I had an amazing stay at Mercure! The staff were welcoming and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be the addition of a small gym or fitness area. Having a space for a quick workout would make the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Well located. Nice room. Good restaurant. However, the shower receiver is very slippery. Be careful.

A nice hotel, the rooms are well appointed and very clean. The swimming pool was a very welcome addition in the heat! Both check-in and check-out went very smoothly and the staff were very warm. The bar/restaurant staff could have been more welcoming. Our advice to others booking would be to book breakfast in advance - we were told one price on arrival and sadly charged another. It was a good hotel for a pit stop to rest before onward travel.

Shabby, no hot water

Shabby room. Much less nice than the average Ibis, whereas Mercure is supposed to be a cut above. The night we were staying there, there wad no hot water. The next morning, still no hot water. When we inquired st the desk, they said we'd have to wait until 8:30 to have hot water----no apologies, as if it were the most normal thing in the world! When we checked out, they simply said goodbye---again no apologies, no offer of a discount on the room.

We thank you for your feedback but did not understand the "Shabby room"... We refurbished the hotel in 2019, some rooms have already some tiny defects but are not "shabby"... Concerning the hot water, indeed we had a failure on Monday night. We were on the phone with the dedicated company until 10pm but couldn't solve the problem. A technical man arrived on Tuesday morning at 7:30 am and the problem was solved at about 8:15. We apologise for this breakdown which was beyond our controle. Of course we apologise towards our client, we were very annoyed by this. We hope to welcome you again in order to regain your trust. Celine, adjointe de direction
