I've changed rooms three times but it's still hot...Air conditioner doesn't work well...only wind but not cold, luckily I only had one night.

MrAndikaK Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

I've stay for 4 nights in Surabaya. It was an awesome stay. t. Staffs were so polite and well mannered, breakfast menu were so tasty, my favorite was sausage & fish fillet, yummy! WiFi was also fast enough to browse the internet. Don't hesitate if you're facing an issue, i'm sure they're willing to help your issue. I used to spend my night time in the coffee bar, loved that place and the staff. Thank you for the little chit chat, really appreciated. Hopefully, i'll have more choices from the menu in the next time i visit. Definitely will come back.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of Surabaya city. As an Accor heartist, ALL member and Accor Plus member, i truly feel welcome and incredible. The room welcome decoration was very nice and warm, got a welcome card on my name with GM signature, colorful writing on the mirror and my name was printed on mineral water bottle with VIP title. On top of that, the staff in restaurant also greet me by my name and recognize that i A. an Accor member. Great job to the team and management in ensuring all guest is welcome and feel special. Huge thank u to the GRO team Tio, Res, Far, M. Safi and Mila from the restaurant. See you again!
