Staff efficient and friendly. Booked two triple rooms for my family of 5. One of the rooms AC was not working and room was very hot. Moved to another room quickly and efficiently (good) but next room’s AC was very average and incredibly noisy. Breakfast was good. Seems that anything tbe staff have direct control over (breakfast, check ins, customer concerns etc) is dealt with well. But they are let down by the physical asset they have to work with.

For what you get, this is priced fine. Great location. But the standard of cleanliness is incredibly low. From mouldy shower to smashed mosquito (with smear of blood) on the walls, it was horrific.

Great location for our late night flight arrival with two young children. 1 tram stop and straight to bed for a nights sleep. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we were not disturbed by any noise from other guests at any point during our stay. A late check out the following day made life a lot easier also.

I rented 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms the A/C wasn't working, 1 room had faulty outlets, so no plug would stay plugged in. The shower door on one room would not stay closed so water ran out onto the floor every time you shower. The staff was friendly, but indifferent. The location is perfect, but staying more than one night would not be wise.

Google maps says it’s a 15min walk away from the hotel, but in reality it’s only around 10min walk away. An incredibly simple hotel but I guess it will make do if you’re only there for one night just before a flight. The add-on breakfast wasn’t too worth it as the variety is incredibly limited, however there are ZERO shops or cafes or supermarkets around so I guess this is your only option, unless you want to walk to the airport and get food there. But for the price I guess you can’t beat it.

Clean room. Nice people. Nowhere to eat before 630-700 pm. I ended up at the Hampton inn getting something to eat.
