We use this Hotel every time we fly out of Bordeaux Airport, they never fail us with their welcoming and assistance. Plus, the hotel is extremely clean and they have an excellent Bar and restaurant facility.

They couldn’t serve me dinner whereas I was client of the hotel prioritizing a big group and not preventing ahead.

Prioritising a large group should never come at the expense of our individual guests, and you should, of course, have been informed in advance. Our stay was very pleasant and the service was excellent. Our only complaint would be the meal service and the choice of food which was minimalist. But the servers were very nice and accommodating.
