My stay at Mercure Surabaya Manyar was acceptable, but unfortunately not memorable. I booked the suite, but the overall room experience did not really feel special enough to justify the price. It felt more like a regular upgraded room rather than a proper suite experience. The absence of a swimming pool also makes the hotel feel less complete, especially compared with other hotels in a similar price range. The food selection was also very limited, so there was not much to look forward to during the stay. Overall, the hotel is decent for a basic stay, but it lacks a distinctive experience, atmosphere, or added value that would make me feel the price was worth it. It is quite easy to forget because there was no strong hospitality moment or facility that stood out.

The neighborhood was quiet, the room, the bathroom and the bed was clean, nice and comfy. Breakfast was ok as I don't eat much in the morning.
