All the staff at Novotel Samator Surabaya were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I truly enjoyed the salmon garang asem—it was delicious and beautifully prepared. The seafood fried rice was also very flavorful. My two daughters especially loved spending time at the playground, which made our stay even more enjoyable and perfectly suited for families.

When I was staying in room 1918, the hair dryer I was using short-circuited and exploded, emitting sparks, and the electricity in the room immediately went out. Thankfully, the technician team immediately came to fix the problem. Then the sink also leaked, causing water to pool under the sink. The next morning, I complained to the customer service in the lobby, asking for a room change or repairs to the room, then I went to the office. The hotel staff said they would contact me with a solution, but no one contacted me all day. I arrived that evening and went to my room as usual, hoping that everything I had complained about had been fixed.
