My room was substantially below 20 and could not warm up leading to me getting sick.

The Hotel is completely outdated and damaged. The windows are not closing (we had -4 degrees outside), the heating is not working properly. One elevator is broken since weeks. Ground Floor Restroom two of three Pissoirs are broken since weeks. In the stair cases the blaster is falling from the walls, etc. etc. Its's a joke to take 135 € for this !!!!

The toilet and bathroom were too dirty and too damaged

Fire alarm in the middle of the night and no electricity since then. Very unpleasant, and I had to look for alternative accommodation
