It met or exceeded my expectations. Like Ryanair, your proposition and options are crystal clear. We should expect spotless, quiet, convenient, courteous. F1 Balé exceeded in all of those criteria. Unfortunately, this accommodation was far below expectations. The room was tiny, stuffy, and had no AC or fan. We were on the ground floor, so keeping the window open wasn't an option. My wife and daughter suffered significantly throughout the night due to the lack of ventilation and heat. It was a completely unacceptable experience.
