We have been the first time in this hotel and we had a great time there. The rooms are nicely designed and clean. We had a wonderfull view to the sea. Breakfast was very good. The pool is very nice. Staff was nice and helpfull, but the English knowledge is improvable.

During my stay, it was my birthday. I appreciated they surprised me and left a lovely cakes and greetings card in my room. The cleanliness of the toilets at the G floor and pool area was spectacular thanks to the frequent service. However, during my stay in the executive room, the housekeeping service did not meet the same standard. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, with dust accumulating in the corners, dirty walls, and even insects (not bedbugs) present. The housekeeper often spent time in the room on her phone rather than cleaning properly. Deep cleaning of every corner should be done every 3-6 months, but it was clearly lacking. Toiletries were only provided twice during my two-week stay, and that was after I specifically requested them. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance did not meet the expected standard for an executive room. The staff were helpful, upon my request, the toilet door at the G floor was fixed immidiately even though the issue caused an small injury to my finger which had to be covered with a first-aid band provided by the staff.
