this hotel is very near to the mall and other restaurants in Velizy. however it appears to be old hotel. Rooms might have slant floors making the room small. Whenever i made small complaints about the room, staff immediately attended.

I stayed for a week at the Ibis Styles Velizy. I had a pleasant stay, it was clean and warm, the breakfast was good and the staff very nice. The room was rather small and there is no iron available directly in the room. Also no room coffee available, not even instant. I appreciated the location as it was close to both offcies i had to work in, and also right across the street from a shopping centre and next to plenty of restaurants. A good hotel but the price/quality ratio could be improved by adding some of the above mentioned items.

Room was OK, comfy bed, but the room smelled bad. No eggs and bacon at breakfast? :( I suppose all Ibis do this. Also I forgot my phone charger and the staff could not find it when I emailed them later.

My toiletries DISAPPEARED during second day!

Second day - razor, deo, toothpaste dissappeared form the bathroom. When I explained to the person in charge at night, and asked for a set, I was given a used toothpaste that he told me I should return next day (???), and a razor without a plastic packaging that of course I did not use. I stayed many times at the hotel but will be the last one. It is more than 25 euros in goods that disappeared from the room. The woman at checkout was much more professional handling the issue. I stay more than 120 nights a year in hotels and this is the first time that this happens to me. I usually stay at Ibis when in Velizy but will be the last time.

Location at 100m from Velizy 2 open late and also on week-end Eno that s great! Rooms are confortable enough, beds are good, general cleaning ok. Welcome is helpful. Restaurant next door is a good idea offering a kind of pub service:beers,big screen to watch champions league games and very good entrecôte and many other things.

Overall the stay was fine. My room on the 2nd floor is right under the roof. I'm tall (1,96 m). I therefore had to bend over quite a bit.

It was quite nice, I did not spend much time in the hotel because I was in the office all days. But to be honest breakfast were really bad. No eggs, poor meat.... Only cheese and sweet things, but not everyone likes it. Please add more vegetables and eggs and it will be ok. If the breakfast stays like this, I am sure I will not come back to your hotel as I need to have a powerful meal in the morning :)

Good rooms but not big. Queen bed, TV, bath room with bath and shower. A bit lack of space in the room. Conditioner was not working, no fridge in room, no safe, no tee or coffee (but available on reception still). Breakfast without hot dishes, no eggs/ sausages / potato, was served in first floor lobby. Renovaton of restaurant just finished on 18 October 2018 so now it is much better.

as there was work going on in the hotel and outside the hotel my sleep was disturbed from 6am onwards
