I always choose this hotel whenever my husband comes to town. But my experience for almost 2 months here was not really satisfying. So many items in the room needed to be fixed and repaired. Furthermore, the lamps, bed, and the cleaning are not clean. I was very surprised to check that the bed below is very, very dirt,y and the housekeeping is not really checking what to add in the toilet, so I need to keep asking and call to refill the item. I hope Ibis Team can work more on this.
