Terrible. We’ve often stayed at other hotels nearby. Zenitude or the Campanile with good satisfaction. We though we’d try ibis styles. How wrong we were. The place has NO style whatsoever and the atrium bar area was as welcoming as a closed Brico Depot. People choose a hotel to sleep (mostly), so why do you put cheap nasty plastic bag type mattress liners under thin cotton sheets? These make you sweat terribly and are so unpleasant that you try to sleep on top of the duvet instead. The heating / AC is as noisy as a steam train, so you turn it off and the sweat freezes! Net result? You don’t sleep and end up with a cold! No way to start the next day. The breakfast was good, but that was the only good thing.

Great location for Bordeaux Airport, especially an early flight at dark-o’clock on a winter morning! Room was clean and tidy, towels were good quality and buffet breakfast was adequate if not exceptional. Only criticism was that one side of the bed seemed to be missing a table - nowhere to park cell phone or wrist watch etc.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very small with no space to put thinks. The decor was tired and I wondered if this used to be something else and had a cheap make over. I had asked for a room with a shower, they said they didn’t have any. I have mobility issues and felt unsafe negotiating a high sided bath. Breakfast ok but no decaf coffee and bananas that should have been in the bin

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the wifi worked, decent television, including a couple english channels, breakfast was perfect, staff excellent and went above and beyond in helping me with a car issue. Much appreciated.

On the 30th December, the restaurant in the hotel is closed. However, the receptionist provided me with the perfect solution for dinner. She informed me of the perfect location, not far from hotel, nice food with a very reasonable price.

The road works made it awkward to gain entry but asfter that it all wen t very easily. The check-in young woman was charming and it was all over in no time. The beds were very comfortable so we only awoke at 9.00 but with good time for breakfast which was tasty and convenient.

The room is OK, the breakfast is adequate though descent. Shuttle service to the airport is good. However all the impression was ruined when we discovered that the hotel did an additional charge of ~9 euro, though no extra services were ordered or purchased.

Our room on the second floor was a little small, but perfect for all our needs: a satisfying crash pad before catching our flight the next morning. Breakfast included everything we needed, the accommodations were clean, and reception was very friendly.

The shuttle from airport had to be ordered twice in order for it to arrive....The restaurant was closed in the evening for renovation without prior warning on our booking confirmation. We therefore forced to go to bed feeling hungry as we did not want to leave hotel that night. Although it was 5 minute walk away it was a cold evening!

I arrived late after a delayed flight but received a good welcome. The room was basic, as expected, but was comfortable and I slept well. The breakfast was good and the staff helpful. The shuttle bus back to the airport was very convenient for me.

Easily accessible from and to the airport, using dedicated shuttle service, that works flawlessly. Very friendly staff. Restaurant is limited on meals choice, but at the same time good quality, which is better than having a lot of choices but poor quality.

OK for an overnight stay

Check in was a nightmare. I had booked 2 rooms but they only had a record of 1 being booked. After being told there were no available rooms, miraculously one become available. And then the second room I had booked was found. The rooms are OK but to label them “Styles’ is pushing it a bit. However the icing on the cake were the 7 armed police who had positioned themselves at the end of the corridor, the reason we never found out. All in all an interesting stay.

Check in was courteous and efficient. Room was spacious and convenient for spreading out and packing for a flight the next day. Breakfast included every item imaginable and was available early. Safe on-site parking was available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good restaurant was in walking distance. No complaints! Everything worked well for us. It was the right choice this time, and we'd definitely choose again next time.

This hotel is close to the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the common areas are relaxing. The restaurant is good with a range of foods and a buffet. Breakfast was outstanding and had a gluten free corner
