Ideal overnight stop. Convenient yet quiet location, free secure parking, newly modernised hotel decor, good breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a family room, which gave us extra space.

Light didn’t turn off the night

They put me in the room adapted for disabled people and the receptionist didn't even tell me. I was traveling with a 4-year-old child and because the emergency light did not go out at night, my son had a lot of trouble sleeping. We complained at the reception and asked for a room change, but the employee in question was not at all helpful with the situation. Worst night and worst experience I've ever had in an Accor hotel. Not only did my son sleep badly, but me and my husband too. I understand the hotel is full, but it is a total lack of common sense to put a family with a small child in a room that is with the light on all night.
