All good. Always get it because of the location. But the pillows are horrible. They look new, comfy and not cheap but sleeping on them... Horrible. Seriously, try them yourselves! Everything is great!

I attended a conference in Ambilly, France. This was my first time in Europe, so to stay in a hotel the was well located to the Venue I attended , and the train station was a plus. The staff were friendly and accommodating with helping me get cabs for personal travel. I liked the fact that the room key accessed only the floor you stayed on. There were minor things about the room that could be improved, but the minor things were not enough for me to inform the staff so I will not get into details on here. My overall experience was great and I would definitely stay there again and recommend others to stay.

I had an executive room with breakfast. The hotel is not a 4* star and needs an improvement on my many levels. 1. The breakfast options are very limited in terms of options and quantities and the items are always out if stock and the salad/cold cuts is not fresh, I have boil the eggs myself which is a waste if time to do every morning. Half the buffet is bread and pasteries. Where are the french cheese ? Just one or two types and not the best types. Why two machines for orange juice ? The coffee machine had a malfunction for two days. It is a good value for money. I would recommend to take breakfast at the bakery shop instead 2. Similar issues with the dinner, the food is not fresh and the options are so limited, you can find better options in the restaurants nearby with better value for money and before all, it is fresh, not as in the hotel. 3. The room is not uniformily heated, so parts are colder than others. The housekeeping is not great. My paper roll support got broken, so she didn't supply paper rolls for 3 days !! The lock of the toilet door shall be removed, it is annoying and useless. The vent has to be improved. The bed linen was not changed for 4 days. They are very tight in the supply of the toiletries items (no kleenex, 50 ml of soap/shampoo/shower gel in the dispensers. What is this?
