We booked a premium room with balcony , unfortunately we were disappointed: The room is front to 2 parkings , not much things to see , not much light & not much intimity … I would recommand to book a room giving on the back = more light However we enjoyed globally our stay & the night incredible location .

My 3rd times stay in this hotel, overall good experiences, clean room, prime location. Just a little bit disappointed on my recent stay as my requirements was not able to fulfill which I requested for high floor and allocated a room 2nd floor and its a end lot. 😕 But on the other hand I appreciated the front desk staff allowed us for early check in.

I enjoyed my stay overall, but I was disappointed to learn that the pool was closed on Saturday—especially since the notice was a brief slip left on the bed after room cleaning. Had I chosen to decline the room tidy-up service, I wouldn't have received the message at all and would only have discovered the closure from a lobby sign later that day. It would have been helpful to receive this information at check-in or during the booking process, as pool access was an important part of our plans. I hope the hotel will improve its communication regarding facility maintenance so that guests are fully informed in advance.

Good location as it is near both the BTS and MRT systems with plenty of shops around. Facilities were good and housekeeping was very efficient. Only downside is the water pressure in the shower was a little weak on the 7th floor but not a big deal.

I recently stayed at ibis Styles Bangkok Silom and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made me feel valued throughout my stay and contributed greatly to an enjoyable holiday. The hotel is modern, stylish, and exceptionally well maintained. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and housekeeping consistently maintained high standards of cleanliness. The location is one of the hotel's greatest strengths. Situated in the heart of Silom, it offers convenient access to BTS and MRT, newly built shopping centers, restaurants, markets, and many of Bangkok’s key attractions. Whether exploring the city during the day or enjoying the vibrant nightlife in the evening, the hotel served as the perfect base. Despite its central location, the hotel maintained a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, allowing for a restful stay. The facilities were equally impressive. The rooftop pool provided a wonderful place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, offering fantastic views of the Bangkok skyline. The fitness center was reasonably-equipped, clean, and ideal for maintaining a workout routine while traveling. Throughout the property, the attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort were evident. What truly sets ibis Styles Bangkok Silom apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring guests have a memorable experience made a significant difference and elevated my stay beyond expectations.
