So convenient to all the beautiful and yummy places. Metz is greener and friendlier than we expected. The hotel is okay and the employees make a strong effort to welcome you and be helpful. The air con worked perfectly without being noisy. Skip the breakfast with mushy scrambled eggs when there are great places so close by. There are plugs near the bed but a stool that sloped down and is slippery as a night table meant that there wasn’t any space for my iPad, etc., especially when there is a large telephone on it as well. The cleaner came around at 2:30 p.m. when we wanted to rest. The tiny roll of extra toilet paper was another inconvenience. But we would come again because the hotel satisfied all our other expectations.

Perfect hotel for our short stay in Metz.Slight issue with check in which was partially my fault, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was lovely apart from the side tables which are curved so couldn’t place a glass on etc incase it fell off. Breakfast was lovely.

All parts of the stay were very pleasant. The only remark I would have is that the day we checked in there was a nice event in the city center. It would have been nice if we got a flyer from this event, because at the end of it we saw that it was available but we didn't know of it, so we didn't know the route to walk and see the full show.
