One of my favourite Accor hotels I have ever stayed in. World-class from start to finish. Particularly, the hospitality. As well as the super modern, super spacious and super elegant room facilities. Thanks go to Ms. Ngan for her fine help, Ms. Tu (pictured) for such distinguished service with humility at breakfast, Mr. Duong (pictured), Mr. Toan and Mr. Anh at the Swimming and Fitness Floor. Thank you, Mr. Kiet, for the warm Accor welcome. Pullman Saigon made the visit to Ho Chi Minh well worth the trip all the way from Australia. My go-to place whenever in Ho Chi Minh again. I felt super-valued as an Accor member at this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. Mr. Gia provided exceptional hospitality during both check-in and check-out we feel lucky to have met such a helpful and courteous person. The hotel was in a very convenient location. The bed was very comfortable. The room was beautifully maintained. The breakfast provided plenty of delicious options. The staff were always friendly and helpful and I would like to give special mention to Ha in the restaurant who was always a joy to see each morning at breakfast.
