We stayed for three nights. The electricity was off during most of our stay so, no lights, no tv, no charging our phones, no showering. It was very inconvenient. We didn’t get any compensation.

Was in business trip. Hotel comfortable and clean. Rooms with space, bar and restaurant appreciated. Basic sport room. Swimming pool not mandatory. However, rooms not soundproof and bathrooms very old, need to be redo. Breakfast very good, unfortunately no eggs 2 of the morning I was there.

Basic amenities missing - no shampoo only body wash provided. - no tooth brush/paste - no slipper - no bathrobe - Service: Call to get the amenities missing. Office mentioned that they are either not available for the room level I booked. For the one available, they say they will sent someone to deliver, the staff never came... - The staff do not accept cash for deposit. I have no credit card, only a DEBIT Union Pay card that do not let me do deposit as it is not a credit card. (Moreover, it is a not a visa/mastercard, it is less like to even work at all even for a normal upfront payment) Whatever, the staff got the gut to say that it is required by law to pay deposit by credit card and it is my duty to prepare on for the future. I am sure that it is also written in law that cash payment cannot be refused either. Fortunately, the staff proceeded with not asking for a caution instead. The good: - Morning breakfast expansive, but quite good well appreciated. - old hotel but in good condition - good location but difficult access due to the work nearby

Excellent ...I would appreciate if you can keep water fountain in every floor than only in LOBBY ! you can imagine how it would feel to come down once you travel over 24 hours of flight to come and get water from lobby again. or alternatively, you can fill the bottle everyday and keep it handy in the room. people may bless you for your mindfulness on what exactly the guest needs

I received two invoices, one for the room, one for breakfast. We have to order through CWT and have preferred rates, breakfast included. I was very surprised seeing two invoices coming in during the day. 1. Never I was made aware the breakfast was not included when I did my check in. 2. Never I will agree with automatic payment anymore... as the invoices came when I was already gone, no way to discuss anymore
