While the place was comfortable, we had a terrible experience with a broken toilet sprayer that leaked water everywhere. Turning off the water meant no flushing, but turning it on caused water to splash all over the place. My family had to deal with this nightmare repeatedly. We reported it, waited over an hour for a technician to check it, and he promised to return with tools for a replacement. But nobody showed up, and further communication was ignored. It was our final night, so we just gave up.
