Very disappointing. It's an airport hotel, so you can't expect total luxury. But we spent the night listening to our next-door neighbours talking to each other. And they weren't shouting - the walls were so thin that conversations were clearly audible. The toilet had an internal leak, so on top of that we had continual dripping noises. This for a place which boasts of its excellent soundproofing. (which is partially true - passing airplanes are audible, but still pretty quiet) The suite was also tired and unimpressive. We paid extra for the better room, but we got a room identical to the cheapest rooms in the website photos - faded wallpaper of parrots and jungle trees. The toilet is in a tiny harshly lit and depressing cubicle separate from the bathroom.

Love the secure parking. The front desk staff are always very friendly. The room is very nice. Being close to the airport is a major plus.
