I had a very pleasant stay at your hotel and would like to share some feedback. The room was clean and well maintained, and I truly appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of your staff. The service throughout my stay was consistently good. I also enjoyed the restaurant—both the quality of the food and the taste suited me very well. To further enhance the guest experience, I would suggest considering an evening turndown service (around 7–8 pm), especially for Accor premium members and frequent returning guests. This could include refreshing towels, replenishing complimentary drinking water, light cleaning, and tidying up the room. I have experienced this service at several other Accor properties, and it adds a thoughtful and personalized touch to the stay. Thank you for the great hospitality, and I look forward to staying with you again.

Overall the experience was good except that in one of our rooms the AC was not working however the staff accommodated us with an upgraded room and dinner

I've been here a few times. Once, the reception staff were very unfriendly, but that improved later. Most recently, the breakfast buffet had a worse selection of food than before. I arrived for breakfast at 9:15 and the staff said there was only one portion of fish noodle soup left. This made me feel that the service quality had deteriorated significantly, and I will reconsider whether to return next time.

Despite living in Vung Tau, I still chose to stay at Mercure Vung Tau. The service is consistently warm and attentive, the food is always satisfying, and the sunset views here are simply beautiful. It felt like a relaxing escape close to home. With my upcoming move, it is a place I know I will truly miss.
