only minutes from city centre with easy acces to parking. We booked an Executive room for quietness. The promise was totally respected. Only negative comment, the shower floor is rather slippery

We stayed here for two nights in September. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful with a good command of English. We found the car parking arrangements a little confusing as there was a public entrance to the car park as well as a hotel entrance and we used the public one at first so then moved it and went through the hotel one instead - only to find it was the same car park! The hotel offer a discount off the public rate. We didn't dine at the hotel but the breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food. The hotel is very well located for the centre of Metz and all its amenities and sights.

Good location but very old facility

Perfect location, very good breakfast, friendly staff. But the room is old, haven’t been renovated for a long time, no tasteful decoration. The kettle in the room is falling apart and the toilet paper is cheap quality for a 4 star hotel. The corridor looks not nice either. The price is high for what is offered.
