I booked a family room, very comfortable with a beautiful sea view. Great hotel, great location, and a clean, green beach right in front of the property. It’s only 2 hours from Saigon, and the staff are very friendly with excellent hospitality. I’ll definitely come back 😚

Generally good stay. Areas for improvement: The sink in the bathroom emitted a weird smell but we stayed for only one night so didn't bother to ask for room change. Also TVs only show cable channels, no option for Youtube / Netflixe. However we were allocated a room next to the exit stair - exactly where we wanted to. Staff was nice and the breakfast buffet was great.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, with easy access to the surrounding areas in the city center. It also offers beautiful views, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, the check-in procedure requires guests to present and photocopy their CCCD card for each visit, while visitor information seems to be recorded only for higher-tier memberships such as Gold. This can be somewhat inconvenient. I hope the hotel will consider streamlining this process to further enhance the overall guest experience
