The staff called me before my arrival made me feel quite pissed and uncomfortable: + Phone call (personal one) at 9:00 pm (seriously ?!) + i didnt feel any kind of previleges as an ACCOR PLATINUM MEMBER while he insisted me to check in at 2pm repeatedly without asking me my arriving time, or benefits of a Platinum member and offered me the late c/o at 4pm even tho i didnt need that. + While i asked for the Suite night reward upgrade and how to book that, he said yes and will help me to process it on the day i come... turned out he didnt reply me back or anykind of notice about that. (HOTEL TRAINED THE STAFF IGNORED GUEST REQUESTS OR SO?!) + He asked my arriving time carefully and when i came to the hotel (45minutes later than the time i told him but i gotta wait and stand there more than 15 minutes to get the room) + The staff checked me in showed a very judging, cold and unfriendly look. I didnt feel any welcoming or so as aPlatinum. And the checking process is super slow, inefficient and unprofessional. He didnt tell me which room i got upgraded or not, just saying: price, night, sign...?!?!? I got into the room and no amenities setup?? So i went out for lunch about 1 hour and came back the hotel trying to sleep and the staff keep knocking to set up amenties and stuff twice?!? I dont even know how the hotel treat their loyal guess like that. So disappointed!

The high-class vibe was delivered by their modest but professional ambassadors who love to step out of their places to approach me and my family to ensure our short dream stay. We were also greeted by Mr. Olivier who interrupted his own busy works just to come and check if our stay was as wished. The Sofitel team is undoubtedly marked in my top 2 best Accor hotels within my 50 stays in last 4 months. Kate, Eban, Dinh, Thong, Hien, Doan, Tri, Ngoc were endlessly contacting/emailing us and were obviriously outdoing our special requests & expectation. Cuong, Tinh, Duy, Nhat, Lung, Tan, Nhi, Q., That, Huynh, Van Anh, Phong of Le 17 were working very hard to perfectly organize various dinner gatherings we hastily requested in last minutes. Phuc and Thuy (pool bar) were great. Hung, Huong and Ngan of HK maintained the perfectly clean room which was important during this Covid time. Thank Cuong (Conciege) for all the handling.

1.Service Extremely happy with the team here. Warm welcome, fast check-in. 2. Room Was upgraded to Luxury room. The room is modern, elegant but the space is small. 3. ALL benefits Ad a Gold accor plus member, we got welcome drinks voucher (tea, wine, coffee...). Welcome amenity was some small dessert that delicious. Was surprised we got another amenity after dinner, they was Christmas macaroons, absolutely happy. 4. Food The seafood buffet was amazing. We enjoyed King crab, lobster,...The breakfast was good too. Before check out we had lunch here also. The set menu was tasty. 5. Bad Wheelchair accessible from outside the hotel to inside was locked. My friend was supported by the team to go inside the hotel. Not sure why the hotel locked that way. After all, we did enjoy alot at Sofitel Saigon. For sure we will come back.

I got powered out around 3-4 hours after M. check in. The staff tried to fix but the toilet and multi port power outlets were not fixed. I have to took shower in dark and hardly can charge phones and laptops for business. Therefore, for 13 hours of staying, i would say lack of power and this annoyed me so much.

sofitel is one of my beloved saigon experiences that everytime I walk in feel like home, from the doormen help me with luggage, and security checks my temperature carefully. then here see the kind and warm FO team. this time Daniel helped me with the booking and arranged a very good room for my stay. no matter it's CI or CO sofitel team is always more than efficient never let guests waiting too long. Le17 one of my fav comfort places for food in hcm, here I have the whole team treats me like friend, not to mention Thomas, Mr Tien and Chef Cuong. in the center of Saigon with such a great hospitality and wonderful services, to many attractions only walking distance, strongly recommend Sofitel Saigon for your stay in hcm!

This is our second time stay at your hotel. The service from your team was very good as usual, especially the assistant FO manager always greeted us and made sure our stay was comfortable whenever he saw us at the lobby. According to the lounge access, we actually expected to enjoy various choices of food like our last stay as we booked suit room, however, this time we can only choose one dish from a la cart menu. We stayed 3 nights at your hotel, we thought the breakfast was only those limited choices on buffet with choice of eggs and drink which could order from staffs, however, we were informed that actually we still can order from the breakfast a la cart menu on our departure day (last breakfast). Overall our stay was still very good. All the staffs were very helpful, and we definitely will return to your hotel again for our next visit.

Under covid weather, our little family cant travel much so we decided to stay @ Sofitel Saigon for our staycation. We were surprised with the kid amenities package that my daughter loved it TOO MUCH! Breakfast was also amazing as well! Excellent in business as usual!

We had a fantastic time at the new remodeled Presidential Suite with its multiple balconies, spacious rooms, and modern, contemporary design. I was also super impressed with environmentally-friendly beWater canned water that replaced the standard plastic-bottled water. The pool was also fantastic with its expansive views of downtown and delicious Winking Seal Beer Co. craft beers! Who really stole the show was was staff, especially Mario, Kate, and Yen.

Always need Sofitel Vaccine to prevent the 2020 itchy feet. Covid compromised with hotel service everywhere but not with the professional level. Luckily, Olivier had refined his team to retain best of the best. Each of my stay was lured by endless surprise thanks for hard working jobs from Eban and his FO team (Hien, Chan Phong, Dinh). Le 17 Bistro appeared more popular now. However, i still received VIP treatment from every single excellent staff member from breakfast to booze. I and my family were perfectly taken care by Duy, Tinh, Tan, Nhat, Nhi, Q., That, Huynh and Anh. Y Dieu & Le Thoa were the best HK ive ever seen. I suggest all loyal members that if you wish to live in your kingdom for one day without any single hiccups, you can book the room and simply ring Ms Kate (a lovely watchwomen) for a carefree stay.
