The hotel is very well located and seems to have been renovated a few years ago, unfortunately in many shades of gray, which make the hotel and the rooms appear very dark. The normal rooms are very small but have air conditioning. The bathtub is so high that you have to climb in. There is no proper reception? The breakfast looked very sumptuous and plentiful (but we didn't eat it). The hotel could do with a facelift.

But one important issue: you need to hire people for the reception desk!! One person is definitively not enough! The lady was brilliant and was doing a great job, but having a second person and at least one bar manager will help to have a better satisfaction. My stay was from 9th till 11th of July Kind regards Laurent G.

This is a very small hotel, but conveniently located in the city center and close to the plaza, shopping, and the main train station. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is quite nice. The only downside is that the room is quite small without much space to move around. The bed was not that comfortable either, although good enough for a decent sleep.

A great location for exploring Nancy, and hotel was excellent. Great staff.
