Overall it's good, The staff and cleaness but i think there's a couple think you have to upgraded is your Wifi because in my opinion that the wifi not really good and the TV , honestly i'm a lil dissapointed about your TV channel and also the TV is a blur so i can't see the movie on that TV like that

Air condiotiner problem not cool and little warm perhaps temp 24 celcius or above and towels dirty looked grey, not for body mightby only for floor , I thought never happen during we stayed in accor group hotel network for years

Very good stay, staff super friendly, just 1 problem on bathroom, floor always slippery even thought 3 hours after room cleaned maybe you need to check the flooring

nice experience, everything was satisfying, the breakfast and the bedroom were nice, one thing that i can give you feed back is I think it's better if the hotel give the facilities to rent the bicycle in order to give more satisfaction to the visitor. that would be lovely, and i would come again to your hotel if there is a bike rent.

price is too expensive for a 3 star hotel. Large and comfortable lobby. Available infused water free to drink. The room air conditioner was too cold. The temperature cannot be adjusted. Bed thin like a mattress. I think a lot of other hotels in this class are cheaper and more comfortable to try.

Our stay in Ibis City Center Surabaya was memorable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, and cozy. I love the bed and pillows. The cons is, the glass door inside my bathroom was stuck and I couldn't open and close it. And also, when I was asked for my room to be cleaned, and I forgot to take off the "don't disturb tag" on my door, the staff didn't come to clean my room. I came with my messy room. :( But that's OK, it was just a missed communication. Thanks Ibis, for such a cozy and memorable stay!

I always love Accor Hotels for their excellent services. Ibis City Center Surabaya is located on the main street of Surabaya and very close to the shopping center. Only some small improvement needed in this hotel, they need to check on hotel equipment more often and replace the water closet for there were some cracks that may cause danger to the user.

Good hotel, good location, very near to the city center, walking distance to one of the biggest mall in Surabaya, in which you can find food and other services easily. Clean room and bathroom as well. Breakfast is good too.

The hotel is nice, the location is also accessible. But please be informed that the towel should be prepared properly. The hotel gave me towel which are not white colour anymore. The colour was turned 'ivory" because it was too old.

I would like to start by thanking the hotel staff who were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located near the heart of the city which is very easy to move around. The common areas in the hotel are clean and spacious. Rooms are as to be expected of Ibis, which mostly have similar layout. They are cleaned and the beds were also very comfortable and clean. However, the bath towels needed to be change entirely. They were blackened and some with stains on it. We do not know what was the stain from, some were black stains and other were brownish. We tried to change to others by requesting another set from the housekeeping however after 5 - 6 times changing, all were in the same conditions. All in all, the hotel service was excellent, staffs were very friendly and helpful, just the towels that were in need of change.

I come to this hotel quite regularly. I just realised that the concierge or security at the the lobby did not help the guess specially the one with luggage. I can manage my own but it would be good if the helpfulness was given to the customers.
