Nous sommes désolés d\'apprendre que la chambre 244 n’a pas répondu à vos attentes et que vous avez trouvé certains éléments de la chambre vieillissants. Nous comprenons parfaitement votre déception et nous vous présentons nos excuses pour ces désagréments. Sachez que nous avons bien pris note de vos remarques concernant la porte, la robinetterie, les toilettes et le mobilier. Nous avons d’ores et déjà prévu des travaux de rénovation prochainement pour améliorer le confort et la qualité des chambres avec le standing que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients. Please accept our sincere apologies for the discomfort caused by the heating system and the inconvenience of receiving a wet towel. We understand how important a good night\'s rest is, and we will certainly look into the thermostat issue to ensure it is working properly.
