I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Saigon Centre and truly enjoyed the overall experience. A special mention goes to the Club Lounge team, especially Mr. Toan, the Club Manager, and Ngan, the Club Agent. Their service was warm, attentive, and genuinely professional. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Their hospitality really made the Club Lounge experience stand out. The room was excellent as well — comfortable, modern, well-maintained, and with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I also thoroughly enjoyed the food and dining experience, with a great selection and very good quality. Overall, it was a memorable stay with excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and wonderful dining experiences. Thank you to the entire Pullman Saigon Centre team, especially Mr. Toan and Ngan, for making our stay so enjoyable. I was very satisfied with my experience at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a pleasant environment after a busy business schedule. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for my meetings and business activities in Ho Chi Minh City. I requested an additional night, was told available and the price and agreed. Not recorded as reception person was only interested in taking holding fee(which was done) but not fully explained. I was left with full understanding that I had the room booked. Next day got an urgent call to vacate urgently as I did not have the room and that the booking mentioned was not confirmed. Went to reception to discuss and told Pullman fully booked and I had to find another hotel and they could not help do that. After trying without any help I found a room and booked/paid. I was told that there was a room now available....to late as alternative payment taken. Lower quality hotel.....very upset at the situation. Not inclined to renew membership when due. My friends came to my room around 7 p.m. to wait while I got ready for dinner. Reception repeatedly called requesting their IDs, then staff unexpectedly knocked on my door to request them again. The repeated interruptions felt intrusive and made us feel unwelcome. I have never experienced this treatment at any other hotel in Saigon. This was the worst hotel customer service experience I’ve had, and I will never return to Pullman Saigon Centre.

This is my first time traveling to Ho Chi Minh City and staying at your hotel . Your Executive Lounge Team makes my stay smooth without any problems and they are warm welcoming to me. It is especially Ms. Thai and Ms.My. My too is a high and nice view. I can see stunning city view. A breakfast is delicious both of main restaurant and at Executive Lounge. If I come back to travel to Ho Chi Minh City again , your hotel is my first choice. I am impressed my stay and your team service. See you all next time.

Despite being a short stay I definitely rate this Pullman Hotel as one of the best. Great staff and the restaurant food was quality. Great facilities' such as the gym, pool and saunas. My room was excellent, clean and serviced on time. Good layout and had the best view of the city. Will definitely book again.

Entire experience of stay was great, with the exception of check out. I was unable to use reward points apparently because I was on partner privilege rates. In addition, I only received 2 welcome drinks instead of 4 despite booking 2 rooms for 4 adults.

The highlight was the Staff at the breakfast buffet - they are well trained and provided some of the best service I’ve come across. Sadly the stay was let down by the state of the bathroom and toilet area. There was mould in the grout and in general it just didn’t seem like the cleaning was done with care. There was coffee splatter on the wall next to the minibar area.. the room just didn’t feel clean because of these points.

Our stay at Pullman Saigon was made truly memorable, largely because of two wonderful individuals, Ms Y and Mr Kha from Food Connexion. From our very first breakfast, Ms Y made us feel genuinely welcomed with her warm smile, friendly personality and sincere conversations. Her warmth and hospitality left such a lovely first impression on us. We were equally impressed by Mr Kha, who took the initiative to introduce himself and was consistently attentive, thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. During our lobster buffet dinner, he even took the time to recommend the popular dishes and ensured that we were well taken care of. It was these little gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests. What touched us most was that their hospitality never felt routine or merely part of their job. It came across as genuine care and a sincere desire to make our experience special. We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the entire Food Connexion F&B team for their warm hospitality, attentiveness and excellent service. Having worked in the hospitality industry myself, I truly appreciate the difference that genuine service can make. Beautiful facilities may attract guests to a hotel, but it is people like Ms Y and Mr Kha who create lasting memories and give guests a reason to return. Thank you, Ms Y, Mr Kha and the entire Food Connexion team, for making our stay so special. You are truly wonderful ambassadors of Pullman Saigon, and we hope your management will recognise the exceptional hospitality you have shown us. We look forward to returning!
