I had a pleasant 3-night stay here, loving the room interior right away and how spacious it was. The bathroom was so chic and have functional decoration. Every staff was so kind and attentive. Breakfast were satisfying as well. Thank you Mercure Grand Mirama.

overall good but for bathroom the shower not working properly and the water not hot

Stayed one night with family at Mercure Surabaya Grand Mirama and had an excellent experience. We were warmly welcomed via WhatsApp, informed about a room upgrade, and given a choice of welcome amenities (cake or fruit). Staff attention to detail really stood out—security even proactively warned us about parking under trees during heavy rain. Nice personal touches like a custom mirror greeting and name pad on the table. Having tried other Accor hotels in Surabaya, this is easily the best overall Accor experience so far. Highly recommended.

Room is quite ok, etnic and comfort. Breakfast is vary and ok. The taste is ok and the good is quite fresh. Maybe for more vary of vegetanles would be ok.

I stayed in room 907. I only stayed 1 night because I had to make a last-minute reservation, but overall I was very satisfied. I was able to enjoy all the Accor Elite benefits, including free breakfast, room upgrades, and late checkout. The price is very reasonable so I think here would be a good hotel for a long stay. I'd give the breakfast a full score. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I encountered was incredibly kind. Before check-out, a girl in a gray suit at the Accor member priority desk showed me a suite at my request. Although she didn't speak perfect English she was very kind. I will stay in a suite at this hotel on my next visit. To GM : The only downside was that the shower pressure in the room was weak, and there was only hot or cold water. I couldn't take a lukewarm shower.
