Great hotel on center city, close to our business partner, free upgrade very excellent and thanks, food menu on breakfast very good, all staff very humble, room on new tower are great, water in bath room need to improve for pressure, and everything are greatfull

The staff was really helpful and fast response. Location is amazing, right in the heart of Surabaya city, The room is above standard for 4* hotel, even though the building is quite old already, nevertheless it is well maintained.

Not qualify the 4 star standard. Got upgraded to 1 level higher with new building they said but the room was terrible. The water gutter in bathroom stuck and was floded while showering. The same with the wastafel. The dust bin not even compatible to be open, it was broken but still used in the bathroom. Mh hubby was sleeping using mask because the bed was dusty and his alergy occured. :((

I like the location, near of my business place. i like the friendlines and the warm welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are good. The food also great.

I like this hotel, before Mercure, used to be this hotel is Mirama hotel. Re-owned and managed by Accor and change to Mercure hotel. Located in strategic position, near to city center, lots of tree around the hotel and it a big building. Mercure hotel completed with 4 restaurants (Chinese, Japanese, international & coffee shop), swimming pool and ballroom. However, during the pandemic, some of facility is close, please check regularly with hotel staff, example Japanese restaurant and swimming pool is close for moment. Mecure hotel is implement health protocols, start from the gate in, the security check is wearing mask, walk through the lobby we have to scan ourselves at temperature check tool. My check in is easy cause I am ALL club members and reception is working fast and efficiency, that friendly reception and thanks to Mr. Abdul Rozak. I get my room at fifth floor, the room is nice decoration, single bed with 2 pillows and 1 decorated pillow, a bench and some picture hanging in the wall, very nice room, open wardrobe with safe deposit box and beautiful framed mirror at corner. Nice room, but some point, bathroom door need to be fix cause can’t close proper (management will handle this) and I have a good night sleep. This is good point. Breakfast time is shorten when pandemic time, breakfast is close at 9 am and breakfast is served buffet and we get plastic gloves. The restaurant is wonderful place, decorated, you may choose sofa, table and chair, indoor or outdoor or café style under the glass. Food is international combine with local food, suggest you to try local cake and Soto (chicken broth with condiments). Big thanks to FB staff which remind us to breakfast at Trimurti Resto before 9 am and served me well, helpfulness and friendly FB staff, thanks a lot to ms. Izzah, mas Wahid and mas Susilo. You are great. And I am check out, fast service and friendly farewell by miss Widya Lestari. However, I have a good impression, hope other guests feel the same. Good job Mercure Surabaya.
