The hotel corresponds to the chain. Breakfasts are excellent. But there is a big but. Huge reconstruction of the pool and spa area. It is hot outside, there is no place to cool off. The hotel simply forgot to inform about this both when booking and when checking in. There is a transfer to the beach. But there is also reconstruction there.

Hotel is clean and look modern with elevators designed as in a spaceship. But the toilet smells may spread over the room because of lacking of vent hood in the toilet room. Breakfast buffet menu is quite bad comparing to other 5-star hotels. The receptionist Quyen is nice and helpful.

At 11th floor I met the guy named Mr Tung waiter who gave me an excellent service. The room was very nice. The 11th floor restaurant had amazing view and the food and best service from Mr Tung waiter. Thank you all for wonderful 2 days stay. Thank you Mr Tung a lots

Hi Team, Thank you for the pleasant stay at Pullman Vung Tau. I enjoyed the experience, however there are a few areas where I believe they can be improved. The room has all the amenities I need, but it was quite dusty. The carpet in my room was badly stained. I understand the swimming pool was under renovation and I was informed about this upon arrival. It was professional of Pullman Vung Tau to offer complimentary afternoon tea. However, we tried to use the sauna twice during our stay but were unsuccessful. There were no staff in the sauna/spa area to assist with access. I have been promised by the receptionist that the sauna is available for use. I was disappointed. During our stay, beach access was limited due to construction of Bai Sau. I was aware of this, but I did not know how limited the access was. I wished that the hotel staff could have better informed us of the condition of the beach access for us to decide whether to go to the beach or not. I travelled with my elderly parents, both in their 70s. My dad suffers from bad osteoarthritis and walking is not easy for him. When we arrived at the beach by taking the hotel shuttle van, we were unhappy to see that the beach access was very limited. There were no beach chairs around. There were only construction workers around. The noise and dust from the construction were unpleasant. We could not stay at the beach for even minutes. We called the hotel and waited for the shuttle van to take us back to the hotel. It was a waste of time. We would not go to the beach if we were better informed. The hotel staff was polite and hostile. Thank you. Giai Nghi L.
