we know the hotel and are always pleased to come back

We had a great experience staying at an IBIS in Liverpool, England so was hopeful this would be a similar experience. The staff was nice, but the hotel was definitely on the older side with actual keys that we had to turn in when we went out and the rooms not so wonderful although we were lucky to be able to find a room to fit 4. The internet was so weak upstairs we had to go down to the lobby area to use it and the worst part was that we had to "Febreze" the curtains more than once because of the smoke smell that emanated from them and our daughter is highly allergic to smoke. On the up side, the breakfast that we added to our room was good and substantial.

The main issue for us was that we arrived very early in the morning after a traffic delay but the hotel was easily found and were received a warm welcome.

My staying in this hotel is made so easy by the staff especially the reception people. they make so easy for me because I don't speak any French or English and they always find ways to help me with all patience great so far.

Great hotel. Easy walk or tram ride Romain centre of town. Friendly staff, superb spacious breakfast room and clean & comfortable bedrooms.

I had a Seven day tour in England Luxembourg, France and Germany, and the stay in Nancy I appreciated the most. Impressive City- centre square Place Stanislas, and a very quite and warm city. The hotel was ibis standard, I have nothing to complain about, a good room and a comfortable bed. I loved the French breakfast with the crepes, my favourite desert. And the location was great because was very close to Le Tour de France finish line. Also I want to thank the lady on the reception when I arrived, was very helpful and told me the evening event, the light projection on Stanislas Square, it was awesome.

Hotel was did not even measure up to a Hotel 6 and was not in a good location. Hotel appeared to be unsafe as it is run like a prison. We walked in and left. For 30 euro more the Mercure was 1000x better

Hotel was located at convenient location in city with accessible car park. The staff were very friendly and most helpful in arranging cancellation of other hotel bookings due to illness of one of our group

The hotel is close to the tram system and World Heritage site Place Stanislas with bars and restaurants with free overnight public parking opposite or hotel garage. Bar and OK breakfast. Good room with comfortable bed and usual facilities.

Cheap and a polite ,helpful reception. Rooms at front preferable,those at rear have very dull view. Park over the road cheap and safe Town is not far by foot with a large selection of places to eat. The Italian close to the hotel is good IF open but others forget.

One of the best Ibis hotels that I have stayed in of late. The room was more spacious than the 'budget' version ... for much the same price as budget versions in larger cities. We had a corner room with a great view over the canal. The breakfast downstairs was quite good and the staff were helpful and informative. The underground parking was for me a big bonus ... just make sure your hire car is not too big. Nancy may not be 'ground-zero' for art nouveau ... but it is close and well worth a visit. My only perpetual 'grizzle' with Ibis hotels is the absence of an electric kettle for late night or early morning cups of tea. Could not even have one as an optional extra. I guess my parting impression is of the staff's being helpful and the great location.

We have stayed at this hotel before, it is easy to get to, has private and public parking and is close to Stanislas Square. There are restaurants close by (some closed on Monday!) and in the square. Breakfast a normal Ibis selection although no fritata, good for an ealry get away Generally a god stop over
