Very Pleasant stay for work trip

Easy booking and check in , walking distance to my office. Supermarket is very close by , also a few restaurant nearby , very convenient location . Room is small but very cozy , quiet , internet speed is quite reasonable Staff is friendly , breakfast is tasty , I like the offer from coffee machine very much , taste is very good ! My stay is overall very pleasant , good memories , thank you Ibis clamart !

Ok stay in a calm yet accessible neighborhood

The hotel is fairly close to a tram station connected to metro line 13 in a relatively calm neighborhood. Amenities are chopped down to a minimum - no hairdryer in one of the rooms i stayed in. Room was warm, not much impact trying to adjust temperature through the heater panel. Cleaning staff are very pushy to clean the room and would start early even on weekends. Change of towels was not done as regularly as the housekeeping activities. Rooms are somehow verpriced given the location and services

Too many problems

First day, no bread for breakfast at 6:00, coffee machine broken. Second day no hot water in the room: no shower in all rooms! Also, previously in the same hotel, no possiblity to get my money back for cancelation due to railroad strikes.

need to tell you, I have not satisfied with the hotel and will not recommend for my colleges too. all basic facilities are missing in the hotel, like 1. no hot water kettle 2. No Coffee available inside the room 3. no Shampoo and Conditioner 4. only one Towel and that to very short. 5. Room heating is very poor ( I got Cold next day) 6. Wall drops are not there sorry be I had very bad experience in the hotel and not to visit again. Thanks Abhijit
