We had a great stay for one night in Metz. The hotelroom was amazing as was the breakfast in the morning. The personell was very friendly and we were lucky enough to have a parking space directly in front. We can fully recommend this hotel either for visiting Metz and the region and for a stopover when travelling.

Good comfortable rooms in excellent location with limited parking. Breakfast was very good with excellent selection of items and great service. Dinner was very poor, service was slow, unskilled ( couldn’t open bottle of wine) and we had to request things etc wine list, full menu options. This really let down the hotel

The people on reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The staff on reception in particular were extremely good. Room for improvement with regard to the breakfast. Demand for certain items particularly fresh fruit salad outstriped supply sometimes.

I first need to start with the exceptionally warm welcome we received the evening we arrived by Julien, he was friendly, welcoming and professional. The next day, Antoine was nothing short of super helpful when I was panicking because all the restaurants I wanted to go to were booked -- he scored us reservations at a great restaurant just a seven-minute walk from the property, which is by the way super airy and clean. The barmen were also great!
