We sincerely appreciate your kind words about our team and are pleased to know that you found our pre-arrival communication and service attentive and helpful. However, we are truly sorry to learn about the condition of the room you were initially assigned. Please accept our sincere apologies for the lingering cigarette smell in your non-smoking room, as well as the damp feeling of the air, bed linens, and pillows. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially when you specifically selected a non-smoking room for your comfort. We also deeply regret the cleanliness issue you encountered in the bathroom. The condition you described does not reflect the cleanliness standards we strive to maintain. Please rest assured that your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping team for immediate investigation and corrective action to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We are glad that we were able to arrange a room change for you, although we regret that it was necessary.
