L'hotel è nuovo, camere confortevoli, silenziose. Arredato con gusto. Personale gentile che parla perfetto francese e inglese, molto comprensibile. A due passi dalla bellissima piazza Stanislas. Possiede un parcheggio, ma noi abbiamo parcheggiato nell'ampio parcheggio di fronte che, dopo le 18 mi sembra, è gratuito. Assolutamente consigliato

I arrived at the hotel around 4:30 pm, only to be told that the hotel parking is full, and that I had to use the paid public parking. I chose this hotel online as it advertised free parking, otherwise I would not stay there. The room and bathroom are tight. However, the breakfast is good.

Friendly staff, easy quick walk to city centre and soon to be on excellent transport routes. Comfortable bed. Downside was lack of lift to car park in basement and lack of adequate lighting in car park

We stayed for two nights, good experience checking in, staff on reception very helpful. Room clean and well appointed. The hotel has had a refurbishment since we last stayed in 2022. Second day we didn’t need our room cleaned but did ask for towels. Whoever put the towels in the room took out our and removed our spare key. Meaning our plug in Cool box was disconnected and my medication that needs to remain chilled was damaged. Reported to reception. No apologise was given
