This hotel is conveniently located close to the A31 motorway. Adequate on-site parking. Efficient front desk staff. Executive room category is good size for a solo traveller or a couple. Comfortable double bed.(The advertised third bed is a large couch that folds out. It would handle an adult or a child, even without unfolding.) The bathroom and toilet are in separate parts of the room. There is no proper work desk but there is an armchair and small table. I did not use the restaurant. The bar area is fairly small, so I think is often noisy and crowded. If you were travelling with a dog, or with children, there is a large wooded park a few minutes walk from the hotel. It has paved trails and there is a playground area. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. Only issue was the room was too hot for my liking even with thermostat at the minimum temperature. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choices

De rooms had no airconditioning, resulting into a night without much sleep. The feedback from the staff at Novotel was unacceptabel and incorrect. They said that this was our own choice as the HVAC not working was mentioned on the website when we booked. As a preffered customer we alsways book with the Accord app. Nothing was mentioned about not working AC otherwise we would have stayed at a differnet hotel. Beds are covered with plastic matress protectors, extreemly uncomfortable and unhealty. Very dissapointed Accor member.
