All good during our stay in your hotel except one point: -the water dispenser must have bottles and not cups The quality of the tap water is one of the worst I had taste and I am travelling a lot, that's why the good potable water MUST be available in quantity means that the guests shall be able to bring a liter in their room. the cardboard cups are ridiculously small. For the rest everything fine. Friendly welcome, nice and large rooms, good AC system...

Overnight stay in comfortable hotel close to Basel Airport - a short taxi drive away. All good, although breakfast was a little disorganised.

Stayed under duress due to cancelled flight. Given the impression it was close to the airport. Taxi managed to make it a Euro 40 ride. Complete con. No clarity about your shuttle service being one way (hotel to airprot) and only early in the morning, though when i asked, your associate offered me a ride. So I still don't know what your policy is. Nothing clear or communicated. Room had had a smoker previously. Obvious smell. Light over bed on one side didn't work. One of USB ports damaged. Only one socket in the room and inconveniently placed (poor design). Poor TV selection and most channels didn't work.
