Nice 5-star Hotel, well located, beautiful views and great staff. We where well looked after, the breakfast is amazing. the view from the room and form the rooftop bar are awesome. access to the grabs/ taxi/ buses to move around the city is easy from the Pullman.

First time staying in Pullman Saigon Centre and it was great experience. The room is huge and has great view of Saigon. The breakfast is very so so but staffs are very friendly and attentive. As an elite member and a frequent business traveler, I find the recent cutbacks to the hotel lounge experience disappointing and short-sighted. The lounge has always been one of the key benefits that sets a hotel apart, especially for loyal guests who spend a significant number of nights each year on the road. I don’t believe this is the right direction. Many of us would not mind paying a higher rate if it meant maintaining—or even improving—the quality of lounge services. Reducing benefits risks diminishing the overall value proposition, particularly in a highly competitive hospitality industry where other hotel chains are actively enhancing their offerings to attract and retain customers. Loyalty should be recognized and rewarded, not scaled back. When benefits are reduced, it sends the message that long-term guests are less valued, which can ultimately drive them to explore alternatives that offer a better experience. If the goal is to retain and grow a strong base of repeat customers, the focus should be on investing in the lounge experience—expanding food and beverage options, improving service quality, and creating a more comfortable and premium environment. Strengthening these benefits would reinforce customer loyalty and differentiate the brand in a crowded market. In short, cutting back is not the answer. Enhancing the lounge experience.
