Me and my friends stay for 1 night on 18 Nov 2019, i remember that i put my camera at the table under the television on 19 nov 2019 07.00 am, me and my friends are going to check out and i forgot to brought my camera, then i realize my camera is left behind at the hotel at 11.00 am I immediately call the hotel (mercure surabaya), and i asked to waiting for them checking at the hotel room I going to the hotel (mercure surabaya) no longer after i make a call At the hotel, i told the receptionist to check my camera that left behind at the hotel room, they asked me to wait again (11.30 a.m) No longer after that, they told me that there’s no camera at the hotel room, they already check the hotel room and didn’t found my camera I told them that i want to check their CCTV, i want to know every single person that come in and out from my hotel room They tell me to wait again, they needed to check the room once again I waited until around 12.00 o’clock, one person (i think one of the manager) came to me with my camera in his hand. I ask him why at the first time, they tell me that my camera not to be found He answer that at the morning check, they can’t find my camera (which is impossible because i remember that the camera right on the table) I really disappointed about this When there is a stuff that left behind, the first person who know this should report to the manager, and the manager should call the owner of the stuff (i can tell this because i have experience like this and i don’t need to worry about my stuff) Please improve your professionalism about this Thank you, i still grateful that my camera’s back

My stay was great. Seamless checkin. Room in mostly good condition. However, toilet door was not able to close and needs maintanence. The shower was not staying on its set hinge. However the rain shower and the rest of the facilities were perfect.

My 4days stay are awesome. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room in old building is more spacious compared to new building, but cleanliness is still on point.

The hospitality was excellent on arrival and throughout my stay at Mecure Grand Mirama Surabaya. Didnt expect the level of service i received even as a classic Accor member. Understandably the property has aged and certain items in the room arent in 100% working condition but overall it was a great stay. Some fittings in the room were loose but that was a small issue. Breakfast was very simple and is at a relatively affordable price. Will stay at the hotel again.

The check in process was very quick ... They were also very responsive in serving the welcome drink and snack ... Mbak Widya as Accor GSA was also very responsive and helpful in handling my reservation ... I was upgraded to Junior Suite in 1432 ... The room was very spacious and comfortable ... one point of improvement is your big shower as I switched from small shower to big shower, the water dripped through the ceiling (plafon) .... Hopefully you could repair this issue soon ....

In my humble opinion, please make another access to the pool from the room. Its kinda uncomfortable passing by the restaurant. Please also pay attention to the pool toilet, it was quite dark.

All amenities provided well, except someone call my ext. room in the morning around 5 AM while I slept and I pick the phone but no one answer then they turn off the phone. It happened twice and I couldn't sleep anymore after that.

My first impression when I opened the room door, I smell ex. cigarette smoke which stick on wall. Then I call by phone (ext. 0) to front desc why the room stinky with ex cigarette smoke. Then hotel sent to us staff to perform smell treatment by spray with parfume, but it didn't work well.

I was stayed last week for 4 night.the room is small but the properry is nice. On the second day,I have to move to other room due to there was water dop on ceiling.Morning breakfast was not good during my stay 4 night.The same main menu fish and chicken for 4 days.This is my first experience staying at mercure surabaya.Power outage was happened on 2nd night.Overall I have staisfied with the room and location but not for morning breakfast
