I stayed for 8 nights to avoid fireworks in Amsterdam, room perfect, bathroom, a dream, service of hotel staff perfect, very high standard. Sorry to say that the (Michelin star) restaurant took the overall level down. Some really unfriendly staff, more people then room. Me and dog were not welcome, no problem with that, but room service was poor or not available at all. If All Accor want to raise their standard with a restaurant, pick another one. So that’s what I hope for when I book for next time. Cause… hotel and let’s not forget location, are perfect!

Hotel desk personnel were very friendly and helpful with checking our bags early and providing a useful city map. The room was long and dark but had lots of windows that would've been more valuable in the summer. A bit of light noise from the street in the morning but our room was right on the road so not unexpected.
