From check in to check out, everything was done with friendly staff and a smile. Breakfasl has amazing choices and an amazing team. Special thanks to Miss Y, Miss Vi and Miss Ha for making me start my days with positive vibes. The hotel is is a great location for exploring tourist sites, restuarants, bars and shopping.

Whilst the rooms starting to age, I am always happy to come back here. The Staff especially in the Restaurant and Exec Lounge are incredibly nice and welcoming. They are genuine Hosts. The lovely smiles that greeted me in the morning for Breakfast or the evening in the lounge made my stay very special again. They knew my preferences and i felt genuinely welcome. Please pass on my special thanks to Chau, My, Phat, Ngoc, Thao, My and also Laura as your intern from the exec lounge. From Check in to after my Check out it was very nice. Thanks a lot Also, I like to mention Lan Anh, My, An and Tu from the Food Connexion. They were amazing and so welcoming, friendly ,happy and offered such a great service. So my day started great every morning. I hope you all liked the Chocolates ;-) keep it up. Thanks a lot, to the chef and his Team. The quality of food is very high ( I am a chef), the consistency is great, and the Team shows focus and passion. Not just during Breakfast but also at Mad cow, the Lounge and the Rooftop bar. Again, job WELL DONE
