Everything is excellent including food and service but the bathroom designer has let style soon over safety. Specifically one hook and not near the shower so no use for hanging the towel. Then the bath just dangerous: slippery surfaces, no grab handles, and unbelievably, the soap and shampoo dispensers positioned so high on the wall that everytime you wanted to use them you had to stand up again in the bath with nothing to hold on to!
