This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. This incident occurred in October 2020. We arrived late at night and got our rooms (numbers and codes) When we went to our rooms it smelled like someone was smoking weed. We had booked three rooms for the night. One could not open with the code we got, one could not lock the door and one was already occupied. I went to the front desk to get it sorted out, but the person who checked us in had left for the night. So without ever having used the rooms we left the ‘hotel’. I wrote a complaint and asked for our money back. It was a matter of €120. It took 20 mails over a period of 2 years before I finally got a refund.

Friendly staff, easy check in

Great to have an easy-to-access hotel. Unfortunately one of the rooms had intense smoke (cigarettes) smell.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent booking experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was disheartened to find an unattended reception, and the surroundings were unkempt and had an unpleasant odor. I have documented these issues with photos, which I'm prepared to share with you. Consequently, I made the decision to leave, cancel the reservation at hotelF1 Metz Centre Devant les Ponts and made a reservation at Novotel Suites Luxembourg instead.
