This hotel is very basic and in desperate need of some TLC. Initial impressions were poor, no reception area, everything is managed from behind the bar. We had two separate rooms and both smelt really really badly of stale cigarette smoke. One room the air conditioning worked fine the other room it didn't work at all, numerous people came to look but did nothing and staying during a recent heatwave was unbearable. They were unable to change our room. I asked for additional pillows but was told there was none in the whole hotel! Rooms are very run down, lots of chipped paint, botched DIY, curtains hanging down etc. The bed was very comfy and the bedding very clean. Both days dirty towels were removed and no clean ones provided. Also left with no toilet rolls. Breakfast was lovely and lots of choice however even getting there when they opened there was no glasses, no bowls and no spoons. If it had been cheap I would have written less of a review but it was a very expensive stay and I don't feel this hotel gives good value for money at all. It's in a very rural suburb with very little to do close by.

Location was good, very close to the offices. The room was also pretty comfortable, with effective AC. But the breakfast was very basic and no choices at all, it was all just bread. Not even eggs were served.

A very nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms are clean. It is close to the tram station, which makes it easy to get around. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and offers a nice variety. I had a pleasant stay.

Une arrivée à 21h et impossible d avoir une chambre avec une clim fonctionnelle. 1 nuit à 90e et 35° cette nuit là. J'étais encore plus fatigué en partant qu à mon arrivée, un séminaire que j ai du subir . Des cris , des rires dans la rue jusqu a 5h du mat. Bref c était pas le lieu le plus propice pour ce reposer ce jour là.

Accueil très sympathique, chambre agréable. Par contre, un problème avec la climatisation de la chambre qui n'a pas été réglé pendant notre séjour. Dommage même si nous ne restions qu'une nuit.
