When we booked we specified need to have baby bed ready. Nothing was there, for our other kids sheets were full of pet hairs… Super warm in the room because curtains were kept opened before arrival.

The overall experience, comparing to Adagio Access Paris Vanves - in which I had stayed late last year - was disappointing. Adagio Vanves did not have availabilities in the dates I wanted, so I chose the Adagio Clamart. The room was clean and staff helpful, but the building needed maintenance (lots of chuffed walls, corridor floors not very clean, the backrooms were open half the time (I could see the storage room, the linen rooms, etc...), and the breakfast selection (again comparing to Adagio Vanves) was the big disappointment. I was expecting a similar level of experience between two Adagio Access which are no farther than 25 minutes by car...

Not as expected. Photos embellished the actual room, not a studio as it’s presented . Bit of a sad room , not at all the chic place advertised and if it wasn’t for the staff changing to third floor it would have been impossible to sleep with the turbine noise and noise from the traffic right outside the window .

(1) When arriving late, I asked for quite room but got street side room. Had to go down again with heavy baggage. (2) waking up next morning heating didnt work - had to go down again to ask for help to switch on electronics in my room since all is connected with sensors (3) same for bathroom heating (4) Even I asked during check-in for late check-out time if possible - I got 2times rudely interrupted during conference calls in my room at 11am and 11:40am... second time even entering my room ... As a weekly business travele=> r This wasnt a good experience in the HOME City of ACCOR GROUP ...

When I booked this hotel, it showed me an estimate of status points and reward points. After the stay, it says the stay is not eligible for points. It would be beneficial if this information was provided earlier while making the booking. It’s simply not right to first show the estimate points only to tell later this information. The hotel is very basic with no facilities not even air con. In this heat they give you a fan to use.
