I chose Ibis Surabaya City Center as it is the nearest hotel to the venue where an event that I attended was held. The room is clean and comfortable. Also, the taste of buffet breakfast is delicious. It was awesome I can stay at ibis surabaya. Its near to tunjungan plaza. But I feel that the breakfast need to be improve. As I take a breakfast in 3 days, the food have same food.

Was not given a welcome drink at check in despite checking with the front desk of my current status as a "reminder". Was not given explanation as to why there is no room upgrade or if there was even an upgrade.

In our system your status was classic not as suppose to be gold member, that is way we are not giving the welcome drink voucher as it is given to silver status above, and as upgrade benefit we are unable to do that as we only have one type of room. It was nice, the room was pretty wide. The AC was always working, and the room service was pretty good. But, my only complaint is there was only one key card so my friend and I had the difficulty of going in and out. One of us had to stay inside. Other than that everything is fine :)

I booked via accor apps .. Thankyou to nabilla birahmatika for answer my email and needs very fast and as i expected .. Check in was smooth and fast . (No deposit) Staff really helpful and friendly as well (Sorry i dont remember the name) Room was clean and the ac work really well .. Room size is ibis standart .. Room service deliver time was okay .. And the price for the room service is still reasonable .. I even get the compilment (a slice of fruit cake) .. Thankyou for that .. Housekeeping is friendly .. For the breakfast Ibis surabaya have varies of food for the breakfast ( i stayed for two night) One thing that i requested , maybe next time ibis can prepare telur ayam kampung for the egg station since i am alergic to telur ayam Boiler and chicken boiler , i am pretty sure many have same problem with me .. Lastly Check out really fast as well .. Input for ibis surabaya -security needs to be train to smile to guest (smile is simple things and it free) -telur ayam kampung for the egg station Overall i am satisfied with ibis surabaya .
