After emailing in advance to confirm shuttle would be available to the airport we were told at check-in it would not be. The staff member was not very polite and it was only after arguing the point that they agreed to organise it. You need to put you shuttle times on the website or remove it as an option if not consistent or dependant on guest numbers at the hotel. We would have booked a different hotel if it was clear. Was a sour end to the trip.

I was greeted by a kind, knowledgeable gentleman at the front desk who helped me with my requests. Entered a clean, well maintained room with a comfortable bed. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast laided out by a courteous morning receptionist who arranged for my early shuttle. Then was entertained with interesting discussion during my shuttle ride. Your hotel staff gave me the best part of my trip. Thank You.

Good location, very close to the airport. We had a free ride for the airport at 5 am and they served breakfast even at that hour, starting 4 am, which was great! If you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs as you will hear some noise because the airport is very close. Everything else was great.
