It´s a nice hotel, but bit old and over priced. Cleanness of the rooms are so so , not very impressed ! Lounge and roof top is all OK. Breakfast was excellent.

Towels were not refreshed daily despite placing them on the floor, indicating that we wanted a change of towels. Water heater of the shower was faulty, despite us informing the front desk of the Executive Lounge. The temperature of the water stayed rather hot throughout our stay of 5 days. Room was rather dark and light switches were not properly indicated. It was frustrating and confusing trying to figure out the light switches. English standard of the team answering the "0" button was not good and several times, they were lost in translation. However, the team at the Executive Lounge were fantastic and supportive.

When I made the reservation, I have asked a quieter room, which is not facing the Bui Bien street. And, I have reminded it at the check in at the front desk. However, the room assigned to me was facing the Bui Bien street. Eventually, I was bothered the noise at night.
