This is a great example of how hospitality works. Compliments to the team! I arrived on a early flight at 5:30am in the hotel. The staff let me use the facilities in the gym to shower, change and relax at the pool, because it was too early to check in. Then they were so amazing to keep track of available rooms and offer me to check in at 10am without additional costs. This treatment is way above the standard! A big 5 stars.Rooms are nice and clean. Location is very central, close to the big party street, but far away enough to be very quiet. One little comment: i think the cocktails and food at the pool didn’t live up to my expectations. I had fresh spring rolls, but didn’t have the amazing flavors you get in most other places. The mojito lacked balance. But overall a great stay, will definitely come again.

We had a bad experience with taxi which we flagged down at Ben Thanh market. The distance is 2.2km and we were charged by the driver for VND278,000. It's ridiculous cos most of the time it was VND35,000 to 50,000. Our trip from airport to hotel only cost us VND150,000. We sought help from door men and concierge, they were very passive and didn't help much.
