Good service, upgrade for me to executive suite. But for my own experience, i feel it's not comfort if bed have put on the mezzanine level. Since the ceiling is so short and the shower room is at the lower level. But i would said i appreciate the team effort and service when i ask for changing room for the next day and the work it out For the breakfast selection was too bad. Food was cold and the varieties was not much. For the bathroom facilities, i would suggest to put hanger for tower inside the bathroom and please check the hot water system. It was so slow to getting hot the water.

Well located hotel, fast check in & check out process, but too small parking area and unfortunately for our 2nd stay here the cleanliness need to be improved.
