The Do Not Disturb and Clean Room switches were reversed. When I turned on the Do Not Disturb switch, housekeeping still knocked on the door while I was sleeping. On one occasion, while I was in the shower, housekeeping opened the door even though the Do Not Disturb switch was on. The hot water pressure in the shower was also very weak. Additionally, the safety box did not work on two occasions and had to be replaced.
