Sudah agak lama memesan kamar namun kami diberikan kamar area smoking, saat pertama kali masuk kamar langsung tercium bau rokoknya, kesan awal tidak terlalu baik dan aplikasi all.com tidak ada bagian permintaan tambahan untuk customer untuk memilih kamar area no smoking. Untuk kamar yang isinya 3 orang, yang singlenya tidak diberikan guling, tvnya tiba-tiba mati, showernya agak sedikit bocor, dan tidak diberikan keset kaki. Untuk kamar standartnya tidak diberikan sandal hotel, bau rokoknya lama dihilangkan, dan lampunya tidak terlalu terang sehingga agak sulit untuk memakai riasan di kaca karena agak gelap.
