I just wanted to thank ibis for a memorable trip with my family. Thank you for the warmest welcome and the birthday decoration . We highly recommend this place for families with kids, family friendly hotel. Also, the hotel is clean given its 3 stars but they have everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! They kindly allowed us to check in early with no extra charge, which was a great start to our trip. The hotel has a lovely play area for children, a clean swimming pool, and a peaceful atmosphere — not crowded at all. Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety. Every staff member we met, from housekeeping to the pool attendants and security, was friendly and caring. Special thanks to Thanh Thu and Minh Ngoc at the front desk for their excellent and attentive service — they made our stay even more enjoyable. Our family had such a great time here. We also appreciate that the hotel follows eco-friendly practices — truly deserving of more recognition. A perfect 5-star experience! 🌿✨
