The hotel is clean, friendly, green and pleasant. I highly recommend it for people with an early departure flight or late arrival: it is already my second time staying here, precisely for this reason, and I have no complaints! Just this time I'm not giving 10/10 because it is not possible to have anything at all to eat besides breakfast time - there is a very inviting and cosy bar area, with beers etc., but without the possibility of having even some crisps or peanuts. It's a pity! Considering how many people will check in quite late, I imagine they would gladly welcome the possibility of having something to nibble on.

Nice cosy hotel with a relaxed ambiance and creative decoration, simple but tasty food, friendly and dedicated staff 24/7. The room was perfectly clean, no noise from the Airport nearby. The only minus is the internet prices is 55 whereas I paid 65.

I was staying at this hotel when we were evacuated at 3:00 AM due to fire in tge region. While I completely understand that the evacuation itself was mandated by local authorities and out of the hotel's control, the management of the situation by the staff was unacceptable. We were simply told to leave immediately, with zero assistance, guidance, or information on where to go or what to do next. Emergency situations happen, but a hotel's duty of care to its guests doesn't end the moment they step out the front door. Extremely disappointing customer service."

We had a very good 2 night stay at this hotel which has excellent tram connections to both the airport and the heart of Bordeaux. If I had two tiny criticisms they would be be that the lack of toilet roll holder meant an awkward reach behind you and that I wasn’t able to adjust the TV to get subtitles (French) as I am hard of hearing. The breakfast was copious and excellent and the reception staff were welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has a tram stop in front of it and is close to Bordeaux Airport, making it convenient for traveling to various locations. If traveling during a weekend, you'll need to walk to restaurants near the hotel. The hotel's location is ideal for a one-night stay before continuing your journey. The hotel is clean, and my room was on the ground floor with tiled floors, which is very suitable for people with allergies.The air conditioning was adequate.
