I've stayed here a couple of times and the experience has been good but not this time. First room I was given felt like and oven when I went in and stank of cigarette smoke. The second room I was given was cooler and cleaner but in both rooms the aircon/fan did not work. I suspect it has been switch off centrally or broken. There is also a lot of maintenance required to the building and decor now. The one person I interacted with was lovely but I doubt I will stay here again despite it being perfectly situated for work.

Room too hot, AC not working, Hair Dryer is not working, clogged sink. Advice: Try everything directly after check in so you can change the room if needed

The hotel provided all i needed in the right location as was able to work to my meeting i nthe morning. The only challenge was that I did the automatic check out but did not receive a receipt.
