The hotel is as one would expect from Sofitel group. The room was comfortable. The lounge experience was good, although the canapes selection was minimal. Breakfast in the restaurant was exceptional, with choice and variety.

Stayed one night in transit and arrived in the evening. Check-in took place in the Club Millesime around 5 p.m., where the team was attentive and efficient. I was upgraded one category to a Luxury Club room, which was a nice gesture and very much appreciated. Dinner at the L17 Bistro was excellent. I used the Explorer discount and the welcome drink was a well-made cocktail. The food and conversation both stood out to me, I had a very nice conversation with the staff. The room was comfortable and clean, with thoughtful details and a good layout. The outside view was quite average, but everything inside the room made up for it. Since I was leaving early the next morning, the team provided a breakfast box at checkout, which was very helpful. Overall, it was a short but polished stay. The service was gracious from start to finish, and I left with the impression of a hotel that genuinely takes care of its guests. I look forward to returning for a longer visit to visit Saigon and sample all the hotel restaurants.

Lovely hotel well situated for touring Saigon. Fantastic restaurants and very friendly staff. Comfortable beds and very nice shower. Our first day, 1 of 3 elevators was not working, which had a surprisingly large impact on wait times. It was repaired by our second day and everything flowed smoothly.
