Extremely well located - and clean

I must say overall the stay was fantastic, the breakfast experience went well, and most of the staff are kind. However, the hotel needs SOP or product training extensively especially between the F&B team and the front office. - When check-in time I settled everything through my card which was ok (the front team didn't ask deposit) - then at night time I felt so thirsty and I ordered water. I specifically asked to put my consumption under my room number, and staff said ok in the beginning. Later I got a call that I needed to settle directly using QRIS. I personally think this is not ok, especially since Mercure is part of an international chain hotel. You should be able to activate guests to pay later upon check out. - During the daytime - I was exhausted, I was thinking of visiting a restaurant outlet. I ordered a cappuccino, and the staff looked so confused (thou I spoke in Bahasa - soft tone), i chuckled because they looked confused about my cappuccino order. I had to wait around 20 minutes until it served on my table near the pool. I found it a little pity, i think the Mercure team can maximize the internal f&b revenue, especially considering very high occupancy in the hotel. Please take this feedback as a valuable input not a criticism. Cheers!

You can be more creative about food menu, i stay for 3 days and feeling little bit bored with your food even tough the taste is good The services was amazing, all the staff really humble and helpful, thankyou
