Ban quản lý khách sạn đã đưa phương án cải tạo, phủ lại bề mặt sàn hầm vào kế hoạch bảo trì trọng điểm sẽ sớm hoàn thành, đồng thời tăng cường tần suất vệ sinh sảnh hầm và thang máy ngay lập tức. Hệ thống Lập trình Thang máy: Cảm ơn quý khách đã mô tả rất chi tiết về bất cập trong chu trình dừng/mở cửa của thang máy giữa tầng B và tầng G. Tôi đã chuyển ngay thông tin kĩ thuật này cho đơn vị bảo trì thang máy để điều chỉnh lại thuật toán gọi tầng, giúp tối ưu hóa thời gian di chuyển và chờ đợi của khách hàng. Không gian Phòng corner & Kết nối Wi-Fi: Về cảm giác bí bách tại các phòng góc phía trước, chúng tôi đã cho kiểm tra lại hệ thống lưu thông khí HVAC tại các hạng phòng này. Bên cạnh đó, bộ phận IT cũng đang rà soát lại hạ tầng Wi-Fi tại khu vực phòng của quý khách để cải thiện tốc độ và độ ổn định của đường truyền.
