Good location let down by parking issue

Room was large, clean and well appointed. Bathroom was too small though. We had reserved parking for our 4 night stay but were unable to use this as the management had allocated all spaces in the garage to an Olympic driving company. There was no prior notification even though we confirmed the parking reservation 2 weeks prior to arrival. As we were busy throughout the time we were there the manager was never available to discuss our issue.

Lyra is particularly brilliant and always greets me with a smile and so helpful. Good location for my work, supermarkets, boulangerie etc. rooms always spotless and pool excellent to unwind. Provides all I need . Quiet and basic breakfast in morning.

Cancellation of Reservation

I booked this hotel before my biz trip and re confirmed twice about my reservation & check in time. But when I arrived at hotel at 8PM, she didn't find my reservation on her reservation list. So, I spoken for 2 hours and finally, I paid more than my confirmed total cost and then was assigned a room. I don't understand and she told me that the hotel can't help me anything even if it was the hotel's fault. This situation is extremely absurd to foreigners. Foreigners cannot do anything and must unconditionally comply with their demands. Next day, another person told me that it was the fault and I will receive a refund for the extra money I paid. Now, I have still not received any answer yet from the hotel, and the total cost I paid is still not changed. Can you please help me about this extremely absurd situation ? Thank you in advance. Have been coming to this aparthotel since long time. Very convenient location, good neighborhood, rooms are good, kitchenette is practical for self cooking, reception is warm and cordial. Good choice for people who want to stay for longer durations and also want to cook themselves. Prices are okay for corporate arrangements, a bit expensive for personal visitors - however worth the cost.
