Must improved cleaning and room condition like old one, not protocol covid specialy in lobby (not social disctancing), when we drop off by taxi in lobby door have some people smoking so not good for childreen

Stay at Mercure Surabaya for 2 night, the Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Service are very awesome especially Pak Tidar Vidioro who are very dan helpfull during my stay there. Hotel Room have unique design with relative spacious compare to price you pay. Breakfast also quite good and offer various menu from Indonesia traditonal food to western Breakfast selection. Definitely i will choose this hotel if visit Surabaya in another chance.

I had stayed several times in this property when I had a transit stop on tmy roadtrip to Bali. I do recommend this hotel mainly for the hospitility of their staffs and the great location of the hotel. It will always in my list of preferred choice of hotels everytime visiting Surabaya

Check in process is very slow even i'm the only cust at that time I booked Exexutive Suite Room, there is no condiments or snack bar like usually accor hotel provide. The Bathtub is broken and water leaks! Need about 1Hour to fill the water. Breakfast Experience in Trimurti Restaurant is terrible, not that much options of food and some of food are cold. I suggest you not to try it. Better eat outside local food. The food is really lousy! I tried Dim Sum and Chinese Food in Lan Hua Resto. This is fine taste good and price are reasonable.

Evevry times my business trip , this Hotel Mercure Surabaya was my first choice. Location was great, near by have a supermarket and some good restaurant also. If you hungry , they have a good restuarnt in the lobby ( chinese restaurant ). The price is no expencive, should be try if you stay here.
