On arrival, Reception was slow, but once attended to, the Receptionist was courteous and helpful. I was to meet friends arriving early next morning so hotel was very conveniently located with secure parking.

Flight cancellations & no transportation forced us to find overnight lodging near the Bordeaux airport. This hotel was within airport walking distance, it had vacancy, was clean, had friendly staff who spoke English & the meals (dinner & breakfast) were very good. All for an affordable price. We were grateful to find it & satisfied w our stay.
