Relatively new hotel, with good facilities, friendly staffs and very2 helpfull. I stayed in executive suite room. And the layout is very very unique and comfort.

I was stay with my son for 3 days and 2 night on Friday until Sunday This what I can tell during my stay 1. Greatly appreciated for their "room upgrade" as a Platinum member 2. Location is OK ,near there plenty of food to choose 3. Breakfast options is not as expected as 4 start hotel 4. In bathroom there's no towel "hang up" 5. Either front office or clean up departement is slow,I asked to clean up my room while I am having my breakfast,but its not done yet until I finished my breakfast. Infact it almost 3 hours waiting 6. Security is not standby. During my stay,only one times I see security help to park my car

We have a pleasant stay in Mercure Manyar, where we stayed in the executive suite room with the loft. Our daughter loved it very much. The TV was full HD and there's lots of channels to be watched with full HD quality. Smooth check in and out made the experience better. The minus thing was only the parking space, which was very limited (but since i went there on a low season, I faced no problem) and the breakfast was very minimal (understandable due to the low occupation rate) Overall, we had a nice stay and will come back again in the future when we are visiting Surabaya

A great location with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is too standard, not much varieties to pick. Staffs are nice and friendly. Downside is limited parking space.

I believed that when we rent the room, we expect that 24hours in our stay is quiet and peaceful. In our last experience, we stayed for 4 nights and that peace was not in our stay during the day. At noon, the hotel have some electricity issue and should change to generator several times for two days and it was disturbing. There was some other minor issue during our stay like clog in shower and wastafel, safe deposit box not working, after all we request to change room. Bedroom was modern and nice, we didn't try the breakfast but dimsum quite good.

Allow me to express my sincerest regret and apologies as I am distressed that we fell short of your expectations and we understand this type of unpleasant experience should not had happened during your stay. The electrical issue from PLN on that days has pushed us to turn on our generator and as anticipation action we have done a trial prior to the cut off day, as an impact there are few times switching On and Off period during the trial. On the other hand, to cover all the electricity cut off we have installed a rented generator and there is a black out around 30 minutes during the installment process. Please rest assured that I have personally shared your concerns and feedback to our respective department head for our immediate action regarding those issue.
