Lovely hotel, awesome staff. I would rate it higher, but constantly heard/felt loud thumps/sounds from guests, staff just walking in hallway, room above, etc. Just part of the building, but I couldn't get enough rest from that.

The only pain point is the "bar" area, too close to the door : very cold for a breakfast during exit / entrance of customers
