Thank you for helping for the Ibis Surabaya City Center staff. Really helpful, friendly and so cheerful. I was arrived at about 10 am so early but thats fine i need to wait. Grateful Ms. Melinda help me to find out my room earlier before 2 pm and i need to keep my luggage first in concierge.
