Prime Location: Being on the first floor between arrival and departure, it’s perfect for travellers seeking a restful stopover. Clean and Efficient: The hotel ensures a good night’s sleep with comfortable beds, crisp linens, and spotless showers. Friendly Staff: Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the staff remains helpful and attentive. Sanitation measures, including sanitization boxes and hand sanitisers, are thoughtfully provided in the lobby. Overall good and efficient hotel. The bed and linen were good, and the shower was clean. Had a good opportunity to rest before an early flight.

Got a transit flight to Makassar on the next day, I decided to stay in this hotel. Location is perfect, inside the Terminal 1 Juanda Airport so no need to use transportation anymore (If your flight domestik). Receptiont named Devi was nice and cheerful, the Bar staff is also awesome. Feels like stay at my home. Thank you guys for your service. Love it so much !

Overall satisfied with the stay, but feel the room not well maintained even the hotel still new(5 years). Have sticky table which I do not mind at all but blood stained in the bed sheet is no for biosecurity issue. Hope the cleanliness can be improve and maybe repaint some of the room if the wall is too dirty. Warm regards, Toni.

Hotel in decline?

Compared to last year the hotel seems to be in decline. There was a lot of yellow/orange limescale in the bathroom. Moreover, the taps are not working properly. If one decides to have a shower, one could decide to use the shower head or the tap. However, water is seeping through both the shower head and tap (in at least 2 rooms!). Breakfast was Indonesian: rice, ayam goreng, some veggies, and the food was good! Nonetheless, I would recommend this hotel since many other hotels do not perform better. Recall that lime scale is a huge problem in the country. I feel like they may never have heard of vinegar to clean the bathroom. Staff were kind as usual. I would have expected a better level of English. On the one hand I reckon it is worth it to check other hotels, on the other hand I know what I can expect and I know that the above issues apply to many other hotels as well. Will I come back? Yeah, I will, in the end it was a good experience, but problems should be solved..

Small but adequate rooms Very comfortable bed and pillows Staff professional and always greet you with a smile The 2 star rating and "budget" title doesn't really do it justice Very good value that exceeds expectations, highly recommend for 1 or 2 people in transit wanting safe, comfortable value accomodation
