and ineffective. The restaurant appeared understaffed, service was unacceptably slow, and my hot beverage arrived late and cold. The wedding reception on 10 December was the most serious failure. Bar operations were disorganized, with no staff prepared to distribute wristbands required for alcohol service. When I requested a wristband, a staff member named Mahmoud, who said he worked in Finance, addressed me in a rude and dismissive tone. He then remained at the bar, monitoring guests in an unwelcoming, aggressive manner. I have never experienced a situation where a Finance team member was policing a bar, and this behavior was entirely unprofessional. Overall, this stay created a negative perception of your brand that is inconsistent with 5-star standards. If these issues persist, I would not consider staying at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it for future corporate stays, events, or catering.

Dear Trust You team, Warm greetings from the Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha. Kindly be informed that the below guest was intoxicated during the wedding and kept on asking for additional drinks knowing that it was mentioned in the contract that alcoholic beverages will be served during specific hours. Kindly be advised that the wedding event went well and her aggressiveness and persistence to get more drinks for everyone was the only issue that evening. Kindly be advised as well that the guest did not share any feedback about her room or her breakfast experience knowing that our managers and colleagues are approaching each customer and asking about their experience. Kindly be informed that the guest has contacted our sales manager at the last minute knowing that she is booking a room during the high season, she asked for a discounted corporate rate and has written our colleague's name in her review even though our colleague has granted all her last moment requests and offered even a great discount.
