The hotel is conveniently located next to the highway. If you arrive late, the food is not very good: the frozen pizza was really not tasty. The rooms could be cleaner: the carpet has stains and the shower is moldy in places. Breakfast could be better compared to other hotels of the same chain: fruit was scarce, the yogurt offer is basic. Staff was welcoming and helpful

We chose this hotel based on the transportation to downtown Nancy. That aspect of this hotel was wonderful. The bus passed right outside the front gate of the hotel every 15 minutes. My main issue with this hotel was that it was in need of freshening up. The rooms weren't very clean, and there was a pervasive unpleasant odor though out the building. Positives: Good bed Good shower Nice size room Good breakfast Friendly staff Good price Filtered water available on the floor Plenty of room for luggage on the pullout bed Decent internet Adequate parking On good transportation route Negatives: Room looked a bit tatty Inadequate ventilation in room Odd odor though out the building No coffee pot in room

You blocked me 3 times 300€ in my credit card and till today I haven't a change of the right amount EUR 129,35. If hope you do it soon!!! The 900 EUR are still blocked!!!

Having previously prebooked 1 night we needed a 2nd, and the young helpful Reception staff, dealt with that swiftly and understood our situation. We have stayed here a number of times and it has always been a good hotel, staff friendly and helpful, dinner on the Thursday night was vey good, but the nearly deserted restaurant on the Friday night, could have been better..luckily 1 member of staff looked after us very well. Weirdly apart from an English car group, very few customers in the dining room, the car park was nearly empty, normally full. One matter that seems to have resolved itself was our bill, upon leaving the 100 young girls milling around the reception desk, meant we had to rely on an email invoice..which we received, 2 of them and this was worrying, but things seem to have been adjusted fairly well... also not sure where my Accors points have disappeared to!!

Great for an overnight stop - rooms clean, good size and very comfortable. No noise at all during the night. Lovely, friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast had a good range of options. We didn't eat in the restaurant during the evening. EV charging on site (though slow), a secure car park (but Tesla superchargers 10 minutes away). There's a bus stop opposite the hotel where, for €1.50 per person, you can ride into Nancy in 20 minutes and avoid parking hassles.
