Great customer service at the hotel for my 5 week stay. The gym and washing facilities make the stay a little easier - some customers appear to leave washing in machines, or move washing if it stays too long, so be mindful to go back frequently. Otherwise a great stay with a good room, and great staff.

I enjoyed my stay at Novotel Living South in the fastly developing Disrict 7 area. The gym is excellent but a little warm for working out. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The price is right for the quality.

Attentive staff and great service by concierge and housekeeping staff. Room was comfortable. A few minor points: -As this was a 6 week stay but I was required to come back to pay a deposit every couple of weeks. There should be a more seamless process when it comes to longer stays with respect to the deposit. - housekeeping staff when cleaning the room would occasionally miss hair that would accumulate under the bathroom vanity. - food at the Food Exchange restaurant for à la carte service was okay but underwhelming, especially when the surrounding restaurants in the area serve great and tasty food.

This was our second time staying at the hotel and it always feels too short. The front staff gave our kids the Novotel turtles which they love so much. The location is great as it's next to a convenience store and we can walk to find many food options nearby.
