During your stay, our receptionist took the time to review your reservation with you in detail and showed you directly on our website that breakfast was not included in the rate you had booked. The booking confirmation also clearly indicated the services included in your reservation. In addition, our website is designed so that, after selecting a room type, guests are automatically presented with an options page where breakfast can be added or declined before finalizing the reservation. This step appears regardless of the option chosen, making the booking conditions and included services clearly visible. Regarding the room size, ibis budget rooms follow a standardized concept designed to offer practical and affordable accommodation. The dimensions and occupancy capacity are in line with the room category booked.
