Overall the hotel seemed a little dated but very helpful and attentive staff, a great location and the usual excellent breakfast options made up for it

I did not enjoy the breakfast. It was not a nice atmosphere; it was not a well-functioning buffet, and the employees were not very helpfull. For example one pancake was baked as an example and the pan was hot and when asking how to bake a pancake I was referred to the very dry american pancakes that were already prepared. There was a long queue for coffee and no space; in general the space and personnel was not really nice. Open window made it cold to sit in the breakfast room. When checking in it took a long time - it could be more effective.

Non existent A/C system in the room (cooling nothing). Very smelly toilet. Noise and mosquitos coming from street (you need to open the windows because of lack of adequate AC). The street is noisy because of the traffic and restaurants nearby. Very hot inside the room during the day because the building is not thermo isolated. I was charged for a parking for 3 nights instead of one night i really used it. Positives: Comfy beds. Very good cleaning staff. Good location. Reception guy who worked previously in Canada is amazing, welcoming and professional. Other receptionists -it will be possibly nice if they manage to smile sometimes.

A great hotel with super helpful staff just a few minutes walk from Place Stanislas. Also benefits from on-site parking garage. Good rooms with all amenities and comfortable bed.
