10 nights, No restaurant at the weekend. I wasn't aware of this or informed at check in. No food in bar either. Menu was very limited until the menu changed on the 7th or 8th day of my stay. A far more interesting selection. When my charges reached 1,000 euro I was asked to pay me invoice even though I still had 4/5 nights on my stay remaining. I refused as it was a business expense. In the past I have had charges more than this amount at other hotels and never been asked to part pay???? Staff pleasant, and in the main helpful Privelege room comfortable if getting a little tired.

We were supposed to be in the double room on the first floor, but the air conditioning wasn't working and also the beds doesn't seem good but because of the air conditioning they changed our rooms and then the third-floor rooms were really good.

Our stay was pleasant, we were looking for air-conditioning and a pool in the heat wave and at €100 per night per room the price:value was ok. But this is not a 4* Hotel experience. The IBIS 3* Deauville we stayed at the night before was more modern and up to date, stylish, better room decor, bathrooms and common areas. The pool did it’s job for the kids but was cloudy and shallow, it is a jump in splash about pool, not for exercising any way. The staff were pleasant but felt harrassed. Our room was not one from the web site photos, the bathroom paint was peeling, the enamel in the bath and sink chipped, the paint and wall paper in the rooms themselves peeling, stained and chipped. It all had an end of days feeling about it. If we were paying the headline rate of €500 per standard room posted in reception we would not have stayed. The Hotel is located in a grim light industrial business park, next to the motorway and a convenient large Westfield shopping mall which usefully had a cinema and a variety of restaurants. It is a business Hotel for corporate accounts really, for Corporate accounts happy to pay more than the HolidayInn Express across the road.

The room was great, very clean, very big, and working AC. The service was attentive and welcoming, however they ran out of bottles of water in the whole establishment and the restaurant does not serve lunch even though it is open for breakfast and for dinner, they somehow close in the middle. The pool was the biggest disappointment, it is very small and does not feel too clean. The outdoor seating area feels ignored and a bit dirty, would not recommend counting on it for your stay but the spacious and comfortable makes up for it!

1) the room was basic with very narrow double beds in which we could not sleep correctly 2) When we arrived, we had to sign a statement where we committed to pay whatever minibar costs that the hotel could discover AFTER my departure. My experience is that many hotels try to cheat you and charge you with at least one drink of the minibar, maybe you will not check. This is not acceptable, showing no trust. If this is their experience, what kind of untrustable people are staying in this hotel, and should we stay here? 3) The room service dinner was based on pre-cooked boxes warmed up with microwave. We tried several of them, they were disgusting. But what was not acceptable was the price: 78€ for 3 boxes and 3 desserts you can buy in supermarket. Moreover, the price paid was more expensive than the price displayed on the menu on the television. Never again this hotel, despite the fact I am generally an ACCOR frequent sleeper and supporter.

My cowoker told me that everything was really nice. We had a misunderstanding with the reservation, because we bought a HB but then they could provide us only the breakfast. But, they were really nice and we clarified the situation.

We had a horrible dinner experience with long wait times, incorrect orders, over charged bill. When we requested to correct this the staff took 3-40 min to tell us they don't know how to fix this. The rooms were ok but dated and in need of at least cosmetic upgrades.

We had a brilliant 3 day stay at Mercure Velizy last weekend. I have no complaints and I think my family really enjoyed it. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and spacious, swimming pool was lovely, we had it all to ourselves at the time we chose to go down... and we had easy access to trams and buses to get to most places in Paris with no issues.. Westfield was 5 minute walk from the hotel which was great for dinner options.. Walking back to the hotel from Westfield with little children felt safe. Overall, we had a brilliant time. Thanks to Mercure for making our stay comfortable.

I regularly stay at this hotel but this time during a 5 nights stay I had three times issues with room services ; during 30 minutes I waited with no one picking the phone (even after multiple calls). I had to call three times the reception to have them at the end bringing me my food. One day I could even not order before one hour and a half because kitchen was closed (even for 24h/24 meals). So excellent hotel but room service definitely must be improved (some days it was perfect but some others it was a terrible experience).

We have annual meetings at Dassault Systemes in Velizy and regularly stay at this hotel. The location of the hotel plus the very good restaurant and bar are the main reasons we continue to come back to this hotel. This year was another great stay.
