Cher Monsieur R., Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes ravis que l'emplacement, la ville et la qualité de la nourriture aient répondu à vos attentes. Cependant, nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que le service au restaurant n'était pas à la hauteur et que le petit-déjeuner n'a pas satisfait vos attentes. Soyez assuré que nous prenons ces retours très au sérieux, car nous visons à offrir un service de haute qualité à nos Clients. Vos observations seront partagées avec notre équipe afin d'améliorer notre prestation. Je me permets cependant de préciser que les saucisses du petits déjeuner sont réalisées apr un artisan charcutier local et que els efforts portés sur la sélection des prestations sur le buffet petit déjeuner comme sur la restauration ua global sont sourcées pour être local, de saison et de bonne qualité. Nous vous remercions encore pour vos commentaires et espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau au La Citadelle Hotel Metz - MGallery Collection.

Dear Mr. C., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Unfortunately, during your visit, France was affected by an exceptional heatwave, with a red weather alert in place and outdoor temperatures exceeding 40°C (104°F). Our team closely monitors the proper operation of our air conditioning system, and it was functioning correctly. However, during such extreme weather conditions, the room temperature may occasionally rise slightly above our target of 24°C. This target temperature follows the French government's energy recommendations and is also part of our commitment as a Green Key certified hotel. Even under these exceptional circumstances, the system maintained a significant temperature difference compared with the outside conditions, but we fully understand that it was still not comfortable enough for you, and we are truly sorry. We would also like to apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the sofa bed. The sofa bed is normally prepared only when a reservation includes a child. As your reservation was made for two guests, our team did not realize that you intended to use it. We understand how frustrating it must have been to discover this late in the evening and then have to return to reception for the bedding. As a gesture of goodwill, we have credited 2,000 ALL – Accor Live Limitless reward points to your loyalty account. We sincerely hope that, despite these exceptional circumstances, you will keep your confidence in La Citadelle Metz and allow us the opportunity to welcome you again under much more pleasant conditions. Dear Madam F., Dear Mrs. F., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and, above all, for your loyalty to La Citadelle Metz over the years. It is precisely because you know our hotel well and visit us regularly that your comments are particularly important to us. First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning air conditioning system in your room. While our team initially believed the issue was related to the hotel's temperature settings, it was subsequently confirmed by our maintenance department that the ventilation and air conditioning system was indeed not functioning properly. We regret the discomfort this caused and thank you for your patience while the issue was resolved. Regarding our housekeeping policy, we would like to clarify that our stayover cleaning procedure is part of our environmental commitment and Green Key certification. Room servicing is available upon request and is communicated during check-in. This initiative is intended to reduce unnecessary water and energy consumption rather than diminish the quality of service provided to our guests. Nevertheless, we understand that this approach may not meet every guest's expectations, and we appreciate your candid feedback on the matter. We are also sorry to learn that your dining experience did not live up to your previous visits. Your comments regarding both the wine selection and the quality of the food have been shared with our restaurant management team for review. What concerns us most is your feeling that the overall level of customer service has declined. This is certainly not the experience we wish to provide, especially to returning guests such as yourself.
