Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for choosing to stay with us. First and foremost, we would like to sincerely apologize for the shortcomings in your arrival experience. Regarding your membership status, we would like to clarify that your booking was made through our corporate channel, and unfortunately, your membership details were not attached to the reservation. This led to us being unaware of your status until you kindly shared it with us at check-in. Once we became aware, our team made every effort to ensure your comfort, including providing amenities and welcome drink vouchers. We also understand that you were disappointed when you attempted to use your reward points for drinks at our restaurant. As we explained, the redemption for Dining Offers is not available at this particular location. Currently, dining offer redemptions are only available at select restaurants, as listed in the All Apps section. We completely understand the frustration this caused, and we have shared this feedback with the Accor Loyalty team for their consideration. Once again, we truly regret any inconvenience caused during your stay. We hope you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back on your next business trip. Our Lifeguard team has been working diligently to remove trash from the ocean, but unfortunately, this situation can be difficult to control.
