We are sorry that the condition of the family room and the toilet did not fully meet your expectations. Your comments have been noted and shared with the relevant teams. Regarding the playground, we would like to clarify that this area does not belong to the hotel. It is a public area managed by the shopping centre's security team, and unfortunately its opening hours and access are therefore outside our control. We are sorry that your children were unable to continue playing there after 7pm. Our swimming pool, on the other hand, is part of the hotel and is indeed accessible to our staying guests until 10pm. Stopped over for 1 night on drive to Germany. Family room was tired / in need of refurb and toilet didn’t flush properly. One side of the hotel opened into a grotty shopping centre with the playground - the kids were told by a man who said he was security that they couldn’t use it as it was after 7pm - but people were in the swimming pool til 10pm. Nice outdoor swimming pool and good breakfast. Easy walk into the town.

Everything was fine apart from the drunk teenagers shouting and fighting in the square outside at 5am which woke me up

A well-located hotel for a visit to Metz city centre. However, the hotel is a bit run down. The rented superior room is small and boring, the water in the bathroom stank of rotten eggs. The price level of the hotel is too high compared to the standard of the rooms

Staff at the reception not friendly at all. Not a good information regarding the hotel possibility. Room very old and poor quality. The shower with low pressure. The bed wasn't done correctly. House keeping entering in the room before the check out without notice. Hotel offering swimming pool, but doesn't provide bathrobe to access to it (we need to cross the hotel / reception/ bar before reaching the swimming pool) We have selected to have a 4 star hotel with Accor to enjoy the experience but it was completely the opposite. Only the price let's notice of the 4 star hotel.

Easy to locate and good facilities. Great location near the cathedral where we stumbled across the spectacular light show. Room was a bit hot and noisy with the window open. Beds comfy. Restaurant disappointing and we appear to have been overcharged for the two course meal as the courses were charged separately. My drink was watery. Breakfast was plentiful.

Check-in efficient, but not a warm welcome. Hotel is in a great central location. Car park very handy. Rooms large and clean, but a bit tired. Really lovely pool area, and great facility. Nice bar area. Nothing to buy like.

Good Location and good sized room, friendly staff although it took quite a while to get served at the bar and the price of a beer was eye watering.
