It was very disappointing that the card of my room was given to one of the guests upon request and they came to my room with the card, I called the reception and she was rude enough to deny the incident !! I told her the lady just came to my room and the card you gave her is literally in her hands and she kept saying no!! This is a huge issue not to protect the guests privacy and it’s even a bigger issue when you confront the reception the deny it and kept saying no this couldn’t happen !! It’s good for you and your reputation that I had a wedding to attend and couldn’t dig further .. other wise the room was clean and nice

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is excellent.
