First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for the shortcomings you experienced during your visit. We are particularly concerned to learn that your stay did not meet the standards you have come to expect as a valued ALL Accor Platinum member and a frequent guest across the Accor network. We deeply regret the issues you encountered regarding restaurant cleanliness, housekeeping consistency, staff knowledge, loyalty program assistance, payment processing, and the overall service experience. The concerns you have raised, particularly regarding hygiene standards in our restaurant, have been taken very seriously and have been immediately shared with the relevant department heads for thorough review and corrective action. We are equally disappointed to learn that our team was unable to provide efficient assistance with your ALL points redemption and payment process, especially given the time-sensitive nature of your departure. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to deliver. We also acknowledge your comments regarding the limited room service operating hours and understand the inconvenience this may have caused. Your feedback highlights several areas where we must improve, including staff training, operational efficiency, communication, and service recovery procedures. We appreciate your candid observations, as they provide valuable insights that will help us identify gaps and strengthen our service standards moving forward. Please be assured that we are conducting a comprehensive review of the matters you have raised and will be implementing the necessary corrective measures to prevent similar situations from recurring.
