I absolutely loved the way that we were welcomed at reception. The person on duty was lovely, caring and made all his customers feel very special. I never had such a treatment in any hôtel of this level, and quite franckly, didn't expect such a level of attention to detail elsewhere than a luxury hotel. Please keep that man with you, he's a gem.

We stayed here for two nights, arriving by train. The hotel was situated literally 2 minute walk from the station and the check in process was nice and simple, the receptionist being very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. The city centre is within walking distance of the hotel. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a king size bed and large bathroom. The breakfast provided was a good range and they catered for my partner who is gluten free. Upon check out we were allowed to store our luggage.
