The property is conveniently located near Dubai Mall and great restaurants. It's decent and a good option in budget. However, we did face an issue while checkin where we had to wait long due to a confusion. We were tired from a long flight and this made the experience a little sour right at beginning. The lady at front desk (her name was probably "Phyu") was not very helpful and not warm as hospitality professionals we generally encounter are - we interacted with her later too and felt the same. Most other staff was quite nice. The room was clean and there was a nice gesture by the team where they sent some sweet and savoury goodies and a hand written personal note.

Our rooms were cleaned to a high standard, the breakfast spread was fantastic, and the entire team was consistently helpful and attentive.
A very special shout-out to Gobin, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more comfortable. From helping us make local phone calls and providing directions to sharing useful information, he was always willing to lend a hand, even on occasions when his shift had ended.

The location, rooms and hotel are very nice. It only drops points as the bar is located outside of the hotel, you have to walk outside to get there and I think because of this it is very exceptionally quiet! I ended up eating in my hotel room as that is the place in the hotel where you can eat and have a beer.

The staff were really amazing and even though we were only their for a short while we were treated so well.
We were given our room earlier than expected without any fuss.
They even left us a bowl of fruit when we came back in the evening.
