I spent a night with my mother at ibis Styles Vung Tau. The overall impression was very good. The staff were very nice. My twin room was not very spacy but everything was just enough, and the decoration was fine for me. Parking was free and convenient. The morning buffet was ok, most of the food were fine and we had very big breakfast to our own standards. Check out was extremely smooth and efficient. Highly recommend this hotel to all.

The accommodation was clean and overall satisfactory. However, there were several areas that could be improved. The elevator was often wet and felt a little dark. The breakfast buffet was also quite limited and could offer a wider variety of food options. In addition, the technical support was very slow. The bathroom sink had a drainage issue, and we had to call the technical staff three times before someone came to assist us. The water drainage in the shower was also very slow. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but improvements in maintenance, response time, and facilities would make the experience much better.
