Had one night on our way to Austria on a coach trip and one night on the return leg. Whilst the city of Metz in the old town is beautiful, this hotel was like something of a horror storey. Should be demolished.

Lawrence A, We are very surprised by your comment and we wonder whether your stay was actually at our Ibis Metz Centre Gare (red brand). We could not find any reservation under your name, and we have not received any coach trips to Austria at our hotel in the past few weeks or even the past few months. Perhaps you confused our hotel with another one when leaving your comment? If not, we would have liked to know what issues you encountered during your stay to leave such a negative review. Conveniently close to Metz Train Station. Rooms are small but adequate for over night stay and clean. Very friendly staff.
