Nearly all day and all night loud music playing in the grounds of the hotel and outside in La Vie En Rose spoiled the stay. You can do something about the music inside if not outside, though police might be asked to intervene.

Duty Manager Hiep not really guest-oriented. Even my 2 hotel booking come very late due to my mistake of hotel reservations, there is still no sympathy to my family (2 elder persons, 2 children) so as to flexible to arrange one room for the elderly to rest first, even at that time already after 1400hrs. He asked us to wait 40-45 mins more in order to have the room done, keep saying that's my fault, as i book very late. The attitude should be trained more to have some better wordings to the guests who was already tired after half-day travelling, also need to taking care of the children. Hotel mischarge my credit card for 3 times, keep saying that is also my card problem. But checked with my bank, all was successfully charged with complete transaction settlement code which i already sent to email: hb… Also, for the booking system on the website, i saw the rate, i saw SEA VIEW, then i booked. But Front Desk told me that mean BEACH SIDE, with no view, need to come out the room to see the SEA VIEW. I have the feeling that i was cheated at that time. Later I paid the upgrade charges later to secure the smooth experience to my family. For dinner, restaurant didn't allow me to put the charge into the room, need to settle right away by cash, even during check in, hotel did ask my card for guarantee. The overrall experience is really bad. Even the hardware of the hotel is great. Hope hotel can improve the service to match what the guest paid for. Regards, Jimmy L.
