The hotel is ok, but rather Ibis than Ibis Styles. The rooms are smaller than I have seen before in Styles hotels. They also need a little refreshing. I made a reservation with half board, which is a good idea. Though easy, the plates are not prepared on site, but heated microwave dishes.

Graffiti on the side of the hotel; you have to pay additional for parking on top of your room rate, which is ridiculous. Surprised this is an IBIS brand. Room was tiny; air conditioning barely worked during the heat wave; hallways smelled like mold. Needs a renovation. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Will not return.

Arrived from an early flight to Bordeaux and room was ready so we were able to check in early. Reception was very friendly and helpful. The bus service from the nearby stop was excellent into Bordeaux (40 mins to city centre). Each night on our return we were greeted by a really friendly night reception person. Breakfast was in a bright airy room on the ground floor and the selection was fresh and tasty. Staff were regularly checking that all choices were kept well stocked. The room was bright and really clean with good air conditioning (Needed as we were there in a heatwave) and the beds were super comfortable. So overall it was a a really pleasant weekend stay.
