WE enjoyed our stay at La Citadelle, Metz , appreciating the secure parking, the professional service from courteous staff , the good food, the size of the rooms and the extremely effective black out curtains. For example we thought a light may not be working and a member of staff went immediately to address the matter. Child's garments left behind were despatched to us and arrived at our address in the UK four days later . Not as appreciated were the dog bowls , sparklingly clean but unnecessary and a separate toilet without a washbasin.

The hotel is super nice, well located with a parking. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. There was also a nice art exhibition in the hotel.

Hotel was booked for parking facility and for comfort. Staff were curious and mostly helpful but little niggles with our stay

Your comfort is a priority, and your comments have been taken into account. We have replaced the kettle in the room and reviewed our housekeeping procedures to ensure the availability of shower gel and bath mats. We apologize for this inconvenience. Regarding the rooms, ours are indeed adapted to the requests of our guests, who often request spacious rooms with two single beds. Regarding the restaurant, we were actually in between two exhibition and every two month we have one day of transition.
