We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the decor of your room and found our reception and bar team welcoming, but we are very sorry to hear that many aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations. We understand how difficult it can be to communicate abroad, and we are sorry that the shuttle service was not easily accessible for you. We look forward to meeting you on your next visit.
