Good room size Room 301: sofa bed wasn't made at arrival. I had to prepare it myself after asking the person at reception, who wasnt able to help apart from telling me to do it No hot water for thw first 5 minutes of showering Fresh orange juice press at the breakfast is a nice idea, but doesn't work properly and is wasting the fruits :(

The hotel was right in front of the station and opposite the Espace Martin Luther King where I was playing in the Annemasse International Chess Festival so it was very conveniently located which was great as it rained all week. There was a good restaurant on the ground floor which was open 7 days a week which was also great as apart from fast food and kebab places, there were hardly any restaurants in the town, and the only two I found were closed on Sundays and Mondays, so I had dinner in the restaurant nearly every night. There was a rooftop bar open from Tuesday to Saturday night with nice cocktails. As a Platinum Accor member I was given an upgrade to a very nice 27m2 superior room with a couch where I was very comfortable for my 8 night stay. What made my stay great was the exceptional staff, all of whom were very friendly and made me feel welcome and they kindly offered me a free breakfast for my birthday.
