Overall it was pleasant stay for 4 days 3 nights. The staffs were helpful and attentive. Just a little shortcomings on the serving time of the food, which I've tried on two different occasions, once for dinner at the ground floor restaurant and another for afternoon tea. The waiting time was a tad long, at least half an hour for the orders to be served. Another issue was with the door lock not opening properly on the third day of my stay, this was quickly rectified by the staff with a follow up inspection on the door lock the following day. Keep up the great work! Just another suggestion on the side, for a luxury hotel status, the amenities and toiletries are underwhelming. Quality of the shampoo and body shampoo is subpar and an empty mini fridge are something I'd suggest to improve on. It doesn't take much to have complimentary canned drinks and perhaps throw in a small pack or two of locally sourced Indonesian snacks (krupuk) would certainly made a great impression of the hotel that is rich in culture and heritage.
