Hotel provided on-line check-in system. However during check-out still needs to wait in queue. Overall food are in good taste and hotel's atmosphere also excellent.

I believe I've been staying in this hotel since the Grand Opening of Novotel Samator. It has been one of the best business hotel in Surabaya, due to its cleanliness, room maintenance, as well as sumptuous breakfast. although Swimming Pool is not olympic size, but it is well maintained , as well as fitness center. However, CHECK IN & CHECK OUT PROCESS NEED TO BE REVAMPED , and must do it quickly. There should be "FAST CHECK OUT BOX" , as I may be in hurry to check out.

We booked 2 deluxe room, what we got 1 deluxe room and 1 superior room. I just noticed this matter at the day of check out. I still paid these service for deluxe room although one room was superior tupe

nice experience can stayvacation at Novotel Samator Hotel. all places are clean well, well done for healthy protocols for this situation, nice services, friendly employees and quick responses. but just a little bit input, everytime I called the number of cleaning services, the number always busy. I don't know maybe the number was unfunctional or there was another reason. But then i called the operator was well responsed to informed to cleaning service to clean my room. One more I can't got RCTI at television. Thank you so much and may you have more success in the future.

If you don't have many room on non smoking room, so please make a choice on travel website. because I came with 2 children under 5 years old and you made me to get a choice between on 2 single bed (non smoking room) or 1 double bed (smoking room). Can you imagine which one must I choose.. all choice make us not comfortable. I already twice stay there but first and the last one we always trouble at check in counter. Really ruins our mood staycations. When I came to my room, there is so many room open and not yet finish to clean. and when I saw it is a single bed. I think this hotel must add cleaning service due this pandemic, because they must really really clean the room. At the night I stayed, I saw a child with head compress (it is mean he is fever), but he can stay and eat at the restaurant. I believe the staff know but they didn't do anything. I Satisfied with the food and breakfast. You make the room comfortable to breakfast even there is many people there, and may be you must limited who can use pool, or how many people can use pool.

Good location, nice new accommodation, good practice of Covid protocol. We stayed at room 820, very well appointed room, quiet, and good pressure of water. Fast and friendly service too. Another facilities like swimming pool, gym, bar, and play ground for my baby are available too. Overall.. i like it.

It's my great experience with beloved family during staycation at Novotel Samator hotel Surabaya Timur, check-in on May 12 and check-out on May 13. I can enjoy my leisure time at the swimming pool on the fifth floor, and also had my dinner at the poolside bar. In addition, I enjoyed the breakfast on the lobby floor.

2nd getaway stay at this modern hotel in East Surabaya

We booked 2 nights for our 2nd getaway leisure stay at Novotel Samator East Surabaya. The hotel rate is higher than our 1st stay back in November 2020, even for the lowest rate that comes with no breakfast for the Superior room. The service during check-in and check-out are faster now. We were given room 616, which was not completely cleaned as we noticed there was a leftover mineral water bottle in the mini fridge. The room and facilities are great, except that it had a slight smell of cigarettes (probably because it was functioned as a smoking room before) and also the toilet plumbing was leaking quite bad. The location is excellent, as we can explore some culinary options around MERR area nearby the hotel without worrying about the car parking as it is very spacious and free of charge for hotel guests. We also enjoyed the gym and the swimming pool, which now already equipped with a small roof around it to protect us from direct sunlight. The minus point is the crowded hotel lifts, but they already activated all 3 available lifts so not much can be done to resolve this issue (unless they plan to build more lifts in the future).

Thank you for Novotel Samator hospitality, I did enjoy during my 2nd stay in here also they indeed recognize their member loyalty while stay here. Room was spacious and in the corner room, welcome amenities was perfect. I did enjoy room and my breakfast. Few things need to improve I hope for my next stay i.e. : 1. Please make sure a towel on wash basin did not have a stain, I saw one of it. 2. During breakfast I hope kitchen staff could remind guest to wear mask or wear it properly while they queue for food serving because I saw 2 person did not wear mask and wear it properly and talking with food serving staff while choose their food (This just my suggestion because this for ours own good during pandemic). Novotel has been a standard of how I choose a hotel. All love and standards started with Novotel Semarang long-long time ago, to the moment where almost all of the staffs know who I am. I tried Novotel Ngagel Surabaya some years ago... this one not that bad, but not quite "Novotel". Last week I stayed on Novotel Samator Surabaya for the first time. Two nights. I changed room after the first night because of the shower problem. Not so big deal problem, and they helped to move my stuffs into the new room anyway. "What dissatisfied me in this hotel?", "What failed me this time?". Nothing. I could not complain about anything. You have high standard as always, Novotel... Keep it up!

I stayed at the Novotel room suite room there are red stains on the blankets and mattress sheets when it was replaced it turned out that there was the same thing the third time it was replaced and just clean the quality of the very black towels is not suitable for a 4 star hotel for access to the side door of the hotel to the car park lift is very easy to access but is often locked only open when it rains I was locked at night without notification from the security guard for the security guard there is no friendly and smile for the room because I chose the suite, of course it was spacious and spacious but my bathroom window leaks when it rains room 2105
