We had come on vacation and stayed in this Hotel. The staff was very courteous st the check in and they upgraded us to deluxe category. The rooms are very clean and having a laundry in the premises for self use is a great thing. The only issue I had was that the they say there is a vegetarian menu for breakfast and there isn't anything vegetarian in the spread and if you ask for the same they charge you extra. I am am accor member and stayed at Grand Mercure Danang before coming here there they gave me a separate menu and did not charge as I had paid for the breakfast already.

Nice rooms, quiet, clean, staff is very cooperative and polite. Only needs more vegetarian items in breakfast and menu for lunch, dinner and room service.

Quick check in, welcome drink, and great service. I love the mini apartments, spacious and they have everything. They even have a kitchen, we did not cook, but you can.
