We stayed 1 night with our puppy, Lucy. She is only 5 months old. The staff were so understanding of her behavior. The ladies that worked that night were also very friendly. After our dinner at a restaurant nearby, we stopped by the front desk for the welcome drinks. They recommended excellent beers. What was even more incredible were the conversations we had with them. We must have chatted with them for about an hour. It felt like catching up with old friends.

Cleaning is done properly kept dirty travels in my room at reception faced kind of partiality or ignorance because I am brown skin, I was at reception to report incident of dirty towels but some one was talking with one of receptionist so I saw other side of table one more receptionist but she saw me and continue her work on laptop in next 2 min one european family came and same lady ask them to come to her when till I was in queue felt like racism .breakfast options are less,if you are travelling for business then I expect atleast omlet or toast to be ready and here need to prepare same by guest on hot oven plate which takes minimum 15-20 min for same

Nice hotel close to the city center and the possibility to parking. Rooms very small and bathrooms tiny. Prices quite high compared to service offer (including drinking at the bar).

I liked the place very much. Very clean. It's very close to Place Stanislas and housed in an old(ish) building, so a bit quaint. Very small lift (3 people max). We were on the top floor (3rd) and the floor creaked quite a bit - not much of an issue for us but hopefully this was not causing problems in the floor below. The breakfast should've been better. The average 4* stuff - eggs, some meats, cheese and bakery, But very little choice in the bakery items. And very little attention to replenishing stuff. Honestly, with just a little bit more effort, they could turn this around from below average to very acceptable. And how about a hot dish for our vegetarian brethren?
