I found the hotel nice for our purpose of going to the airport every day to NoveSpace. Price was also OK considering the discount. It was surprisingly quiet. What irritated me were 1) the number of mosquitos we had in our rooms (all 4 rooms in our team were full of them...) and 2) the fact that despite securing the towels and leaving notes in the room to say that we wanted to keep our sheets and towels, they changed them anyway. Does not really comply with their own sustainability standard, it was pretty much impossible to get them to leave the hotels for re-use.

A very lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely and super comfy bed and pillows- struggled to get out of bed in the morning it was that comfy. Very hot shower. The option of a buffet for supper is very good and the bread was tasty. Breakfast was tasty and really relaxing. We were able to leave our bags with concierge while we went into Bordeaux town for the day before collecting our luggage to go to the airport for our evening flight later that day. Very helpful, polite and professional staff. Will stay here again for sure.

Terrible hotel! No water, terrible light, not even the chair was suitable to sit down! Foie-gras from supermarket!

The only good thing about this place is that is close to the airport. This is a terrible place! No water in the room. It is impossible to read as the lights are SO BAD! Impossible to sit on the only chair in the room. Tin foie-gras with the label of the supermarket!
