Our family of 4 literally had 24hrs in HCMC. It was hot, humid, chaos and calm all at once. The Pullmam Saigon is in a great location with a great atmosphere and comfort. The food in the lobby area restaurant was delicious too. We were four ppl in one room so we had an extra bed in our room. This made the room become instantly smaller, but still better than separating the family as we have younger children. The breakfast buffet was just the right balance of fusion, western and traditional. The Singapore Pudding was delicious!!! All in all the staff make this hotel a highlight, all are so kind, thoughtful, gentle and helpful. A special mention & huge thanks to Khanh (The bell man) as he was super helpful in helping us sorting out a small issue of forgetting an item at a local spa the night before. He instantly understood my concern and need for help. He was quick, efficient and his English speaking was excellent. So happy & helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Its a shame we didn't have enough time to use the pool or gym facilities, but they looked very clean & nice.

I stayed several nights at Pullman Saigon Centre and was overall very satisfied. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful. They quickly resolved a minor issue with the bed and later managed to find and return my jacket after I misplaced it. Breakfast was decent, and the French Touch Seafood Dinner on the weekend was excellent. I also recommend trying their made-to-order coffee at breakfast. I also appreciated the welcome drink and the welcome drink voucher we used at the rooftop bar, which had a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would be happy to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Saigon Centre and truly enjoyed our overall experience. A very special mention to Kha, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He was incredibly attentive, warm, and consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He quickly became our favourite staff member and made a genuine difference to our experience. Thank you to the entire team , we would happily stay again and recommend this hotel to others

We liked the overall experience at the hotel, but were disappointed at the cleanliness of the room. Dust in all the corners, what looked like black mold in the bathroom and hairspray buildup on the mirror and wall in bathroom.the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Kha in the breakfast room.
