We had a good stay at Mercure La Trobe and were overall happy with things. We had a minor issue where housekeeping removed a bag of our food during their service, but staff worked to remedy this as best they could. Also a little disappointed to not get the promised room upgrade due to our ALL Accor Gold status. All in all it was a good experience and very close to the conference we attended which worked well.

We recently stayed at Mercure La Trobe Street with my partner and his son, and we were pleasantly surprised by how good the hotel was, especially considering how affordable it was. The location was really convenient, and the room was comfortable and clean. Another bonus is that Wilson Parking is available right outside the hotel, which made parking really easy and convenient. Mercure is conveniently located near Southern Cross Station, which makes it very easy to get to and from the airport. There is a tram stop just outside the hotel and is within the free tram zone. The hotel itself was very new and all facilities were in good condition. There are meter parking spaces along the street behind it and also a parking lot next to it with special hotel parking rate.
