When I checked in, the staff offered to bring my baggage to my room for me. While sitting in my room, I did not receive my baggage, but heard a faint knocking. I opened my room door to see the staff trying to deliver my bags to the room opposite mine. He did not know my room number and did not check for my identity before handing me my baggages. The rain shower was not working. The bedside power sockets did not work. In the morning I tried dialling 2 to reach the reception, but no one answered. There was no one serving at the bar, I had to go back to ask if the bar was open.

We have coordinated with the relevant team to inspect and repair the shower and power outlet installation in the room to prevent this from happening to future guests. • Communication & Bar Service Response: Difficulties reaching reception and the lack of staff in the bar area are important concerns for us.
