The hotel is centrally located and that is fine, close to the railway station. The rooms are old and cold. The air-vent in the restroom didn'T. work so there was an issue with steam and condensation. The toiletries need to be updated or refilled to function properly and a proper shower, not a telephone type, would be ideal. I hope there is a renovation plan because everything looks old... worn out old...even the TV has few channels and no international news channels. The staff was all very polite helpful and professional. The biggest problem or what turned the experience sour was that upon our arrival we asked about the breakfast. We asked, in French, if it was included in our "package deal" for the wedding we were to attend. My wife and I asked about it and we were told "Yes it is included in your deal!" However, the next morning wafter we had breakfast and I went to check out the room and the parking I was informed that I had 25 euro extra to pay because of the breakfast. I told the lady at the counter that the previous day she had said it was "Inclus". She responded that maybe she had expressed herself poorly but that it would have been "inclusive" if we had opted for breakfast. It didn'T. make sense because, as I stated before, both ny wife and I perfectly understood that it was "Inclus" I didn'T. want to argue then but I found it very very wrong. I have learned that the next time I will be compelled to asked what is included or not in writting. The bottom line is we were very disappointed about the experience.
