For a hotel that is marketed towards budget travellers I don’t think it is acceptable to then take a €200 hold on your card when your arrive. This was totally unexpected as no warning when you booked online and delayed our checkin as we had to move money onto our card to cover it. Also absolute bare bones in the room, not even a make dryer so not sure what this deposit was required for!

Lovely hotel, nice staff. Only downside was that the carpark did not appear very secure. But would stay again. Friendly and happy to speak to ke in English.
