The hotel was very well located, immediately opposite the train station. The room was a good size with a really comfortable bed. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Would certainly stay again.

the bath room is a mess, each time you take a shower , there is a mini flood I was on Room 404 and the bath room need obviously to be revisited, the rest of the hotel is great and people very kind and helpfull

Like the place much. just in front of station and 22 minutes from Geneva Cornavin. Nice rooms, good restaurant, nice rooftop bar.

My wife and I arrived late by bicycle in the rain after a long travel day and staff were welcoming and gracious to allow us to whether take our bikes to our room or a storage room. The room was quiet and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. A kettle and fridge in the room were appreciated although we did miss a heated towel rack to dry out some of our wet clothes. We pass through Annemasse frequently towards nearby friends, so now have this hotel on our favorite list -:)
