While I am pleased to read that you found our team welcoming and helpful, I am sincerely sorry that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. I regret that the condition of the rooms, including the carpet, furniture, and the odor in one of the rooms, left a negative impression. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with our management and maintenance teams. As part of our commitment to improving the guest experience, a major renovation program is planned for early 2026. I am equally disappointed to learn that your dinner experience was unsatisfactory, particularly the risotto. This is certainly not the standard of quality we strive to deliver, and your feedback has been passed on to our kitchen team for immediate review.
