We booked for the central location and were there for the last leg of our trip so wanted to spoil ourselves so choose an executive room so we also had lounge access which we made use of on a few occasions. Every staff member couldn’t do enough for us, and a special mention for “Monica” who bought a birthday cake to the room for me – thank you!

A Big Thank You to the Team at Pullman Saigon Centre My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Saigon Centre. The room was a good size, very clean, and well-kept. The bed was super comfortable with soft, fluffy pillows, and the towels were fresh and soft, just what we needed to relax. Check-in was quick and smooth, which made a great first impression. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food. What made it even more special was the service. Ms. Tram from the wait staff and Mr. Thuong from the kitchen were amazing. They remembered what my wife and I liked and made sure we felt welcome every morning. A big thank you to Mr. Thuong, Ms. Tram, and the rest of the wonderful staff. Your warm and thoughtful service made our stay truly memorable. We look forward to coming back again soon!

I appreciate the hospitality and courtesy extended to me as an ALL Accor Plus Platinum Elite member. The check in experience at the executive lounge was smooth and well managed. The team clearly explained the Platinum Elite benefits and promptly arranged a conference room on short notice to support an urgent call during the evening cocktail hours. The service was attentive and professional throughout, and it leaves a strong impression for future stays in Saigon. I would like to share one area for reflection. On the first day of my stay, I was observing a religious fast and consumed only vegetarian items during the evening cocktail hours after carefully verifying the ingredients. During this time, I noticed a few female staff members reacting with visible amusement. I understand that such practices may not be familiar to you, yet respectful awareness of diverse customs and beliefs contributes meaningfully to a welcoming guest experience. Aside from this isolated instance, the stay was excellent. Thank you for honouring my Accor Suite Night Upgrades for two nights. The suite offered exceptional views, and its design was both thoughtful and well executed. I share this feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement and trust it will support an even more refined experience for future guests.

We booked two deluxe rooms for stays between Christmas and New Year. The rooms were comfortable, clean and serviced daily. We even managed to observe the NYE fireworks from our rooms which was a plus. The hotel facilities are excellent - Mad Cow, Rooftop Bar, Food Connexion and the service staff are great with guests. The only main feedback I have is with regards to the open plan design of the toilet, shower and bathtub which was a bit disconcerting when more than a single occupant is staying.
