Great stopover on a trip from Belgium to Italy. The location is perfect and the hotel offers free parking, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable — ideal after a long drive. The only downside was the limited breakfast selection, with few salty options and not much fruit. Overall, a very good stay.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, both check in and check out. Both were super chatty and helpful. The rooms were fine. The proximity to the airport was great. Also having a supermarket nearby was helpful.

room spacious and clean, quiet hotel areas of improvement: heating system not optimal (when I arrived it was freezing), lack of electric car charger (ok not far to go at Mercure, but not the best either considering you have a private parking), more variety of warm food at breakfast (buffet or demand - eg scrumbled eggs)

After emailing in advance to confirm shuttle would be available to the airport we were told at check-in it would not be. The staff member was not very polite and it was only after arguing the point that they agreed to organise it. You need to put you shuttle times on the website or remove it as an option if not consistent or dependant on guest numbers at the hotel. We would have booked a different hotel if it was clear. Was a sour end to the trip.

I was booked to another budget hotel But was told it was unsafe and was Lucky to secure a room with you and had a lovely time . The room was clean and the team there are just lovely and kind .
