Returned here for a 6 day relax after a pleasant, good value stay in 2024 and the hotel (room, facilities, services, and staff) once again did not disappoint. The swimming pool had been re-tiled, the executive lounge open hours had been extended (finger food buffet and cocktails still served for 2 hours but lounge remains open for a few hours thereafter for non-alcoholic refreshments and the view out to the beach. Small fitness centre isn’t state of the art but has well maintained equipment if somewhat under spec, for the high ceilinged room, aircon so make sure it is set to lowest temp a few hours before use and even then the provided hand towels and water cooler definitely come in handy for visitors from temperate climates. The nearby beach promenade has now been completely upgraded by the local authorities and is no longer the stretch of rubble is was for the last few years as the old buildings were being demolished so the hotel is within very easy walking distance of a good beach with easy access. A massive Light and Water structure/sculpture/fountain sits at the beach promenade intersection approx 400m down from the hotel drawing crowds of locals in the evenings when a light & water show takes place (partially visible from hotel sea view rooms and exec lounge). A reasonably priced Day Package is available at the hotel for transfer, a refreshment and hire of beach chair and umbrella. As the hotel’s own Spa is currently not operational we enjoyed reasonably priced massages at a clean, professional establishment nearby (250m down street towards beach). Evening dining amongst the locals, including fresh seafood, is on the other side of the street traditional Vietnam open “foodhall” style. Lotte Mart for all your needs (and Western style fast food court) is within a stone’s throw distance. Back to the hotel - as mentioned, all staff we met worked hard to make our stay a very pleasant one but a special Thank You goes to Housekeeping - our room was always meticulously cleaned daily (sometimes twice) and the public areas of the hotel were also well looked after. We hope to return. Note: We are Accor Live Limitless members (free) with Accor+ Explorer membership paid for add on and therefore have access to Red Hot Room rates as well as complimentary room upgrade (where available), breakfasts and Executive Lounge access due to the frequency of our stays at Accor brand properties. These memberships are available to anyone. We do not have any financial interests in the ACCOR Group or any of its member hotels.

Overall, we do acknowledge that this stay was pretty short and we are not really “target customer” as the rate we book was normal. However, the Duty Manager Team were amazing that they can assist us on arranging our special day during this stay. But there were few things should be considered, when I tried to reach out to Reservation Team, I know my request was last minutes, however, I tried to make it easy by informing the reservation number, she asked me several time to repeat and pronounce it in Vietnamese and then she unable to search the booking and I have to transfer the call back to front desk. Ms Thuy Tran DM was nice and well arranged everything for us. When we arrived at counter, one Front Desk Agent was avoiding Check In us and pass to another person by saying :”I’m busy, check in this guest for me” in Vietnamese and loud enough that we can here. But we are lucky enough that the person checked in for us after that was pretty nice, at least better than the person declining us. All in all, the stay was good enough except two minus that both of them should be slow down and try not to be rush or at least they can “act” not let the guest know that they are avoiding doing the job.
