A great start to our holiday! The staff were very friendly and welcoming without exception. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway and parking was easy, making it a perfect stopover on our journey. Breakfast was also very good. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We arrived with two families while travelling through, but the rooms were grimy, there was a bad smell, the carpets were dirty, and the bathroom and toilet were clearly not properly cleaned. To make matters worse, we found a cockroach in the room, actually on the bed. We were offered another room and given garbage bags to pack clothes that had been lying on the bed where the cockroach had been. The new room was presented as an “upgrade”, but it was dirty again and certainly no upgrade. On top of that, there was one bed missing. We ended up having to clean the shower ourselves before we could even wash the children. We also contacted the hotel several times after our stay. The manager was supposed to get in touch with us, but a week later we are still waiting and have heard absolutely nothing. The food in the restaurant was also extremely disappointing and of very poor quality. All in all, a very poor experience. The hygiene, condition of the rooms, the inadequate solution offered, and especially the lack of follow-up and communication were completely unacceptable. We would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The rooms looked good and we're spacious. Seperate toilet was nice. The TV was fine too with the possibility to cast your mobile/tablet. Airconditioning worked good too. Sadly the rooms (rented 2 with the family) smelled bad. One room had an obvious dog smell (did even ask for pet free room) and the other smelled like sigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Breakfast was pretty good.

Well located, comfortable stay with family (2 kids), nice swimming pool to relax after some hours of driving, lovely dinner (quality and service were great and sufficient options for kids too), atmosphere in hotel was very relaxed. We also asked for a baby cot, all was good organized in our room.

We were stranded in Nancy after our car broke down. There was an issue at check-in as Trip.com apparently sent in the reservation with 1 triple room instead of 2. The receptionist was very nice and resolved the issue. As highlighted to her, hotel info on Trip.com was wrong eg breakfast timing, dog supplement… She was very understanding of our situation and was very kind about late check-out/stay extension. However, Housekeeping refused to make up our rooms when our stay was extended. I don’t understand why. Service at the restaurant was lukewarm. The waiter had poor product knowledge when asked about a dish. Scrambled eggs at breakfast was not refilled even when asked. Location wasn’t great as there wasn’t much to do. Proximity to a hypermarket was great for getting essentials

Stopped here on our way home and check-in went smooth place is easily reachable from the highway parking free if charge and felt safe. Room was very nice and clean and large. We didn't go to the pool but it looked very nice.

Good overnight stop on our way from Italy to Calais. Easy to get to/from motorway. Nice hotel with good amenities. Comfortable, quiet room made for a good night's sleep. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was bedlam. Staff couldn't keep up with demand to replenish the buffet, no clean plates or bowels. Not the best experience and not really worth the price. However, overall it was a good stay and we would stay again if doing the same route.

The hotel is nicely located and is comfortable as expected. However, the hallways and rooms felt a bit outdated and dusty. With 4 people in the room it was bit small. Unfortunately there were problems with the air-conditioner and it was very warm. The restaurant was good same as the breakfast. The personnel was very young and unexperienced. They seemed understaffed.

I booked two rooms. The rooms were pretty different. One room had nespresso machine and cups, and a wireless charger for telephone. Mine missed several things, like previously mentioned but also shoe spoon.

Very nice hotel, with very nice rooms and helpful, friendly staff. However, I could not turn down the air conditioning in my room and it stayed at over 80° all night long. Same with all of my other fellow travelers.
