(1) When arriving late, I asked for quite room but got street side room. Had to go down again with heavy baggage. (2) waking up next morning heating didnt work - had to go down again to ask for help to switch on electronics in my room since all is connected with sensors (3) same for bathroom heating (4) Even I asked during check-in for late check-out time if possible - I got 2times rudely interrupted during conference calls in my room at 11am and 11:40am... second time even entering my room ... As a weekly business travele=> r This wasnt a good experience in the HOME City of ACCOR GROUP ...
