Seems like the check-in have a lot of hiccup (printer not working, need to switch between POS from counters) but staff was very kind to offer us tea while we wait. To clarify, I don't feel its a staff issue, seems like system is not the doing well.

Hotel staffs are really very friendly and very profesional to give the best services for me as a hotel quest. I really appreciate a lots for their hospitallity by upgrading my room two levels higher than my original booking. I also enjoy the late check out benefit as an Accorplus member. The hotel room is really spacious and very clean. Hotel also provide free airport shuttle from hotel to airport.
