Great, central location (didn't need our car all weekend). Rooms are not huge, but more than adequate. Good breakfast buffet.

It was a great overnight stay on perfect location in the center but good quiet rest at night. The room and the facilities were very good. I only Missed an iron in a room. But that is a little extra.

Perfect spot to explore Metz

We explore France and stayed in 9 Accor chain hotels last month. It is the only one with the cheapie attitude to offer just 1 welcome drink, only to me as Gold customer and not my to my wife for a DOUBLE paid room. The smiley and very polite lady at check-in explained that “this is the policy”. IF true then either something is wrong with your policy OR the other hotels of the chain are not cheapies and ignore the rules. Appart from that, everything else was great! Excellent instructions on where to park and how to reach the hotel in the pedestrians only area. Seriously… just read carefully their email… very analytical… even which spot to choose when you are inside the garage. Excellent room, super comfy mattress, branded bathing products by Nuxe. Breakfast was also cheapie … not the expected variety and quantities, rather boiled bacon instead of crispy, no omelettes, no freshly squeezed orange juice (as in the less rated Ibis), but the outdoor setting under the glass ceiling provided great ambiance. Extremely slow and small elevator which cannot accommodate so many customers. Huge queue for check out, therefore I strongly suggest to settle everything upon arrival and drop your keys in the glass jar.

Likewise, we note the fact that we should diversify the breakfast offering despite the glass roof having seduced you. Concerning our elevator, the nature of our historic building dating from the 18th century does not allow its expansion. Finally, our goal is always to offer you the best possible quality of service.
