1. The operator didn't answer the call, even he answered & replied to my request, the request to be followed up took so long & even I didn't get my request such us additional mineral water & taking back the iron that I borrowed after I said I'm done for ironing my clothes. 2. The towel I got in my room, there was a stain, I don't know it is used or new, it just folded tidy right up the towel hanger & when I used it, I saw the brown stain. But the usher at lobby helped me to warmed up my meal & gave it to me straight to my room, thank you for that & I'm really grateful for this services.

Reception is a challenge that day

Came at 1200. Got a dirty room with a big brown.. "dry blood like" stain on the room floor carpet. From the way the room cleanliness looks like it's the "worse" room I ever been in this hotel. Not that i notice this type of room in any other hotel but.. really? Here in novotel? I have to change room but after a call the reception ask to check by the cleaning service which is not quick enough so I have to wait 8n the room. Later on I go down to the counter and they ask me to wait , but i got appointment so 8 have to leave. When i return they gave me a better 9ne but not as i requested (Citi view) anyway it is the first time i encounter this problem in Samator. Hope next time they return back to their original service quality . By the way the apps seem error previous 2 days prior my booking. Shouldn't be happen

Waiters resto need improve the service Have problem with hot water in the bathroom
