extremely dirty

The room is dirty, there is blood on the bed cover, and there are bugs in the room. The reception staff is careless and needs years to learn about dealing with customers

I like the location , staff, cleanliness, and nicely renovated bathroom, but the absence of USB outlets is a game-changer. People want to be able to charge their smartphones overnight and wake up to a fully charged phone.

The hotel is good value. It was a 45 minute commute to my meetings in Geneva. I enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and in good order.

unbelievsble old furnitures, carpet etc. Need to be renovated ASAP
