A very pleasant eleven day stay over christmas and the new year. The room was comfortable, with a large and very good bed. The facilities were adequate - we brought our own kettle and mugs and charging adapters. Most of the staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with a variety of different foods, including warm. The coffee wasnt too good - all machines vary. The free parking was a bonus for us, and the location was execellent.

The receptionist told me it was mandatory to pay for the reservation by bank card, regardless of whether I paid in cash since I had made the reservation online, and that the money would be automatically refunded the next day. That never happened! In other words, I paid in cash and by card—I paid twice!

Bonjour, Vous n'avez pas payé deux fois monsieur, vous avez effectué votre règlement en espèces et nous vous avons demandé une pré-autorisation qui est obligatoire dans notre établissement (ceci est noté sur tout nos sites de réservations) en carte bancaire et ce pour couvrir d'éventuelles consommations par exemple. Il ne s'agit pas d'un paiement mais d'un blocage d'un montant. Ce blocage peut apparaitre sur votre compte bancaire mais il ne s'agit en aucun cas d'un paiement. Votre pré-autorisation a été clôturé sans débit, nous vous invitons à contacter votre banque car il s'agit ici de délai bancaire dont nous ne sommes pas responsable. Cordialement

We stayed for a week. The recently refurbished room was great and the bed was fantastic. The not-so-recently refurbished heating was not too good. Set to 30C the room was probably around 20C maximum. The breakfast was good, with a good variety. Some of the staff were very helpful, some could do with training on how to talk to clients. Overall it was a good week. The proximity to the tram and the easy free parking made our stay enjoyable.
