The location is good, but I was still disappointed. In the Bar I ordered a drink for my daughter and myself for 18.50 Euro. The waiter charged my credit card for 48.50 Euro. It could be a missed and it can happen to anyone. The way he reacted made him suspicious to me. He asked if I like a receipt and normally people don’t want it. I had a funny feeling and asked for a receand saw the mistake. He acknowledged the mistake but in such a weird way that I could not believe him. In the end he returned my money not back on the credit card but gave me 30 Euro in cash. Was he hoping to cash in the 30 Euro himself as a tip? I really was wondering. The breakfast the next day wasn’t nice at all. The buffet looked messy. Jam jars and pots almost empty with messy knives were not inviting to even try anything. In the end I ate 1 boiled egg and that was it. The cleanliness wasn’t there.

I received a room as I requested. Room and bathroom were spacious an clean, beds were comfortable. Excellent outside and inside soundproofing. Entire staff were nice, especially Camille from frontdesk. Easy and fast checkin and checkout. Perfect location for visiting Geneva at affordable price.
