First the staff tried to charge me 50€ more than the price I booked the room for online. On checking out the staff wanted to charge me for an extra night when I had only stayed the two nights that I had booked. In between this it was very noisy, the whirring of the lift motor kept us awake as did the noisy arguments from other guests. At 5.50am the fire alarm went off (false alarm) and on reaching reception there were many guests wandering around both in reception and outside, not really knowing what to do and there was no sign of a member of staff anywhere. The floor of our room was dirty. We have stayed here many times in the past and the whole experience has now deteriorated so much that I would never even consider staying here again.

Good stay for value; however, room had AC unit with uncleaned filter and evidence of mold and mildew building up as well as on tile grout. Room has musty smell. Over three days it did trip my allergies. Staff was incredible given its a small operation. Simple food selection with limited quantities for those who need a restaurant, but was good, and again the staff was very helpful.

Je suis pas satisfait il y a plein de moustiques dans la chambre, j’ai signalé la réception partout il y a des moustiques, j’ai quitté l’hôtel j’ai pas dormi à l’hôtel à cause de ça

Facilities in the room are lacking. Extremely small rooms (not big enough for 2 persons) No basic tea or milk. Shower had no pressure, so was difficult to use. Came back from a day out and my room was open and the air con was not working any longer. I requested a room change and the new room's shower was leaking so stepped out into a pond every time I needed to shower. Breakfast was absolutely abysmal. The choices were bread, bread, or bread. Orange juice and coffee machines regularly breaking. The picture of the "Bar" on the website doesn't actually exist... its a mini fridge behind reception with a few drinks in it that are very low quality.

All our rooms include a complimentary hospitality tray with tea and coffee. If this was missing in your room, we apologize and would have gladly brought one to you upon request. The breakfast buffet at ibis includes a wide variety of items: madeleines, waffles, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cereals, cheeses, cold cuts and more. We are sorry if it was not clear during your visit. As for the bar, our reception area is currently under renovation, and unfortunately, the new furniture has not yet been delivered. In the meantime, we do offer a full selection of drinks, albeit in a simplified setup. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
