Guysss. Wow. I had insane "end of the holiday sadness" when we were leaving - and we weren't even leaving for home, just Da Nang. I don't think I've had the same level to leave a place before. Not even Lisbon or Penang. So I almost didn't book - see below. Glad I persevered!! People say Vietnamese people are so friendly - I have SE Asian heritage and thought "yep I know what they mean". No I had no clue. At the Pullman, the team are next level. I'm scared to post a review online where I miss out on anyone's names! Vi at the executive lounge is amazing, I could see her teeming with excitement that she remembered my husband's birthday and sent up the sweetest handwritten card and cake. At breakfast, I quickly started referring to Tai as "good vibes" - like "hey, look, Good Vibes is coming with the coffee" - but then I realised he didn't have a monopoly on the good vibes. My, Thu, Hoang and everyone on the breakfast team were warm, efficient and handled any questions with pure joy. I don't have words to tell you how impressed I am, I almost cried when Thu hugged me ❤️ I so loved ordering noodle soup in the morning and finding out about my queng and hu bien and mien ga. We don't easily get those at home The concierge were always happy to answer questions, I remember so many helpful faces but my memory for names isn't amazing - Toan and Hoang (?) and all the team, thank you. (Knowing my memory isn't great, I'm regretting not writing down more names) I was very impressed with the standard everything was kept to - I never saw the cleaners but I could tell they take a lot of pride in their work because the floors were immaculate (this is unusual in my experience, I think a lot of hotels assume people wear shoes in the room). I noticed and appreciated all the small details. I also like that you give 4 good sized bottles of water, so we didn't have to ask for more. Room service was fast, any requests for housekeeping were quick as a flash. Executive lounge served the most delicious hot food and amazing salads - every one with amazing balance of acid, sweetness, crunch, fish sauce and whatever protein+veggy combo was in it. And it was so kind to make my husband a fresh bowl of lamb stew when we were near the end of the sitting and the stew was all just potato and carrot. That was such a classy thing to do and I appreciated it so much. Also it's very nice to have 2 separate toilets, bathtub was very nice and wow the shower pressure was so nice! I'm more than happy to post the above on any review platform you want (maybe a more polished and concise version!), feel free to ask me. Here is the stuff I figured I'd let you know - between us only - that I hope is constructive (but not an issue to me, feel free to ignore, I'm still plotting my return): - we were in 2811 and I think the toilet door is a bit dodgy, it might need to get looked at by maintenance - I also think the power point in the bathroom might need looking at, it didn't seem to be able to keep the hairdryer working (but other power points were ok) - the tap design makes it easy to accidentally leave them on, unsure if there's an option to maybe tighten them to help prevent guests leaving them on? - initially we wondered where the other channels or streaming services were - maybe an option to add Netflix or similar could be good? Also, some toxic "alpha male" type had obviously left his YouTube logged in. I watched a few feminist videos to try help his algorithm in the right direction 😎 but it shows that sometimes guests might accidentally leave their credentials (and you can do whatever you like with this info)

This is my 4th stay, and I choose this hotel whenever I am in HCM. The hotel is one street away from the walking street where the HCM nightlife is. The breakfast was good, and the room was big and comfortable.

The concierge was rather flippant with an arriving package and claimed that they were j able to help because it was Sunday, although I was able to call and confirm date of delivery. I am certain had I been a white client, they would have been more accommodating. Executive lounge staff were attentive, as well as others.

The location of the restaurant is a negative. There is nothing nearby except the market which is a 10 min walk. However the restaurant food is amazingly good and people are very friendly

1st time staying in this Hotel. Beginning from check in to check out, the front office staff at the 30th floor are so professional and responsible. Great to be able to wait at the Executive Lounge while they prepared my check in. Amazing service. The room was so cozy and comfortable. The housekeeping services are deployed twice a day, very efficient. The only down part of our room is that there is no bidet in the toilet which greatly inconvenient us. Also the door to the bathing section cannot closed properly and thus water tends to splash out during bathing. Worse still, it makes the floor wet and slippery and my wife almost slipped and fell. Not safe for old folks or children. The breakfast was superb and we looked forward for it every morning. The Executive Lounge provides very delicious savory and I love the fruit juice. It was really an awesome experienced for me and my wife. We will return again.

Got told off by the staff handling the baggage. Unpleasant to be accused and be told the guest did something innocently, as wrong. We arrived before or around 12pm in a car, our luggages were taken by the bellhop. We proceeded do our check in paperwork with Anh who was delightfully polite. We are aware that we will have to come back after 2pm (when the room is ready). So we called for a Grab and waited in the lobby for about 8-10 min. We were visibly waiting inside the lobby. When we came back after 2pm, Anh asked if we had our luggage tags after giving us our room key, we said we were not given because we assumed that was being taken cared of. There was a male (presumably manager) and the bellhop handling the baggage earlier then came over, told us that 'all guests should have a luggage tag, why don't you have one?'. He wasn't being very pleasant about it and was just adamant on it being our fault. The bellhop then accused us of leaving our bags unattended and ran off. We did not have our bags with us and nor were we offered a tag for our luggages during the check in. In the end, I appreciate the bellhop for offering to take our bags, but please do not make a guest feel like this for an incomplete service. Is it an SOP of Pullman Hotels for guests to request for a luggage tag instead of being offered? I would like that clarified. Because I was made to look like I was being irresponsible and made to look bad in the process.
