I got Mosquito bite while i was checking in, and the room i stay have at least 2-3 little flies

We are very sorry to hear about the mosquito bite during check-in and the presence of little flies in your room. Cleanliness and guest comfort are extremely important to us, and we will address these concerns with our housekeeping and pest control teams immediately. We also regret the issue with the in-room phone. We understand how inconvenient it must have been to visit the reception personally to place your room service order, especially after requesting assistance. Please accept our apologies that the issue was not resolved promptly during your stay. In addition, we appreciate your feedback regarding the Wi-Fi connectivity problem. We understand the frustration caused by repeated disconnections and reconnection difficulties, and our technical team will investigate this matter further to improve the network experience for our guests. I had a total of 6 nights stay in Movenpick and a very good comfortable stay. Room is sparkling clean, comfortable air conditioning. Breakfast was well taken cared by Ms Fidal, Pak Otto. Good delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. I love the team in their restaurant with a never tired attitude. Not forgetting the front office team, full of smile and always ready to give a hand.
