This was our third consecutive summer staying at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha, and I think the fact that we keep coming back says it all. Whenever our travels take us through Doha, particularly when flying Qatar Airways, we simply can't help but make Rixos part of the trip. It has genuinely become our home away from home in Doha. We stayed in a spacious and well-equipped family suite with a beautiful ocean view. The collapsible bed was particularly convenient for the family and made the accommodation very comfortable for everyone. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day. One of the things that makes each return so special is seeing the same friendly, familiar faces and experiencing the consistently warm hospitality. Sonia at the front desk, who I believe is one of the managers, was once again exceptional. She was always willing to assist and even thoughtfully sent a couple of fruit platters to our room for the family. These little personal touches make such a difference. Our children absolutely love the Kids Club, and it was great to see that the facilities have been improved even further, including more indoor gaming and activities for teens. For families travelling with children, Rixos really does an excellent job of making sure the younger guests have just as memorable a stay as their parents. A particularly special moment for us this year came from Oye, the Nigerian gentleman who welcomes guests at the hotel. He is someone we always look forward to seeing whenever we return. This time, he personally brought beautiful gifts for our children, together with a handwritten note welcoming us back. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful surprise. The kids were delighted, and we genuinely appreciated the warmth and effort behind it. What stands out most about Rixos is that the hospitality feels personal. After three summers, you don't feel like you're simply returning to a hotel, you feel like you're coming back to people who remember you and are genuinely happy to welcome you again. Thank you to Sonia, Oye, and the entire Rixos team for another wonderful stay and for continuing to make our family feel so welcome. Three summers in a row, and we are already looking forward to the next one. Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha remains a must-stop for our family whenever we're in Doha. Highly recommended!

Stayed with a large family with kids. Good general all round experience. Check in was ropey, with a few issues with the key cards but sorted nice and quickly. Food was brilliant throughout with the all inclusive being a great idea. Makes life 100% easier.

We had a really good experience staying at the hotel. The staff were nice, the service was good, and overall we enjoyed our stay. The only issue we experienced was that the air conditioning was quite weak and the room wasn’t as cool as we expected. Hopefully, the AC can be improved, but overall, we had a pleasant stay and would still recommend the hotel.
