Dear Mr R. , Greetings from Mercure Vung Tau ! I am very sorry to learn about your experience and your overall feedback about the stay which was less than satisfactory and please accept my sincere apologies once again. Guest experience and satisfaction is of utmost priority and we take every feedback very seriously, as it helps us improve our services and ensure a better experience for our guests. In this regard I wish we were informed of your condition while at the hotel as we would have got you immediate medical attention. We hope you are better now. We would like to assure, at our hotels we follow highest standards of hygiene and safety and ensure attention to every detail to give our guests a comfortable stay and a good night sleep. About your stay we sincerely regret we could not accommodate you for a room upgrade this time for the first night. Our General manager and Front office manager met with you and explained our compulsions about the room inventory for the first night , however for the 2nd night we were able to upgrade your room category which was later denied by you on the second day. We always believe in going above and beyond for our esteemed members and try to do our best to ensure a comfortable stay . In that spirit you would agree the hotel team did offer you various solutions as a gesture for your loyalty – Our General Manager offered to host you and your guests for Beer and Grill promotion on the first night and during the stay personally checked for your satisfaction too . Our Front office manager was in touch with you constantly during the stay checking for your satisfaction . We offered you and your guests room upgrade for the 2nd night . Again as gesture from the hotel side we waived off the Laundry bill of your stay for an amount over 1 million. I again personally met you on the departure and checked for your satisfaction. I hope this demonstrates our commitment to making amends for the inconvenience you experienced. Thank you again for your constructive feedback as it surely helps us to improve and provide excellent guest experience to our esteemed members and guests.
