Disappointed as a regular guest who stays for work that you could not accommodate a change in dates (my error) which meant i had to cancel and rebook. Due to first booking being with expedia you said you could not accommodate change of date (just moving it to following day). Expedia did respond said hotel failed to respond to them to give them permission to amend the booking. Hotel failed respond to my many messages via expedia and failed to respond to my email direct to hotel. When i eventually managed to speak to someone at the hotel my request was refused and i was just advised to book dorwct in fiture and not via a booking site. This meant that in effect I paid you twice for my stay on the 10th March. I have to book again at the end of March for work but may well now lool for another hotel.

Great convenient stay, restaurant expensive for ok food. Bar also expensive, wine overpriced according to online advice (10 over expected estimates) and not well stocked. Staff pleasant.
