We were travelling from Holland to Spain and stayed in Novotel Nancy. Very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Pets are welcome (there were multiple families with dogs). Excellent restaurant!

This hotel was a convenient rest stop during our long drive from the UK to Prague and was easy to access from the road. Initially, we were not very comfortable with the room, as there was a sewage smell when we first opened the door. After opening the window and running water down the drain, the smell improved and we were able to rest properly. Breakfast was enjoyable and the staffs were friendly, and we appreciated that our dogs were welcome in the restaurant.

Great service minded staff with great advice and solutions and great breakfast. The staff offered to switch rooms as in one room there were some bad odor issues.
