Overall, our stay was satisfactory. However, there are two areas that need improvement. First, the lack of elevators makes it very inconvenient for guests with large or heavy luggage, especially when staying on the second or third floors. This was particularly challenging in Block 4. Second, the breakfast buffet should be monitored more closely by the staff. Several food stations were empty and were not refilled promptly. With improvements in these areas, the overall guest experience would be much better.

To ensure your comfort, we then successfully moved your room to another room on a higher floor. When you requested to shorten the stay despite your booking being strictly under a non-refundable, non-amendable terms and conditions policy, we exceptionally authorized a penalty-free shortening. Our team went well beyond our standard policies to accommodate your changing requests throughout the day. We appreciate your understanding and hope you find this clarification helpful. the best hotel I’ve stayed by far. This is why I’ve been here for 5 to 6 times and counting. I always look forward to arriving at the hotel and eating at the restaurant, to staying in our comfortable rooms. Many thanks to all the staffs - greeters, bellboys at the drop-off point , the staffs at the restaurant interacting with my nephews, the lifeguards by the pool who helped kept my nephew’s goggles overnight and clean both pool and beaches washed-up debris in the relentless heat daily so we can enjoy the beach in the evening. To the cleaners and gardeners who are also smiling always, and also the housekeeping staffs who are friendly and smiley. The check-in process was smooth as well and we were given rooms earlier so the nephews could play at the pool before the sun gets too hot. My family and I throughly feel at home at Mercure Vung Tau and this why we keep coming back here for our holidays. My family enjoyed this stay even more so than last year June - so much so that we made an impromptu decision to extend one more night stay. My nephews were so thrilled and happy by this decision. They were truly sad when we had to leave Vung Tau and requested for another holiday stay with you guys in the near future. Thank you so much for the incredible stay! We will definitely be back!
