When I was staying in room 1918, the hair dryer I was using short-circuited and exploded, emitting sparks, and the electricity in the room immediately went out. Thankfully, the technician team immediately came to fix the problem. Then the sink also leaked, causing water to pool under the sink. The next morning, I complained to the customer service in the lobby, asking for a room change or repairs to the room, then I went to the office. The hotel staff said they would contact me with a solution, but no one contacted me all day. I arrived that evening and went to my room as usual, hoping that everything I had complained about had been fixed.

Staffs are all ok and friendly. Even got me an upgrade. But alley towards the room is smelly because of old carpet. Stale.

I think this is the 3rd times I was stayed at Novotel Samator Surabaya My children love the swimming pools and kids playground Even better always get room upgrade, thanks for this arrangement Breakfast was good but need more option Overal it was great experience
