good stay at Ibis Surabaya and very seamless stay. check in process was very smooth and assisted by Bu Melinda. She also made sure my room is ready on time and calls my room whether i need anything else to assist during my stay. the room is small (Ibis standard) by sufficient because i was only in Surabaya for biz trip hence doesnt stay much in the hotel during the day. didnt try the breakfast because i was up early and need to attend meeting. overall, very good stay and friendly staff of Ibu Melinda made my day wonderful. definitely will stay again.

When i am going to surabaya i always love to stay at ibis surabaya city center because of the location , the service was great and the food was amazing , hopefully they can keep up the service also the hospitality, today i was served by sovia she assist me so much come to my table and asking about the service and the food it self , 2 thumbs up for their services ..

The hotel is good, breakfast is good. I dont have any issues with the services. It is in the middle of city center. You can walk to Tunjungan Mall. There is an indomart downstair, maybe 1 min walk. You can get all the neccesities. Sovia was nice to greet us during the breakfast. Thank you Ibis!!
