Great stopover on a trip from Belgium to Italy. The location is perfect and the hotel offers free parking, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable — ideal after a long drive. The only downside was the limited breakfast selection, with few salty options and not much fruit. Overall, a very good stay.

room spacious and clean, quiet hotel areas of improvement: heating system not optimal (when I arrived it was freezing), lack of electric car charger (ok not far to go at Mercure, but not the best either considering you have a private parking), more variety of warm food at breakfast (buffet or demand - eg scrumbled eggs)

After emailing in advance to confirm shuttle would be available to the airport we were told at check-in it would not be. The staff member was not very polite and it was only after arguing the point that they agreed to organise it. You need to put you shuttle times on the website or remove it as an option if not consistent or dependant on guest numbers at the hotel. We would have booked a different hotel if it was clear. Was a sour end to the trip.

Good location, very close to the airport. We had a free ride for the airport at 5 am and they served breakfast even at that hour, starting 4 am, which was great! If you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs as you will hear some noise because the airport is very close. Everything else was great.

A broader choices for dinner would have been great. On October 21 there was only 2 choices of pizza….( one veggie and one not veggie) A broader menu for dinner would have made a big difference in my rating !!!!!

The room was small by US standards, but sufficient for one night. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and took the time to schedule my morning airport shuttle at check in. Breakfast offered an extensive selection of hot and cold food, as well as fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee. I contacted the property 2 weeks later for an emailed receipt and they responded in under 2 hours. Very satisfied with this hotel and would recommend to others.

Good location near aeroport Staff very helpful-all staff speak English Free shuttle to Aeroport for early flight's 4am-7am,for me was perfect, 20 euro taxi from aeroport to hotel,arranged by the hotel,I travel alone with a child and a baby, when I arrive in 10 minutes taxi was there, good communication, no issues at all,free baby cot, breakfast was ok ,ham ,cheese, croissant, orange and apple juice,eggs,not cooking breakfast but for me and my kids was ok ,clean rooms, quality bedding, Lift was working, in conclusion nice ,small hotel ,in a safty area ,5 minutes walk from Shopping Centre, perfect to stay, for a fly .

We chose this hotel primarily due to its location. The staff were fantastic however the hotel itself needs some d. i. y. It served its purpose having 6 hours sleep before an early flight and seemed clean enough. They laid breakfast on for us at 3:30 a.m and we got driven to the airport at 4:00a.m which was perfect.
