I always enjoy staying here - the staff is welcoming when you arrive, the rooms are lovely, the reception/lobby/bar area are relaxing and comfortable. My only request is that the rooms be a little cooler than they are.

Spending the night before a 6 am flight we usually stay at this hotel. The room is fine, with Nespresso machine but we weren’t able to change the thermostat as it was quite warm. We opened a window which helped but was a bit noisy. Usually the bed is very comfortable but for some reason this time the bed was very firm (which I normally like but this was too firm) The shower didn’t work at all which was not as issue for me but my husband prefers a shower. I know we could have requested another room but we had unpacked, etc and just didn’t want the hassle. The shaving/magnifying mirror was also unable to be positioned. Since we had such an early flight we couldn’t have breakfast as it wasn’t serving that early. The mercure is not an inexpensive hotel and would benefit from providing a « take & go » bag breakfast for early checkouts. I’ve stayed at lots of airport hotels (costing less) and this is very common and much appreciated. Other times I’ve stayed here and been able to take advantage of breakfast it has-been very good, a nice selection of hot and cold items and very good coffee. Reception staff were pleasant and efficient.
