The staff are good - particularly David. If the review was about the staff, then David would get my vote. I would like hotels to be a little clearer on what is on offer in their hotels. As we were on a road trip parking was an essential element when I was booking hotels. Parking is available but you can’t reserve doesn’t really do it for me. Breakfast was good - plenty of choice. The restaurant was ok but closed on Sundays. The hotel was fine and the beds and pillows were comfortable.

Room OK, though bathroom à bit squashy. Good food at the restaurant in the evening. Breakfast self service can lack of food if you take it after the departure of 2 or 3 tourist busses.

This hotel is located in a great location to the town centre but in quiet area. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout out stay, always willing to help and provide assistance if required. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well located, in a quiet area but within walking distance from all main attraction points. Breakfast was very GOOD though I missed vegetables. Room was clean and staff very friendly.

Well located but rooms were very old fashioned.

No power sockets near the bed, only 2 in the very end corner of the room. The power socket in the bathroom wasn’t working. Bathroom was very small and old fashioned. Shower head was dirty. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Also only one very slow EV charger.
