All very good. A few suggestions: 1) Add a few more Western choices to the Streats menu. Dinner was very good but Western dish selection was a bit slim. 2) Close the doors to outside in Streats in the evening; there were a lot of mosquitoes and other insects that made it difficult to relax and enjoy the meal. 3) Teach the Streats staff to not "hover" and after asking how is the meal, let the guest alone to enjoy and relax. 4) Make sure that the floors are clean of sand in the room. I realize the hotel is near the beach, but still try to clean that up better. The room was great, and comfortable, just nite that the sand was a bit annoying. 5) Stock the room bar with soft drinks and beer. I didn't want to order the offered VND 230,000 selection, but would have enjoyed and paid for a couple of beers in my room that evening. Not complaining, just giving you some suggestions.

Room was excellent, food was good and service was really good - very nice stay. I have only one negative comment, the black tiles around the edge of the swimming pool are very slippery when wet and need to be changed for non slip tiles, my daughter slipped and could have hurt herself - please look to change these.

I booked the Premium Family Room which has Balcony, 1 Queen Bed and 1 Bunk Bed which was very impressed to my kids. We really have a memorable vacation at your hotel. We are highly appreciate for every single thing you organize for that room, all sharp corners of furniture are rounded to be friendly with kids, nice beach view, toilet kit is very nice and friendly with environment. We keep it as souvenir. It's good to limit on using plastic to protect environment, however, it should use plastic bag for toilet bin to keep clean. Buffet for breakfast is quite delicious with many dishes but in order to keep people stay for more 2 days and avoid them get boring, the dishes should be changed 50% vs the day before (currently 30% changed). Receptionist is friendly and helpful, to lever up the hotel above 3 stars, it needs to train waiter/waitress more about service mindset. I was travelling during Covid control situation but I did not see tourist did wear mask during the time they enjoy breakfast buffet. If possible, I suggest hotel should encourage them to wear mask when they take the food and release when they return to their seat to protect each other. In conclusion, I definitely will visit the hotel again when I am back to Vung Tau.

The most impressive thing is the attitude and communication of the staff. They are very professional, friendly. Ibis is at prime location. Luxurious design but no less youthful. However, Ibis is not good at buffet: few dishes, not delicious, food is slowly filled. And one thing, I'm not satisfied with check in and check out time: check in at 15:00 is too late, and check out at 11:00 is too early. Except for the buffet and check in and check out time, I had the great trip at Ibis Style.

Thanks the reception team for assisting me with early check-in (1PM) despite the crowded lobby. Hotel rooms have cute designs and love how they operate the Planet 21 Program. Breakfast choices are 8/10, everything was pretty good, except the Banh Cuon (they seriously need improvement). However, with portions that included in the package, I couldn't ask for more. Just one more comment for the Milk Coffee at Buffet Station. You shouldn't prepare it in advance and put them into containers like that. It's fine with Black Coffee. But to Milk Coffee, the combination of milk & coffee can only be served within 30 - 90 mins after made. We was having breakfast at 8 AM and my friend had stomachache right after he drank the milk coffee (I'm not sure if that was from other food components he had eaten, but yeah, just give you some comment on that).

The positioning of the hotel is perfect for families. To assist the hotel customers to cross the road would be a great idea with the view of improving a greater customer care as crossing the road in both directions is nightmare. The facilities and customer service was very good especially as it was a busy time. Everything worked and was clean. The top pool was amazing and clean too. Overall 10/10 thank you. I'm wondering if there is a bus service on the main road in which to travel to the ferry port? Thank you and kind regards.

Services are good and very comfortable environment for 2 nights. My child enjoyed the kid zone with the soccer-table and he was very exciting. It's a valuable point. A little/light disappointed was little noise from land and water-leak (a little) at the gate.

This time, as Covid 19 is still serious, I think Ibis should provide the sanitize shampoo in all rooms of hotel. The second is, there is no way for customers go back from the beach to their rooms. So, the lift/elevators always so wet and slippery. It is really not comfortable. Next, the bar on the top is nice, but the menu is so poor and the price is not reasonable with the quality is not good. I try 1 time and never come again.

I received 02 offer from iBis VT as: - Complimentary on March 19 – 20, 2020 (01 night) -VND1,400,000net/room/night on March 20 – 21, 2020 (01 night) => -VIP treatment will be arranged. The room will be upgraded to Premium as complimentary But I don't know how is VIP treatment and Premium? Toothpaste, comb... are not available and need to ask receptionist for bringing. Hope ACCOR group will be better and develop after Covid-19 situation. thanks

Everything perfect from the decoration of room, nice view, cute staff. I talk with the guy at the roof top bar, actually i didnt ask his name so i can not name him on the review. He was great, share with us lots of things. Send hello to him. There’s one thing that makes me confuse is parking area. When we park our bike, no one was there to give us parking paper, but in the afternoon there was. When we check out still no on was there, that’s why i left the paper on the table and go and were stopped by the security guy at the door ( not in parking area), he asked us about parking paper and let us go back to take that paper, how come??? We are the one who take back??? Or the staff??? He should go to take it not let us do it. Actually will come back and introduce friend to visit here. Hopefully this can be improve next time.
