We really enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Saigon Plaza. The hotel was comfortable, well located and a great place to come back to after a busy day exploring Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything felt polished without being overly formal. One of the most underrated parts of the hotel was the rooftop pool. It was surprisingly quiet whenever we used it, despite having great views over the city, and there’s a bar right beside the pool for drinks while you relax. After the heat and bustle of Saigon, it was a fantastic place to unwind and ended up being one of our favourite parts of the stay. Would happily stay here again.

Sofitel Saigon Plaza is my favorite hotel in Vietnam. The staff are helpful and well-trained. The executive club upstairs is especially good for advice and answering questions about getting around in Vietnam. Special shout out to Chanel for her help!

We would like to specially commend Chanel from the club lounge that brought our stay to the next level. She served us both times in the club lounge, was very personable, attentive and thoughtful. She remembered what drinks we liked and made slight customisations to suit our tastes. She also shared more about Vietnamese culture and answered questions we had about travelling in Vietnam. She recommended another Accor property in Dalat that we hope to check out next. Overall she was a great ambassador for your brand and should be appreciated accordingly.

A great hotel with fantastic attention to detail, from breakfast through to dinner. The staff at Level 18 Club Millésime were exceptional, and Swan and the bar staff at the ground-floor bar were also fantastic. Their enthusiasm, friendly service and great conversation made our stay even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the pool bar staff let the experience down a little, and the drinks were not up to the standard we expected. However, the wonderful service and hospitality from the ground-floor bar team more than made up for it. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding service and attention to detail. We would happily return.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The location was ok, but a bit of a walk to get to the various shopping and nightlife centres. My only negatives were that the hotel and room, while very clean, were a bit tired and looked to be in need of a refresh. The other negative was that despite having the room air-conditioning set to its coldest level, it struggled to reach a temperature other than cool, which was good for daytime, but not cold enough to sleep comfortably at night.

Accor platinum member: welcome drink, early and late check outs, welcome amenity (every generous0, and discounts on food and drinks at the pool and the amazing michelin restaurant. We had a junior suite with very early check in and late check out the next day as a quick stop over heading home to Australia from Europe. The suite was spacious and comfortable with a comfortable balcony to sit and watch the amazing ho chi minh night skyline. Dinner at Soto25 was incredible. We had time by the pool both days, and treater ourselves to massages at the spa. A fabulous and so affordable way to end a holiday. #magnifique

I had a very comfortable stay and truly enjoyed the hospitality here. Special thanks to the teams at Club Millésime, ST25 by KOTO, Le 17 Bistro, and housekeeping for their exceptional care, as well as the concierge for helping mail my postcards. As minor feedback, this was a birthday getaway; while I did not purchase a celebration package (and tend to feel awkward with grand gestures), a subtle birthday acknowledgment might have been appreciated. Also, the bathtub was a bit narrow, and water occasionally leaked through the glass door gap. Overall, these did not affect our great experience. Thank you very much to club agents, the front desk, housekeeping, lobby concierge, and restaurant staff for making our stay so enjoyable!
