Brilliantly situated just a few paces from the tram stop, this must be one of the best locations for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable, if a little on the smaller side when two of you are sharing it with 4 suitcases and two cabin bags! Would have scored higher but for a disappointing evening meal, where the main dish - a piece of cod - was under seasoned, undercooked and served with very bland pasta. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, with a special mention for the guy who volunteered to help us with getting our luggage from the lobby on to the tram platform. That was definitely an ‘above and beyond’ moment, much appreciated! Would have no hesitation in using this venue again, but with the caveat that we would either eat elsewhere or choose something other than fish on the dinner menu.

We were flying home out of Bordeaux airport and this hotel was perfectly located just one tram stop away. For the price the hotel was awesome, staff was friendly and helpful, restaurant was convenient, and room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our quick one night stay. The only criticism would be the lack of elevator because we had to drag our bags up to the top floor, but that was a small price to pay for all the other benefits!

Warm welcome, very clean room and shower room, good breakfast, very near airport, tram stop at door, safe parking. This will be our ‘go to’ for a pre-flight hotel.
