I truly enjoyed the room, pool, beach and breakfast buffet. However I would like to suggest 2 improvements 1. The hallway has raised edges that cause people to trip. My child fell and hit his head, and I noticed other children having similar issues 2. I booked two rooms but they were placed far apart, which was inconvenient for my family. I really like your hotel, so I’m sharing this feedback sincerely and hope to return in the future with an even better experience.

Unattentive staff, construction happening out the front of our room at inappropriate hours, knowone should be situated Infront of such work whilst staying at a hotel of this price. Not to mention being woken up by house cleaners looking to clean our room at 8am, pretty bad, not really good enough, unprofessional.

However, we deeply regret that waking you up at after 8:30 AM disrupted your rest. For your absolute privacy on future stays, please feel free to switch on the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) light, and our team will ensure your room is not approached until you are ready. As a regular customer, I've always had a good experience at Mercure Vung Tau. Staff are friendly & helpful, except for some who look grumpy. However, this time I was a bit disappointed cause the air conditioner didn't work in the middle of the night, and the next night was the same. Finally, the reception decided to move to another room, which is smaller than the previous one. As an Accor Gold member and a regular customer, I think the hotel should do better.
