Everything is ok except club benefits which is unclear. Needs to have club menu.

Car park keeper not friendly

Good day, All the benefit of the hotel are good as they are follow 5 star hotel standard; however the person who at the gate of car park is not helpful. When I showed the free parking ticket which given from the receptionist, the man said this is not enough, I was informed this case by the receptionist so I told him the receptionist asked him to contact her for this issue . The man said this is not his responsibility and asked me leave the car there and back to the reception to collect more free parking ticket. This is not good behavioural for customer sastification from the 5 star hotel service.

I stayed sofitel saigon witg my family for weekend. Room facility and condition is very clean and excellent comparing with same level of suits in other 5 star hotels at saigon. Service and food for welcome fruit, breakfast, pool bar dining were also great. I will stay here again in a near future for sure.

Check in and check out processings are fast. Hotel receptionists are helpful and friendly. Bed is nice and comfy. Especially Ms Kate at Front desk was super kind and helpful. Thu Xuan and Phong at Restaurant have done a fantastic customer service.

Overall the stay was near perfect except for the food in the restaurant. Due to Covid-19, totally valid that the hotel has only one restaurant open, however the choice of dinner menu is constrained and of poor taste quality.

All staff members were pro and nice. The team in le 17 Bistro were excellent. Thank Venu, Cuong, Nhi and other male staff i didnt remember the name. Changing the menu and pricing in the Covid was the smart strategy as i suffered from bad food albeit high price provided by other Accor Hotel in the country in the absence of head chefs. Love to stay again and organize some other parties here soon.

Maybe because of covid, but the food coming out of the kitchen is very poor and old. The cheesecake was off and could potentially make people sick.

Sofitel is always one of my favs in Saigon, when I see the Indulge Package I know it's the time to stay again! Especially in the covid period but here in HCM is safe, I know I can visit my friend Mr Khanh and other staffs and give some supports! Above expectation as always, We had a cozy stay and had been taking care so much. Le 17 is awesome and I will be back again! Pls contact me if Indulge Package available in Aug, would like to book for another stay and dine at Le 17 ;)

I love everything in this hotel, especially the controller board near the bed. But what you really need to develop is bidet sprayer. I know this hotel was designed according to Western Style but this is very essential in Vietnam
