In addition, our website is designed so that, after selecting a room type, guests are automatically presented with an options page where breakfast can be added or declined before finalizing the reservation. This step appears regardless of the option chosen, making the booking conditions and included services clearly visible. Regarding the room size, ibis budget rooms follow a standardized concept designed to offer practical and affordable accommodation. The dimensions and occupancy capacity are in line with the room category booked. Concernant l’environnement extérieur, notre établissement est situé à proximité de l’autoroute et d’une station de traitement des eaux. Il peut arriver, selon l’orientation du vent, que des odeurs soient perceptibles, indépendamment de notre volonté. Nous comprenons que cela puisse être désagréable et nous en sommes navrés. Le groupe de caravanes mentionné ne compte qu’une vingtaine d’unités, situé en dehors du terrain de l’hôtel. Ces voisins sont discrets et respectueux, et nous n’avons jamais rencontré de problème lié à leur présence. À votre arrivée, la personne en short et claquettes n’était pas un membre du personnel, mais un client utilisant le micro-ondes mis à disposition. Notre équipe de réception est toujours identifiable et disponible pour vous accueillir avec professionnalisme. Concernant le petit déjeuner, nous regrettons que vous n’ayez pas été satisfait. Lors de votre séjour, une présence inhabituelle d’insectes volants nous a contraints à adapter temporairement la présentation des produits pour garantir leur hygiène. La collaboratrice présente est partie chercher du matériel de nettoyage, qui ne se trouve pas en cuisine, et nous sommes désolés si cela a été mal perçu. Les serviettes utilisées sont celles référencées pour tous les hôtels de la gamme Ibis Budget. Nous prenons toutefois bonne note de votre suggestion concernant leur taille. De même, vos remarques sur les équipements et la décoration sont entendues : les moquettes des couloirs seront remplacées dès septembre, et nous restons attentifs à l’évolution des attentes de nos clients. Enfin, notre établissement est équipé d’un Wi-Fi haut débit, accessible via une connexion avec votre adresse e-mail.
