I stayed at the Ibis Hotel City Centre Basra for one night because I had a two-day business trip in Malang and planned to return to Jakarta from Surabaya. I chose this hotel because it has a very strategic location, and the room price sounds reasonable. I was glad to get a spacious and comfortable room, with a nice bed and good lights from the window. I also enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant because of its space and cosiness. I like the fragrance of the body soap in the bathroom. However, I was a bit disappointed with the welcome drink. I ordered a cappuccino. But it was served with a too-full portion (they made the coffee cup so full), although the taste was fine. Apart from that, everything was fine.

First time I experience this Ibis where I decided to stay due to the primary location, also the room clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet offers a wide range of indonesian and western food, Really high value for money. All the Team smiling and very welcoming. Probably will stay there again if in Surabaya.
