Location, location, location. Right opposite Annemasse station, where trains to Geneva run every 15 minutes. Good breakfast, excellent rooftop bar, large and comfortable room, friendly and very helpful staff all round. Close to Carrefour and Monoprix for needed shopping.

Good room size Room 301: sofa bed wasn't made at arrival. I had to prepare it myself after asking the person at reception, who wasnt able to help apart from telling me to do it No hot water for thw first 5 minutes of showering Fresh orange juice press at the breakfast is a nice idea, but doesn't work properly and is wasting the fruits :(
