Each time we come to Metz we stay here. Location is great. Plenty of parking. Pet friendly. Comfy beds. Helpful staff.

Stayed in Mercure many times but this was disappointing. Poor selection of fruit for breakfast. Fruit salad arrived as we were leaving. No seeds, no dried fruit. No cold water. Quite tricky to time boiled eggs or to fry in little pans. Only white bread. No wholemeal, complet, no brown nor farmhouse. Water dispenser on our floor, second floor, not working throughout our stay. Bit of a disaster really!!
