Friendly welcome. Good range of breakfast and automated food services. Bedroom as expected for Budget hotel but very clean and comfortable. Handy location for 1-stop tram to airport and good bistro pub. All that was required was provided adequately!

Tried twice to check-in on-line but it would not recognise my VPN computer address.

Sometimes VPN connections can block the system, but our reception is open 24/7 to make check-in quick and easy on arrival.
