I arrived late at night checked in the room that was at the end corridor and super small. All electric outlets are very loose and could not hold a multi charger block. I was not able to charge my laptop in the room. The only one that worked was in the bathroom. I had to sit awkwardly on the edge of the bathtub and join a few online meetings. I called the front desk and they said they will try best to change my room the next day. I went down and talked to the front desk in the morning, they were not very friendly helping and told me they would try. I was moved to another room finally by the end of the day but it took them a little while to locate my luggage. Overall not very pleasant stay. The food at breakfast was excellent.
