- Front office team are friendly. manager on duty also welcomed us during check in. Special welcome amenities sent to our room in fresh condition. Love the real orange juice! Sadly, when we arrived in the hotel, our taxi stop in front of the hotel. We saw security guard there standing in front sawing us picked up the luggage out from car. doing nothing, seeing us without helping. Understand that helping guest with luggage is not security duty, but no greeting also? My sister even asked me "isn't it security supposed to help us?" Hopefully they're more friendly to guests. Overall was nice stay. Thanks Ibis Tidar team!

Cozy room and clean. But I think hanger in bathroom is needed and additional towel hehe bcs we book for two person. But, overall I love the vibe and design of your place
