Great location, but dinner wasn’t great we had ordered room service and got a call shortly after and they changed both meals. There was no stocked minibar even though it was listed on the description. The room was so hot with a thermostat that was unchangeable. We got up the next morning after the worst sleep our whole trip and went down to breakfast, it was a buffet and it was not great at all, the food didn’t match the reviews and it was highly disappointing. After breakfast, we went to pack and leave on the airport shuttle. We had let reception know and ‘pre booked’ (if that’s the right words), once the shuttle arrived there’s 12+ people trying to get on and we managed to somehow get on after some very rude interactions. The shuttle only held four people, pretty abysmal for an airport hotel. Overall really disappointed with the stay. If I knew what the experience was like I wildly book again

We are regulars at your hotel and we quite like it. Breakfast quality has diminished substantially. I know that you always have to find ways to save but if you are charging for a service, do not short sell it to your customers. Variety is less ample than it used to be but also, replenishment of food is very slow, as if you were trying to force clients to eat what is available. I would urge to revise that.

We use the hotel as a convenient stopover pre and post flights from Merignac airport. The rooms are well appointed and beds are comfortable. However this time we were disappointed with the evening meal in the restaurant given the price.
