the best hotel I’ve stayed by far. This is why I’ve been here for 5 to 6 times and counting. I always look forward to arriving at the hotel and eating at the restaurant, to staying in our comfortable rooms. Many thanks to all the staffs - greeters, bellboys at the drop-off point , the staffs at the restaurant interacting with my nephews, the lifeguards by the pool who helped kept my nephew’s goggles overnight and clean both pool and beaches washed-up debris in the relentless heat daily so we can enjoy the beach in the evening. To the cleaners and gardeners who are also smiling always, and also the housekeeping staffs who are friendly and smiley. The check-in process was smooth as well and we were given rooms earlier so the nephews could play at the pool before the sun gets too hot. My family and I throughly feel at home at Mercure Vung Tau and this why we keep coming back here for our holidays. My family enjoyed this stay even more so than last year June - so much so that we made an impromptu decision to extend one more night stay. My nephews were so thrilled and happy by this decision. They were truly sad when we had to leave Vung Tau and requested for another holiday stay with you guys in the near future. Thank you so much for the incredible stay! We will definitely be back!

All service stop at 9PM too early for stay in hotel guest. Even the QR notice service around 22:00-23:00 but actual service stop earlier than that. I couldnt even get ice bucket or order any soft drink for myself. Accor member check-in desk was not available at arrival time. Other staff checkin but no welcome drink for guest.
