The hotel is located within walking distance of the airport & tram F also stops near the hotel. The hotel was clean. The room is very small which is common with Ibis Budget hotels. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Overall, there were no issues.

The receptionist was extremely welcoming, efficient, professional. He obviously did his best. The bedroom had everything you’d ski for, the bed was comfortable and pleasant. It was also great to be able to purchase a hot pizza and drinks from the hotel, especially late on a Sunday night!

Staff efficient and friendly. Booked two triple rooms for my family of 5. One of the rooms AC was not working and room was very hot. Moved to another room quickly and efficiently (good) but next room’s AC was very average and incredibly noisy. Breakfast was good. Seems that anything tbe staff have direct control over (breakfast, check ins, customer concerns etc) is dealt with well. But they are let down by the physical asset they have to work with.
