Bedroom is well designed. Modern, stylish, and clean. Asa well as the toilet. Breakfast quality is well improved than my last stay about 3 years ago.

I stay for my family holiday, clean room, good breakfast

We understand that you had informed our team via WhatsApp about your preference for a Hollywood bed instead of a twin bed, and we regret that this request was not properly communicated during your check-in process. Nice facilities, however I have complaint 2 times my acvor point not received during stay 13-17 April 2026 and 18-20 May. It is little bit make un comfort

Movenpick hotel in Surabaya located at the strategic location, comfortable bed room & well served & delicious meals for breakfast. Service is also good, check in & check out process were fast.

All going smooth, Felicia from reservation team even make sure again prior to my arrival everything well accommodated. Room is clean and service is top notch. Small suggestion I know 9-10am early check in is almost not possible which has been nicely communicate with Felicia previously which is perfectly fine with me. Anyway I need to pick up my colleague whom has been stayed there 1 day earlier when I casually asked to FO for this early check in (pushing my luck :) )the feedback and gesture for this early check in is bit rough. Still would recommend to anyone for Movenpick Surabaya hotel
