This hotel room is extremely dirty, and there are blood stains on the bed sheets. "Do not stay here! This place is a total dump. Despite paying $1,000 for the room, the conditions were appalling. There were blood stains on the sheets, and the hot water is a joke—you have to turn on a switch and it only lasts for 5 minutes before turning cold. It’s like racing against time just to take a shower. This is essentially a 'rubbish room' at a premium price. Avoid at all costs!" This hotel is honestly disgusting. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, with hair left behind, and the air conditioner vents are full of dust. Terrible hygiene standard

Perfect location near to Clarke Quay and the MRT. This is a great budget hotel. It was clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and the pool is a welcome addition. Yes the rooms and bathroom are very small, but you have to remember that it's a budget hotel. There are about 8 steps outside up to the door of the hotel. It would be nice if the staff offered to help with luggage if you are on your own.

The staff were either incredibly welcoming (the women) or incredibly difficult, gossiping and stand offish (the men). Like I was told a rule was that visitors can't come upstairs after 10pm, which feels so bizarre as I'd never heard that before and it was only mentioned once to one of my friends who lives in Singapore. Then I'd avoid if you actually want a good night's sleep, as they seem to start cleaning in the middle of the night and early morning, so I was consistently woken up. The gym is also a lie, even the staff acknowledge it is just one treadmill and one other machine.

We arrived early morning after a long flight and headed straight to the hotel. We were able to change and freshen up at the facilities near the pool. We then left our luggage in a safe cupboard and went out to start our exploring. The hotel is in an ideal location within walking distance to many of the attractions of Singapore. We had superior rooms (you get a window)! The rooms were as we expected on the smaller side with a wet room, they were clean and this is all we needed to sleep in. There was a coffee machine and TV in the room. Breakfast was adequate to start the day off and the staff were lovely. We used the pool once after a busy day, it was lovely watching the skyline light up at dusk. Pool towels were available from reception. We would return if we were visiting Singapore again. The location of the stay is very convenient for travel on foot to tourist attractions or the public transport via bus or MRT.
