Great breakfast better than some other more expensive hotels we have stayed in.Room is a bit noisy when other guests are walking around.Would be nice to have a bit of milk in the room but when I asked for some you immediately bought some up thank you.will come again (have been twice before over the years).Thank you stan

I am an ALL Accor Silver member and booked two rooms almost a year in advance. Our travelling companions were allocated a room already occupied and then transferred to a quite inferior room, for which I think we should have some refund. As a Silver member, we were entitled to welcome drinks. My understanding of the voucher conditions was that one voucher entitled all guests in the room to a drink - ie I had two vouchers: four drinks. Lea refused to accept this, insisting I was wrong, although eventually grudgingly served us four drinks. So, as Silver member, I am allocated the worst rooms and have the embarrassment of having to argue about our welcome drink.
