This room was extremely nice, comfortable, well-equipped, and maintained, especially considering its very reasonable price and good location in Liverpool. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was welcoming and lively. The one minor issue was I got charged on arrival in spite of paying online, but this was sorted out immediately when I checked out and asked about it. The room was really really lovely and if I ever return to Liverpool I am absolutely coming back to this hotel. And we had a great view!

Sadly no heating in room rang reception 3 times and went down 2 times to speak to reception, after 1 hour we had freezing cold air being blown through the heaters I had to go down and ask to be moved rooms, husband is recovering from eye cancer and can’t be cold, manager then moved us to warmer room and said yes I was right big fault with heating in my room and draughty windows!! Not happy as I have stayed 9 nights at this hotel as husband was in Liverpool hospital receiving treatment.
