The service I am usually given in the bar was greatly reduced due to a change of staff. They were far less attentive and actually were bordering on rude. This was carried into the restaurant where , due to the fact that they were busy, the service was slow and the food was not cooked well

Always good just make sure that you get this fixed as it is serious All Your Toilets please fix a rubber on the glass pane of the bath tub as it is very dangerous if you slip All zmetvury hoyrls have this issue just put a rubber border around the glass in your bath tubs to avoid clients gettiing injured if they slipped zotherwise Mercury Hotels are excellent

The Wifi was so bad I could not load my work inbox let alone stream any movie or TV show which is crucial being an american at a hotel with only French speaking channels. When the speed test would work I was only able to clock 0.75mb/sec which did not allow me to conduct business on my laptop, cell phone or tablet. I had to put my phone into hotspot mode and got far better service and speed that way.

Rooms are of a good standard consistently, food and service are very good. I would prefer a better selection of complimentary tea bags, both nights the selection was only infusions and no black tea however that’s a minor detail.

The elevator was stuck midway between floors. I had to force open the doors and crawl out. Upon check-out, I requested separate receipts regarding my incidental charges. This was not done. I had to call 3x to get a receipt before I finally got a copy. The receipt was not broken down as I requested. I had to call again to not get resole. Very poor customer service.

My stay was as I would expect. Nothing bad, nothing spectacular.

Your facility was clean and well maintained. I was disappointed at the signal strength of the WIFI in my room which caused me numerous connection and bandwidth issues. It would be good to make sure that your signal strength reaches all rooms at full strength. If that is not possible, it would be good to perhaps ask quests if it is important to them and ensure to locate them in a room with full strength. This is perhaps more important for quests travelling from out of country.

I was originally assigned to a room on the second floor -- corner room. The room was large but in terrible condition: cigarette burns on the carpet, numerous stains on the carpet, the bed was missing decorative touches, there was no electric kettle in the room, the bathroom door was breaking ... BUT the worst was how very cold the room was (two external-facing walls) and the heat didn't "blow" into the room. I called 3x to request help. People came to adjust the thermostat, brought me a space heater, etc. None of which made any major difference. I was finally moved to a room on the 3rd floor that was much nicer! The other issue I have is with the shuttle (navette) to our offices. In the morning I can usually get a ride to Dassault Systemes. But when I call for a ride at night (anytime between 5:30-7:30pm) I am always told the shuttle is not available. :(

I stay in the Mercure Velizy most weeks and it is generally a nice, comfortable hotel with nice rooms and reasonable service. Unfortunately on this occasion the room I was given had a bathroom that was badly in need of refurbishment, the bath had obviously been painted at some point and that paint was chipped and peeling. The toilet seat was clearly old and chipped and warped with gray streaks in places and the whole bathroom was tired. that being said the room itself was fine (although with no ironing board) and the bed as usual extremely comfortable. I had an issue with my Club Accor points which I raised with reception on check-in as they had not applied the points from my stay a couple of weeks before to my account and that had prevented me from moving up from Silver to Gold as the points would have taken me to Gold. I was told that this would be rectified straight away, it was resolved but not until after my stay had finished. Despite pointing out that I would have reached gold status I was not offered the perks associated with gold membership. The service in the bar, was warm, attentive and efficient as usual, the breakfast was the usual high quality with extensive choices, however as I've found previously the refilling of things like the yogurts, teas and hot water as well as the relaying of tables including cups and teaspoons was quite poor. I tend to find that if you get to breakfast after about 7:30am there are no longer any teaspoons on the tables, the hot water has invariably run out and not been refilled and the more popular types of tea are gone, unfortunately it always seems necessary to find someone and ask for these items, they are not automatically refilled, relayed. As said, this is generally a very nice comfortable hotel with welcoming staff, nice rooms, comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast buffet, however there are some areas for improvement which I've highlighted above, hopefully this will be taken as constructive feedback rather than complaints.

Hi, I had quite bad experience during my stay. The window in my room 118 were not closing properly - there was a finger wide hall from where cold wind was entering. Airco had to continuously work all night long to warm the room up, making the air too dry. In the end I had cold and restless night, looking forward to leave the place. WiFi quality was also very bad. Even basic Audio call on WhatsApp and Skype didn't work well - I couldn't do my business call. I have been staying at this hotel for my work often during last 4 years and have reported issues with WiFi quality quite often, surprising that it hasn't been resolved yet.

Overall adequate offering (rooms, breakfast, wifi are all OK), but a series of annoying incidents happened. - first day, room had no TV remote. Called it in, a remote was brought in. An hour later. - second day, one of the elevators' doors on the 5th floor would not open. Notified staff. 4 days later, when I left, nothing had been done about it, and I was still going to the 6th floor and taking the stairs down... - third day, I ask for a clothes iron. A clothes iron was delivered to my room, again, an hour later... and without an ironing board. Maybe take 2 seconds to think about it? How is one supposed to use an iron without an ironing board? Store the stuff together in a set or something, ffs. Overall, even not considering the cost-performance, I'll still be going back to using the Best Western next door when in Velizy.

The service is always very good, even by the first day intern I got this time at the front desk. Rooms are large and clean. Food is great for breakfast with plenty of choice. Only weak point: WiFi! It's pretty bad.
