Been staying regularly for a couple of years now. Good value, but the rooms do show some wear & tear.

the stay was really great, the room was clean, comfortable. One flaw would be the water pressure was quite low.

The room is spacious as I get a free upgrade with my Accor Gold member. Room is clean and house keeping is professional. Only thing is the room service hour is limited. If remember correctly, the room service only start 11 am or 12 am until 10 pm. some hotels I stay are 24 hours or at least until 12am.

I stayed with Novotel for 42 days on business. I usually stay at this location and enjoy the spaciousness of the suite. This is true but there are a few aspects I could not overlook on this visit: 1. The smell from the plumbing was frequent and hard to ignore. It made the room very unpleasant. 2. The WiFi was unreliable and cut out frequently interrupting my business calls causing major inconvenience. 3. Other frustrations: broken Keurig machine making me waste several k-cups trying to get it to work & WiFi impact on my ability to watch television cutting out multiple times.
